We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Finance Technology to lead our India-based FinTech engineering organization supporting global Finance systems. This leader will own strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence across core finance platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, SAP Concur, and RPA/AI-driven automation solutions.
This role requires strong functional expertise in Finance (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax) combined with deep systems knowledge. The ideal candidate can bridge Finance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders while building a high-performing team in India.

Arcesium seeks a highly motivated Treasury Margin Specialist to join our Technology team in Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Gurugram. The candidate will also cover initial stage client calls as an SME to explain Arcesium margin capabilities clearly and help Arcesium win new business with markets fund managers. The candidate should be willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment of new client implementations into Arcesium platform and other special
projects.
What You'll Do:
• Understanding the various margining methodologies cross asset and cross agreements and developing the internal view of margin.
• Develop portfolio financing margin models in Arcesium’s infrastructure.
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations; being proactive in identifying their needs, articulating the scope of the offering, escalating issues in a timely manner, and showcasing persuasiveness in bringing about changes
• Learn and enhance knowledge on complete Arcesium platform/industry, not restricted to current area of expertise.
• Perform various activities like data gathering, GAP analysis, Mapping, Data transformation, Loading and reconciliation, BAU activities setup, Client parallel support etc.… in Arcesium platform as a part of client implementation.
• Work with technology teams as needed, by assisting in special projects, developing bespoke reports, developing specifications, product implementation and UAT.
What You’ll need:
• 2 to 5 years of experience working in the Treasury (portfolio financing or counterparty credit risk in specific) coupled with in-depth domain / finance knowledge.
• Collateral management and financing agreements as well as margin methodologies
• Experience in market or counterparty credit risk to be able to analyze risk drivers of any securities portfolio.
• An understanding of data sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit etc, for Treasury related attributes
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proven track-record of handling projects and improving processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude
• Effective oral/written communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
• Hands on experience with VBA macros / Python will be a big plus.

Manager – Finance (Real Estate)
About the Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, and treasury management for a group of real estate entities.
The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong ownership, capable of handling multiple entities, regulatory compliances, vendor management, and financial reporting. The candidate will also play a key role in strengthening internal processes and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.
The role involves close coordination with senior management, auditors, and internal teams including operations.
In this role, you will have plenty of opportunity to grow professionally, take independent decisions with respect to accounts operations including compliances and manage a team of 3-4 accountants. You will be reporting to the senior management including the CEO and be part of the Accounts and Finance team of 8 people.
