This role is ideal for a hands-on Linux professional who can provision compute environments, deploy software stacks, and maintain stable operations across multiple production sites.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and maintain Linux-based compute environments supporting AMR systems across global manufacturing locations
• Install and support AMR software stacks in production environments, ensuring system stability and performance
• Perform system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure

About the Role

In this role, your main focus will be to work on a variety of QA and triage tasks to assist in the development of our autonomous delivery robot.  A primary focus of the role will be to triage the logs of the daily testing runs of the robots conducted in the US. This includes replaying and analyzing specific events as annotated by the testing team, categorizing such events, and working with the software team to evaluate any required improvements. The role could also involve setting up various simulation scenarios for testing within our simulation environment as well as creating maps used by the autonomy stack for navigation.

10. Automation Feedback - Provide feedback to Quoting SOftware team to improve accuracy of automated quoting of our manufacturing services
11. Packaging costs - Should be able to develop packaging concept & provide the same to Logistics team for generating Shipping costs

Your role as a Quality Manager will be to support and drive improvements with our corporate Quality Management System, ensuring it is agile enough to support our pre-production customers and disciplined enough to meet the requirements of our production customers, while meeting the needs of our ISO9001 registration. • Own Architecture: Align backend, frontend, platform, and infrastructure decisions into a coherent, enterprise-grade architecture.

• Evolve Systems: Modernize and scale existing production systems by applying database-level strategies (schema evolution, replication tradeoffs) and platform primitives (orchestration, runtime constraints) as architectural tools.

Requirements:

• Distributed Systems: Mastery of performance-sensitive REST APIs, caching strategies, and core distributed systems concepts.
• Relational Data Systems: Expert-level PostgreSQL (upgrades, query tuning, replication tradeoffs, and schema evolution) and advanced SQL.
• Cloud & Containers: Deep experience with Azure and/or AWS and production-grade Kubernetes/Docker.
• Backend Development: Strong production experience in Node.js and/or Python.
• Reliability & Security: Hands-on experience with Observability (logs, metrics, traces), CI/CD, SRE fundamentals (SLIs/SLOs), and security hygiene (IAM, secrets management).

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer, iOS to join our mobile team and take ownership of critical features and workflows within Gather AI’s iOS applications (Modal and DJI variants). You will work on mission execution, offline-first sync architectures, and reliability improvements for live production apps that operate in demanding warehouse environments.

This role is for a strong iOS engineer who wants technical depth beyond standard CRUD mobile development — working with hardware-integrated systems, complex state management, and cross-functional teams pushing the boundaries of autonomous drone technology.

What You’ll Do

• Own major features or workflows end-to-end — including mission lifecycle, upload pipelines, and offline-first sync — with a focus on reliability and correctness in live deployments
• Debug and resolve complex iOS issues spanning state management, networking, concurrency, and hardware integration across the Modal and DJI app variants
• Improve app stability, performance, and logging quality to reduce iOS-side bugs in mission execution and edge cases
• Collaborate with backend, autonomy, and QA teams to deliver well-integrated, production-quality features

• 5–8+ years of professional iOS development experience with strong production app credentials (B2B or consumer scale)

This role sits within the Backend and Platform Engineering organization. You'll work day-to-day alongside the Fullstack Engineering team, ensuring application services have the cloud infrastructure they need to scale safely and deploy reliably. About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer (Platform & Infrastructure) to help mature our cloud operations into a structured and scalable platform. Our foundational infrastructure is already in place and actively supporting production workloads, but many current practices evolved organically during earlier growth stages. Rather than building from scratch, you'll evolve an existing production environment by introducing stronger operational patterns, improving deployment safety, and ensuring our infrastructure layer reliably supports increasing system scale. This role offers meaningful ownership of the infrastructure backbone supporting a platform that combines real-time application systems with machine learning workloads, and the opportunity to influence how systems are deployed, operated, and scaled as the organization grows.

What You'll Do

• Review and rationalize current Azure and AWS environments, identifying configuration drift, security gaps, and operational inconsistencies, and establish clear configuration standards across cloud accounts
• Introduce repeatable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns to ensure cloud resources are provisioned, versioned, and audited through automated workflows
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment to reduce manual operations and increase release safety across both application services and ML workloads
• Establish consistent logging, metrics, and alerting practices across infrastructure and container workloads to improve operational visibility
• Audit and improve cloud security practices including IAM policies, secrets management, network segmentation, and operational access controls
• Evaluate current infrastructure architecture and introduce patterns that enable workloads to operate portably across both Azure and AWS environments
• Improve Kubernetes platform reliability by refining autoscaling policies, workload isolation, and cluster lifecycle management
• Partner with Fullstack and ML teams to reduce infrastructure friction around environments, networking, and resource provisioning

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience operating production cloud infrastructure at scale
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS) and working familiarity with the other
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for running containerized workloads in production environments
• Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tooling for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing automated deployment pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on reliability, automation, and clear technical documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or similar logging, metrics, and monitoring systems
• Familiarity supporting ML infrastructure workloads including pipeline orchestration, model deployment, and scalable inference environments

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including compute resources like GPU clusters and cloud environments.
• Administer access controls and implement security measures across all software platforms.
• Maintain and update IT equipment inventory, and oversee the IT setup for new employees.
• Develop and enforce IT policies to secure our robotics technology and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve IT issues and support the deployment and operation of advanced robotic systems.
• Ensure that our company website and internal tools are maintained and functional.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a: Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Linux Administrator, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of system administration, network administration, and cloud infrastructure.
