About your Team:
On the Transactional Surveillance Technology team you will be testing infrastructure you build will be critical to maintaining the team's velocity and reliability in detecting market manipulation and financial crimes, directly supporting regulatory compliance and protecting millions of client accounts. What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
As a Software Development Engineer in Test and help protect market integrity at massive scale. You'll build and maintain the automated testing infrastructure that ensures reliability across systems processing 1+ billion order events daily—work that directly impacts the fairness and security of financial markets.
- Build scalable testing frameworks that enable our team to deploy confidently and maintain high system reliability
- Design comprehensive test suites covering unit, integration, and acceptance testing that catch issues before they reach production
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to embed quality practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Provide metrics and reporting on test coverage, quality trends, and system reliability
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for test infrastructure
- Develop data quality checks to ensure integrity across pipelines and databases
- Investigate and triage test failures, working with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
What required skill’s you need:

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop internal software tools, services, and frameworks that improve the developer experience (e.g. custom CLI tools, development environment enhancements, test automation frameworks).

Essential Skills & Experience

- Programming skills in one or more languages (such as Python, Java, Go, or C#), with the ability to write clean, maintainable code for internal tools and services.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and build/release processes, including familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices (version control, code reviews, automated testing) and experience integrating these into automated workflows.
- Proficiency with containerization and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/OCI) to support on-demand development and testing environments.

- Deep familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, demand planning, and inventory control.

The Technical Partner Management (TPM) team owns the end-to-end technical health, expansion, and evolution of Yext’s Publisher Network.
As a Technical Partner Manager (TPM), you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Publisher Partnerships, and Operations to design, implement, and maintain high-impact publisher integrations across Yext’s Listings ecosystem. TPMs combine systems thinking, integration architecture, technical investigation, and execution leadership to ensure publisher integrations are scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is a highly technical, cross-functional role that blends integration ownership, operational rigor, and structured solution design. TPMs are trusted technical leads for the Publisher Network and play a critical role in reducing Engineering overhead while increasing integration quality and velocity.
What You’ll Do
Own End-to-End Publisher Integrations
- Lead technical discovery for new and existing publisher integrations by analyzing API documentation, changelogs, and system behavior
- Define detailed functional and technical requirements for integrations, new fields, and feature expansions
- Partner directly with Engineering to drive implementation from specification through QA and release
- Validate edge cases and ensure integrations meet expected behavior and performance standards prior to launch
- Continuously evolve integrations as publisher capabilities and Yext products expand
Drive Integration Health & System Reliability
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs for integration health
- Build and maintain monitoring using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and observability tools (e.g., dashboards, alerting systems)
- Proactively identify systemic issues and implement scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes
- Investigate complex production issues across databases, APIs, and integration layers
- Determine whether issues originate on the Yext or publisher side and coordinate resolution paths accordingly
Technical Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
- Leverage modern development and AI-assisted tools to analyze system behavior and trace integration issues
- Identify configuration, logic, or workflow gaps contributing to defects
- Propose and collaborate on code-level or architectural improvements with Engineering
- Submit well-scoped change requests when appropriate and partner closely with Engineering through resolution
While TPMs are not Software Engineers, they operate with a strong understanding of system architecture and code behavior.
Improve & Expand the Publisher Network
- Drive delivery of new fields, features, and capabilities to existing integrations
- Partner with strategic publishers (e.g., Tier 1 platforms) to beta test and adopt new functionality
- Identify product gaps and advocate for scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes
- Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual operational work across Yext
Strategic Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as the technical liaison between Engineering, Product, Publisher Partnerships, Support, and Publisher contacts
- Translate complex technical issues into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders
- Escalate systemic risks appropriately and influence prioritization when integration health is at risk
- Support high-impact strategic client escalations involving Tier 1 publishers when needed
What Makes This Role Unique
TPM is not a traditional support function. It is a technical ownership role responsible for the architecture, reliability, and evolution of Yext’s publisher ecosystem.
TPMs reduce Product and Engineering load by:
- Conducting integration R&D
- Defining requirements with precision

- Building monitoring and automation systems
- Driving scalable improvements
This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, making technical recommendations independently, and influencing cross-functional outcomes without formal authority.
What You Have
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent technical depth through experience)
- Strong systems thinking and ability to reason through APIs, data flows, and integration architectures
- Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis (Snowflake or similar data warehouses)
- Experience writing scripts in Python (or similar language) to automate workflows or analyze data
- Strong technical debugging and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to write structured functional and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences

