The Field Program Manager (FPM) is a hands-on leader aligned to a US Army Division HQ who serves as Striveworks’ primary program leadership presence for the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program. This is an “ownership” role, not a coordination role; you are the primary authority for delivery, customer relationships, and growth. The FPM collaborates across a small, cross-functional project team to drive execution against the program roadmap and is the person Striveworks leadership calls when something is at risk. This position is designed for someone who has experience in complex Army environments, who understands how Division-level decisions are actually made, and who is done watching technology fail to land because nobody owned the last mile.
At Striveworks, you are trusted to operate autonomously, step into vacuums, and advocate for the end user with technical specificity. Success is measured by presence and follow-through rather than slide decks. You will serve as the company’s voice in the room, translating customer friction points into actionable technical roadmaps while maintaining a persistent pulse on how capabilities are utilized in the field. Day-to-day responsibilities:
This position offers a fully remote work environment, or you can work hybrid/on site at our office in northwest Austin, TX. You will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time to our customer sites at Schofield Army Barracks in Oߵahu, Hawaiߵi.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager, Revenue to lead key accounting operations, ensure the integrity of our financial reporting processes, and manage a high-performing team. This role will oversee the full cycle order-to-cash process, revenue recognition under ASC 606, month-end close, and preparation of audit-ready financial documentation. As a Food Service Assistant at Bezos Academy, you’ll help provide nutritious, compliant meals to children at our tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool and provide direct support with a variety of additional tasks both in and out of the classroom. You will manage all aspects of food preparation and service with strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include preparing CACFP-compliant menus, placing food orders and managing food costs, receiving and verifying food deliveries, ensuring all meals are delivered to classrooms on time, and managing all clean-up, organization, and documentation. Assuming full ownership of the kitchen and food operations at the school, you will serve meals in accordance with USDA requirements, Bezos Academy policies, and local childcare regulations.
Beyond the kitchen, you will assist school staff and administration with a variety of tasks including inventory checks, laundry, and other ad hoc duties. As needed, you will also occasionally step into classrooms to provide direct supervision and support to the children. You will become an integral part of your school team working to improve processes and provide an excellent preschool experience where we nurture every child’s full potential.

Position Description:
The Experience Specialist (Guest Services) On-Call is a key ambassador of the Sensei guest journey, responsible for delivering seamless, personalized service from pre-arrival through departure.
