The Senior Director of Engineering is responsible for leadership, strategy and performance of all engineering systems across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and specialty assets. The Animal Caretaker is responsible for the domesticated animals on the Children’s Farm at Ko’olau Ranch. As directed by the Manager, Land Operations, the Caretaker will perform all aspects of care for the Farm, including but not limited to feeding, watering, grooming and cleaning the animals, maintaining the Farm area in a clean and sanitary condition, coordinating veterinary treatments and other animal services as needed, and working with the Owners and/or their guests during visits to the Farm.

The San Francisco Bay Area base pay range for this role is $148,000-$168,000. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time. Actual placement in range is based on job-related skills and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process. Pay ranges outside the San Francisco Bay Area are adjusted based on cost of labor in each respective geographical market.
