The role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving Telnyx’s expansion supporting the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and play a key role in our expansion into a new territory. Supported by our marketing and BDR teams, you will focus on identifying new high value customers for Telnyx and building long term, strategic business relationships that will lead to increased revenue growth and client satisfaction.

This role would suit an experienced sales professional, capable of operating in a fast paced startup environment. The ability to operate independently and work effectively in a remote environment is crucial.. 

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Sales to develop a sales strategy across the GCC region as you will own the region and have responsibility for delivering the revenue targets.
• Develop a strong pipeline of deals with a combination of outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads.
• Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive the continued value of Telnyx’s products and services.
• Arranging and conducting Telnyx portal demos for prospects with the support of our Sales Engineering team.
• Work with customers to establish critical goals and other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving those business goals.
• Collaborating with marketing, product management and sales peers to optimize client value and Telnyx success.
• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms to the Indian market.
• Hunter mentality and experience working on outbound strategies (via telephone, email, social selling, etc).
• SaaS, or telecommunications industry experience.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written fluency 
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong listener and communicator.
• Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, as well as across Product Development and IT contacts
• Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.

Bonus points for

• Telco, CPaaS, AI, UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS new business sales experience
• Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice
• Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise, return on investment value statement
• Experience with established sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement Azure cloud-based infrastructure, including using tools for infrastructure as code(IaC) and automation to meet technical, security and business needs. 

• Design and implement Azure cloud environments (tenant, subscription, VM, storage account, databases, networking, firewalling) optimized for AI/ML workloads. 

• Manage and maintain Azure Networking, Azure firewalls/VPN and associated policies/rules, Web Application Firewall, Application Gateway, Front Door, VNET peering, ensuring security, availability, scalability, and performance. 

• Secure Azure Kubernetes clusters, containers, and images. 

• Establish and enforce Azure security policies, manage access controls, and ensure the infrastructure complies with relevant regulations. 

• Automate tenant and infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and other routine tasks to increase efficiency. 

• Monitor Azure cloud resources, analyze performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 

• Perform incident troubleshoot and problem resolution for office network, cloud infrastructure, and own postmortems. 

• Work with Engineering teams and external teams, gather requirements, develop and integrate cloud solutions and support business needs. 

• Actively participate in architecture, code reviews, presentations, share learns and best practices to enable flawless deployment and quality operations. 

• Evaluate and implement new security features/services/products to secure Truveta Azure infrastructure. 

• Support innovation and cost management by developing new ideas for Azure cloud infrastructure and related tools. 

• Interact with compliance team to deliver compliance certificates and remediate gaps during compliance finding and controls. 

Qualifications  

• A minimum bachelor's in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent 

• 5+ years’ experience in public cloud networking & security design, implementation & support 

• Experience of TCP/IP IPv4/v6, office network (Routing/Switching/WAN, Wi-Fi & Security) management 

• 3+ years automation experience in Azure Cloud Networking / Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD pipelines in any of the following: Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, YAML template 

• 3+ years network security practices in on-premises and/or cloud environment 

• Experience managing and supporting Windows Desktop OS, MacOS, managed endpoint administration at scale across an enterprise sized environment 

• Understanding the Windows Desktop/Mac OS packaging, scripting, and automated deployment tools, such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf. 

• Ability to participate in on-call rotation 

Preferred qualifications  

• Experience in implementation & securing platforms/services in one or more public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP)  

• Self-starter with proven ability to develop creative solutions that enable customers and cost efficiency 

• Interest and ability to research new and emerging technologies to better solve cloud infrastructure problems or improve security posture 

• Certifications in Cloud/Network/Security (such as Azure AZ500, AZ700, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 3-6, Palo Alto PCNSE, etc.) 

ABOUT THE TEAM: 

The Treasury team acts as 1st LoD and is at the forefront of driving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth. The Treasury team mission is to optimise the company's financial resources and investment, manage financial risks, ensure robust liquidity and effective cash management and comprehensive treasury operations.

Moreover the team collaborates closely with the product and business team to align financial strategies with business objectives. By contributing to impactful financial decisions, the Treasury team aims to enable sustainable success and growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a Treasury Manager – New Products, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of new product initiatives from a Treasury perspective. Acting as the primary Treasury representative, you will drive the design, build, and operational readiness of new product flows and market launches.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, where you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Payments, and senior leadership to ensure Treasury requirements are embedded across the full product lifecycle.

Product Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary Treasury point of contact for Product and Engineering teams.
• Own front-to-back delivery of new product initiatives, including design, testing, implementation, and go-live.
• Translate Treasury requirements into product and technical roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Treasury, Payments, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Engage, influence, and where required push back on senior stakeholders to ensure Treasury priorities are met.

Treasury Transformation & Automation

• Identify and deliver automation opportunities across treasury processes (cash management, payments, forecasting, bank reporting).
• Lead process re-engineering to support scalable and standardised new product flows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to implement efficient, future-ready treasury infrastructure.

Data, Reporting & Controls

• Improve data quality, reporting, and transparency across treasury activities.
• Build and enhance dashboards and MIS for liquidity, payments, and forecasting.
• Ensure all implementations align with treasury strategy, safeguarding requirements, and internal controls.
• Support Treasury readiness for new markets, products, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Good relevant years of experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Services transformation roles.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product or system implementations.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, payments ecosystems, and safeguarding.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Self-starter with high ownership, comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
