The Opportunity:

As a Sr. Security Engineer, you will focus on the technologies that ensure our networks and systems are up to industry and Plume security standards. This role will partner with various application development and stakeholder groups across Plume to ensure that the technologies and systems we build in-house or purchase and deploy in-house are designed and maintained in a secure way that minimizes risk.

What you will do:

Drive delivery of innovative security and privacy preserving solutions tightly integrated into our software development, data engineering and business intelligence lifecycle.
Build tools and processes which measure and assist engineering teams to create software with security and privacy by design principles
Develops security policies, procedures, and guidelines and recommends necessary changes to a given project team to ensure the company’s systems are fully compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and privacy laws.
Serving as an advisor to engineering and development teams in security best practices and design.
Leads security-related projects from inception to successful completion and is capable of effectively coaching technology staff on appropriate security protocols and needs as they implement new technology into the organisation.
Cloud deployments require security policy enforcement, centralized configuration management, monitoring, etc.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for security solutions, maintaining documentation on them and advising others on their underlying technologies and operation.
Work with security and IT teams to identify threats and problem areas and create stronger and safer software and application deployments across Plume, measuring decreased risk and prevalence of issues.
Prepare security assessment reports, including third-party background, security assessment scope, and results

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience in security engineering with a education in security engineering, cyber security, computer science, engineering, math, or other STEM discipline;
Experience with software coding in Python, Shell, Go, Javascript, and/or ability to understand code/APIs for SaaS products.
You know industry best practices for security and privacy by design, such as secure software principles, threat modelling, and pentesting.
Knowledge of public cloud architectures, such as AWS, cryptography, and cryptographic best practices.
Strong communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work unsupervised, exercise leadership, and influence change.
You operate effectively across teams and disciplines even in highly ambiguous situations with a rack record of getting things done quickly and with quality
Experience with security framework policies, processes and controls; such as: ISO27001, ISO27701, SOC2, NIST CSF, CIS, is a plus
Certifications such as CISSP, AWS, CIPP, CIPPT, etc is a plus

Engineering Manager - Python

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a small team of developers (5–10 engineers) building automation and SaaS solutions using Python, web technologies, and AI-assisted development tools. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, guiding engineers through the full development lifecycle while leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality.

Software Simulation Engineer

AST SpaceMobile and our global partners are building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network to be accessible by standard smartphones. Called SpaceMobile, this ultra-powerful network is being designed to provide connectivity at 4G/5G speeds everywhere on the planet – on land, at sea and in flight.

Summary:

AST SpaceMobile is looking to hire a Software Engineer for a software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulation group. The primary product, referred to as the dynamic spacecraft simulator (DSS), provides a testbed and integration environment for a wide variety of subsystems on our satellites, including navigation, payload, power, FDIR, and TT&C. The candidate will work as part of a team responsible for developing and ensuring the fidelity of a variety of C++-based software models, integrating software from other teams into the environment, driving integration testing between various subsystems, and further developing the overall simulation environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of both digging into the details of interface control documents (ICD) and making informed architectural decisions about large, distributed software systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Contribute to the ongoing development of and maintenance of several generations of software-based spacecraft simulators
Implement and add functionality to software models of hardware components
Maintain and update simulation code as requirements and/or technologies change
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines in planning, design, and development of simulation interfaces to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibility
Drive integration testing between different subsystems owned by diverse stakeholders—ability to debug complicated systems, and find working compromises between groups with divergent priorities

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Service Analysis & Impact Assessment

Analyze service degradation or outages across multiple network domains including satellite payload, RAN, gateway, core network, transport, and OSS.

Assess customer and service impact from an end‑to‑end perspective, identifying cross‑domain dependencies and failure points.

Correlate alarms, KPIs, logs, and incident timelines to determine end‑to‑end service behavior.

Cross‑Domain Troubleshooting & Resolution

Lead technical troubleshooting for complex incidents requiring multi‑domain coordination.

About the Role

Workato is looking for a Principal Technical Architect, AI to join as a Field Specialist operating at the intersection of applied AI engineering and customer-facing technical strategy. This is a dual-mandate role with an approximately equal split:

Mandate 1 – AI Field Specialist (Customer-facing): You will work directly with enterprise customers and prospects in pre-sales and post-sales engagements to define and architect their AI strategies on Workato. This includes designing agentic automation solutions, advising on the latest approaches and best practices, scoping AI agent implementations, and helping customers move from proof-of-concept to production-grade autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

AI Field Specialist

Support as an expert AI architect in strategic enterprise engagements: roadmapping customer AI agent use cases and delivering technical deep-dives that demonstrate Workato's agentic capabilities.
Lead architecture workshops with enterprise customers to define their AI automation strategy, including agent design, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.
Advise customers on applied AI best practices: prompt engineering and agent orchestration patterns, evaluation and testing strategies for agent systems, confidence calibration, human-in-the-loop design, and continuous learning loops.
Build reusable technical assets, such as reference architectures, solution blueprints, demonstration environments, and best-practice documentation, that enable the broader field team to position AI solutions.
Develop and deliver technical collateral: architecture white papers, webinars, blog posts, conference talks, etc. that establish Workato's thought leadership in agentic automation.
Partner with Product and Engineering to feed field insights back into the platform roadmap, ensuring customer-facing AI capabilities evolve based on real deployment patterns.
Support global strategic accounts across the US, EMEA, and APAC geographies as needed for critical engagements.
May require up to 20% global travel.

