ABOUT THE ROLE
The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s indirect and state income tax compliance, reporting, and planning processes, including sales/use tax, property tax, and other state and local taxes. This role identifies tax risks and opportunities, develops solutions, and works with external advisors to support the organization’s operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Project Finance is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and implementing project financing of solar and storage projects within the Clēnera portfolio. This role executes the strategy related to effective capital deployment, sourcing and evaluating financing structures inclusive of debt, tax equity and alternatives.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. FUNCTION
The Site Security Officer will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining Standard Nuclear’s physical and personnel security programs in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable federal standards. This role ensures the protection of personnel, assets, and sensitive information across all facility operations.
The Site Security Manager will develop and enforce security procedures, oversee access control systems, coordinate security training, and interface with regulatory and law enforcement agencies as needed. This position requires a strong understanding of government security protocols and experience in regulated or high-security environments. Former military or government service experience is highly valued.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Inpatient Lead Counselor is responsible for assisting the Market VP and other leadership in the management and direction of a multidisciplinary team for inpatient programming. The Inpatient Lead Counselor will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to patients and their family members. Additionally, this position will provide individual, group and family therapy for patients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations and will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.

Compensation:
Guardian is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $150,000-200,000 plus annual bonus and equity.
