About the Role
In this role, your main focus will be to work on curating new zones of our HD maps which are utilized by our autonomous delivery robot. A primary focus of the role will be to use in-house tooling to curate and annotate specific features of the real world into our maps (lane geometry, junction locations, traffic lights, etc.). These maps are essential to our autonomous driving capabilities and allow us to expand our coverage of neighborhoods and cities where our robots will operate, performing deliveries to real customers.

About the Role
In this role, your main focus will be to work on a variety of QA and triage tasks to assist in the development of our autonomous delivery robot. A primary focus of the role will be to triage the logs of the daily testing runs of the robots conducted in the US. This includes replaying and analyzing specific events as annotated by the testing team, categorizing such events, and working with the software team to evaluate any required improvements. The role could also involve setting up various simulation scenarios for testing within our simulation environment as well as creating maps used by the autonomy stack for navigation.

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer (Ops) to own the infrastructure engine behind Gather's machine learning platform. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on the "last mile" problem — ensuring that sophisticated vision models don't just work in research, but run reliably at scale in production environments.
You'll be the primary builder and maintainer of our MLOps platform, leading the transition from manual, ad-hoc deployments to a fully automated, enterprise-grade system. What You'll Do
- Migrate box and barcode detection pipelines to cloud infrastructure following MLOps best practices
- Build and maintain cloud-based training pipelines for GPU models, ensuring efficient resource utilization and reproducibility across experiments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment across production and non-production environments
- Implement automated rollback, canary, and blue-green deployment strategies for ML microservices
- Build out a multi-tenant MLOps platform using tools like Prefect, ZenML, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Establish a centralized model registry and versioning system for all production assets
- Instrument observability across the ML stack — logging, metrics, and distributed tracing — to ensure reliability at scale
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of industry experience (outside academia) in ML engineering, MLOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Deep operational fluency with Kubernetes and Docker for ML workload orchestration
- Strong production-grade Python skills with a track record of hardening research code into scalable microservices

About the Team
This role sits within the Backend and Platform Engineering organization. You'll work day-to-day alongside the Fullstack Engineering team, ensuring application services have the cloud infrastructure they need to scale safely and deploy reliably. You'll also partner closely with the ML Systems Engineering (Ops) team, enabling the infrastructure capabilities required for production ML pipelines, model serving, and data workloads. About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer (Platform & Infrastructure) to help mature our cloud operations into a structured and scalable platform. Our foundational infrastructure is already in place and actively supporting production workloads, but many current practices evolved organically during earlier growth stages. Rather than building from scratch, you'll evolve an existing production environment by introducing stronger operational patterns, improving deployment safety, and ensuring our infrastructure layer reliably supports increasing system scale. This role offers meaningful ownership of the infrastructure backbone supporting a platform that combines real-time application systems with machine learning workloads, and the opportunity to influence how systems are deployed, operated, and scaled as the organization grows.
What You'll Do
- Review and rationalize current Azure and AWS environments, identifying configuration drift, security gaps, and operational inconsistencies, and establish clear configuration standards across cloud accounts
- Introduce repeatable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns to ensure cloud resources are provisioned, versioned, and audited through automated workflows
- Strengthen CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment to reduce manual operations and increase release safety across both application services and ML workloads
- Establish consistent logging, metrics, and alerting practices across infrastructure and container workloads to improve operational visibility
- Audit and improve cloud security practices including IAM policies, secrets management, network segmentation, and operational access controls

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Playwright-based E2E test automation suites covering critical user workflows, API validation, and edge case handling across web applications
- Design and implement a comprehensive API automation framework for backend services, including REST endpoint coverage and data validation
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with reporting, failure alerting, and quality gates
- Develop a structured LLM tool evaluation framework — defining test methodologies, evaluation criteria, and repeatable benchmarks for AI/ML-powered features

You will work on mission execution, offline-first sync architectures, and reliability improvements for live production apps that operate in demanding warehouse environments.
This role is for a strong iOS engineer who wants technical depth beyond standard CRUD mobile development — working with hardware-integrated systems, complex state management, and cross-functional teams pushing the boundaries of autonomous drone technology.

- Own major features or workflows end-to-end — including mission lifecycle, upload pipelines, and offline-first sync — with a focus on reliability and correctness in live deployments