Agentic CS Platform

Architect and implement core subsystems of the autonomous CS agent platform, including memory layers, the agent orchestration layer, and the decision trace architecture.
Design and build a Customer Knowledge Graph as a structured, semantic network that models customers, users, policies, decisions, and operational artifacts as interconnected entities and relationships, enabling queryable representation of contextual states, and policy evaluations for governance, traceability, and decision optimization.
Implement the confidence-based autonomy framework, including precedent matching, confidence scoring (precedent match, pattern recognition, data completeness, policy clarity), and policy-governed escalation routing.
Define and design infrastructure architecture to ensure optimal performance and latency.
Take scalable technology selection decisions.
Establish evaluation frameworks: define metrics for decision quality, context accuracy, and learning velocity (autonomous threshold increases month over month).

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

B.Tech/BE or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of total relevant experience in enterprise software architecture, design, and implementation.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle SOA, webMethods, or similar). Deep familiarity with iPaaS architecture patterns is essential.
2+ years of applied AI/Agents engineering experience, specifically in building systems that leverage LLMs and agent frameworks, orchestrating them into production applications.

Applied AI & Agent Architecture (Must-Have)

Hands-on experience designing and building AI agent systems: multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool-use orchestration, and autonomous execution frameworks.
Working knowledge of Python agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or equivalent. LangGraph experience with persisted state and human-in-the-loop patterns is strongly preferred.

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) standards for LLM-to-system integration.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture (Must-Have)

Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns: event-driven architectures, microservices orchestration, pub/sub messaging, and data synchronization.
Deep working knowledge of APIs: RESTful, SOAP, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML).

Position Summary

The Network Engineer II – Operations is responsible for executing network-focused project work and providing operational support for enterprise networking environments, with a strong emphasis on supporting large office locations in India. This role is intended for a mid-level network engineer with approximately 5–10 years of experience and a minimum CCNA certification (CCNP recommended) or equivalent industry certification.

This position is execution-oriented and hands-on. The engineer will implement network designs and standards defined by the Core Networking team, execute approved project deliverables, and support day-to-day operational network needs. The role focuses on reliable delivery, operational stability, and hands-on troubleshooting rather than network architecture ownership, cloud-native design, or advanced automation development.

Key Responsibilities

Execute approved network project work and implementations on behalf of the Core Networking team.
Provide operational support for enterprise networking environments, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless infrastructure.
Serve as the primary Operations network engineer supporting large office locations in India, including troubleshooting, remediation, and coordination with local IT teams and vendors.
Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with established operational and change management practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and reliability issues, including participation in incident response and escalation bridges.
Support office build-outs, expansions, refreshes, and relocations from a networking perspective.
Collaborate with Core Networking, Cloud, Infrastructure, and EOC teams to ensure effective execution of projects and timely incident resolution.
Maintain accurate network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications

5–10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking or network operations roles.

CCNA or comparable industry certification required (e.g. FortiNet).
Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls.

Strong practical experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts, including routing and switching.

Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting enterprise campus switching and wireless platforms (Cisco and/or HPE Aruba).

Practical experience supporting firewall and VPN technologies in an operational environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, operations-focused approach to problem resolution.
Experience supporting geographically distributed office environments, preferably including international locations.

Job Summary:

Plume is seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Professional Services Engineer to implement Plume solutions for ISP customers. This role works directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to configure, integrate, test, and validate solutions defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Professional Services Engineer also produces technical documentation, provides knowledge transfer and training, collaborates closely with Project Managers and Pre-Sales Architects, and ensures a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Team.

Plume develops and deploys cloud based control planes with scale to manage tens of millions of customer homes through some of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers. Our cloud applications include WiFi network management and optimization, device access control, network provisioning, IoT security, and end customer user interaction through mobile apps.

The Opportunity:

Plume is hiring a security engineer to join the security team to help protect and drive the Plume mission. As a highly visible and dynamic organization, we must value and guard against damage to our internal information, our platforms, and our reputation and brand. Finally, it is paramount that we defend against loss of control or confidence in our systems, to guarantee the highest probability of success.

As a Sr. Security Vulnerability Engineer, you will focus on the technologies that ensure our networks and systems are up to industry and Plume security standards. This role will partner with various engineering, IT and stakeholder groups across Plume to ensure that the technologies and systems we build in-house or purchase are protected in a secure way that minimizes risk.

What you will do:

Establish a process to detect, track, prioritize, and report vulnerabilities on organizational information systems
Own End to End Vulnerability program, move the area into SOAR as needed.
Coordinate with SOC/MSSP on vulnerability triage and detection rules/alerts, coordinate mitigation efforts, and report progress
Identify critical flaws in applications and systems that cyber attackers could exploit
Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, applications and operating systems
Conduct network security audits and scanning on a predetermined basis
Use Crowdstrike, DAST, SAST, Rapid7 to pinpoint vulnerabilities and reduce time-consuming tasks
Use refinement techniques to gain understanding to reduce false positives.
Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metrics purposes
Serve as advisor to engineering and dev teams in security best practices and design.
Work with security and IT teams to identify threats and problem areas and create stronger and safer software and application deployments across Plume, measuring decreased risk and prevalence of issues.

Who you are:

Must be a Senior level person and have HANDS-ON experience as the person responsible for overseeing vulnerability Programs
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience in vulnerability management with an education in security or other STEM discipline;
Experience with either Crowdstrike, Rapid7, other EDR , MDM, XDR or SIEM
Experience with scripting in Python, Shell, Go, Javascript and ability to read APIs
Expertise with Mac and Linux operating systems
Understand AWS and GCP cloud resource vulnerabilities.
Strong communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work unsupervised, exercise leadership, and influence change.
You operate effectively across teams and disciplines even in highly ambiguous situations with a rack record of getting things done quickly and with quality