The Job:
- Be a foundational engineer for the Dashboard and its backend infrastructure, influencing long-term technical direction.
- Design, build, and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django at the core.
- Develop user-facing frontend features (React) and collaborate closely with Marketing and Design to deliver polished, intuitive experiences.
- Own projects end-to-end—from technical design and implementation to rollout and iteration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, review, and test assigned features and user stories in alignment with Diligent’s agile development methodology, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to enhance development efficiency.
- Produce high-level technical design artifacts for major stories, incorporating insights and optimizations informed.
- Influence the future architecture of the product by defining and refining major components and sub-systems, including the delivery of back-end prototypes—potentially accelerating prototyping with AI-based development tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team, combining developers and QA engineers into a high-performing unit with shared accountability for quality and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape features from ideation to delivery — focusing on usability, performance, and customer value.
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement practices.
- Drive technical direction: influence architecture, cloud strategy, observability, and test automation approaches.
- Cultivate quality ownership: partner with QA to evolve testing frameworks, increase automation coverage, and make quality everyone’s responsibility.
- Leverage AI and automation to remove friction from development, testing, and operations — identifying opportunities for intelligent tooling and integration.
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, explainability, and control in every AI-assisted capability.
- Foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation — encouraging engineers to prototype, measure, and iterate rapidly.
- Contribute hands-on when needed (code reviews, architecture discussions, proof-of-concepts) while empowering your team to own their solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a people management role.
- A solid technical foundation — comfortable discussing system design, code quality, and architectural trade-offs.
- A product-focused mindset — you think in terms of user impact and aren’t satisfied until the experience feels right.
- Strong experience leading teams in agile environments, balancing delivery speed with technical quality.
- Experience with modern development practices: CI/CD, trunk-based development, infrastructure-as-code, etc.
- Understanding of QA practices and automation, and an appreciation for testing as a first-class citizen in software development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and curiosity about practical applications (you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should know what’s possible).
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate between product, design, and engineering worlds effortlessly.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on background in .NET, Angular, Python or Node.js
- Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CICD, DevOps, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Use of AI-assisted developer tools such as Copilot, CodeWhisperer, or automated code review systems.
- Track record of shipping high-quality, user-centered products.

You will build new features, facilitate new integrations with other business systems, and ensure the performance, stability, and scalability of our digital environment. The Job:
- Architect, develop, configure, and customize the back-end Shopify B2B Commerce platform, including creating/enhancing Shopify Apps, Shopify Functions & Extensions, and Shopify APIs. (This is not a front-end Shopify role.)
- Design and develop complex B2B capabilities that go beyond Shopify B2B’s standard features, both inside and outside Shopify B2B, and with relevant integration capabilities throughout Formlabs digital landscape.
- Partner with the headless front-end teams and provide backend expertise, data, and API endpoints that serve blazing-fast, SEO-optimized user experiences.
- Partner with the Salesforce team to architect and develop key integrations, features, and functions to enable sales and service excellence, through both assisted and self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate and drive enterprise integrations between Shopify, Salesforce, ERP, DWH, and other internal/external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Develop and contribute to various other digital roadmap initiatives, such as marketing automation, AI-driven tools for sales and service, and vendor solutions.
- Utilize modern software development practices to deliver well-documented, clean, efficient code: version/branch control, QA practices, CI/CD, deployment keys, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical partners to define and understand requirements and translate to scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Formlabs’ digital landscape.
You:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer building eCommerce or digital platforms for a B2B business
- Proven proficiency and experience in Shopify B2B, Shopify Apps, Shopify Functions & Extensions, and Shopify APIs from a back-end perspective in a headless context (this is not a front-end role)
- Experience and understanding of enterprise integration and the complexities of integrating Shopify, Salesforce, ERP, and DWH in a fast-moving business
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and understanding of Apex, Lightning, Flow, Validation rules, Automations, and APIs Skills
- Data savviness: ability to write SQL queries from scratch, and knowledge of data warehouse concepts and tools (i.e. BigQuery, etc.)
- Experience with software development and deployment tools: GitHub, Gearset, Kubernetes, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:
- Shopify Verified Skills and Badges (Shopify B2B: Launch and Customization, Shopify B2B: Foundations, Discovery and Solution Design, etc.)
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II), Apex experience.
- Experience with iPaaS middleware or cloud-based integration functions (AWS Lambda/GCP Cloud Functions).
- Ability to effectively leverage AI coding tools
- Familiarity with various ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence systems and tools.
