We are building an inference platform that makes every kind of foundation model — text, vision, audio, and emerging multimodal architectures — fast, reliable, and effortless to deploy at massive scale. To deliver on that promise, we need an engineer who can make the platform behave flawlessly under extreme load and recover gracefully when the unexpected happens.
In this role you will own the reliability, performance, and observability of the entire inference stack. Your day starts with designing and refining telemetry pipelines — metrics, logs, and traces that turn hundreds of terabytes of signal into clear, actionable insight. From there you might tune Kubernetes autoscalers to squeeze more efficiency out of GPUs, craft Terraform modules that bake resilience into every new cluster, or harden our request-routing and retry logic so even transient failures go unnoticed by users. When incidents do arise, you’ll rely on the automation and runbooks you helped create to detect, isolate, and remediate problems in minutes, then drive the post-mortem culture that prevents recurrence. All of this effort points toward a single goal: scaling the platform smoothly while hitting aggressive cost and reliability targets.
Success in the role calls for deep fluency with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, and the craft of infrastructure-as-code. You script comfortably in Python or Bash, understand the nuances of alert design and SLOs for high-throughput APIs, and have spent enough time in production to know how distributed back-ends fail in the real world. Experience shepherding GPU-heavy workloads — whether with vLLM, Triton, Ray, or another accelerator stack — will serve you well, as will a background in MLOps or model-hosting platforms. Above all, you care about building self-healing systems, thrive on debugging performance from kernel to application layer, and enjoy collaborating with software engineers to turn reliability into a feature users never have to think about.
If the idea of safeguarding the infrastructure that powers tomorrow’s multimodal AI energizes you, we’d love to hear your story.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to join the team building and operating Nebius Data Platform — a distributed storage and a processing platform that acts as the company’s “source of truth” and the backbone of many internal (and some external) products.
Nebius Data Platform is a single multi-tenant ecosystem based on YTsaurus — instead of running separate HDFS/Kafka/HBase-style systems, we provide storage, compute, and analytics capabilities inside one platform.
Built on top of the open-source YTsaurus ecosystem, we run and extend our own Nebius distribution and develop significant in-house functionality (core and platform-level). We can design, implement, and roll out features end-to-end on our clusters without waiting for upstream approvals and contribute upstream when it makes sense.
At scale today, this includes~500 servers, ~20k CPU cores and ~10 PB of compressed data in our largest production cluster, supporting workloads ranging from business-critical pipelines and financial transactions to large-scale ML/LLM training datasets and compute.
You’ll work on a system that includes (and ties together):
We’re looking for engineers who combine strong systems skills with product sense: understanding who uses the platform, why certain capabilities matter, and making pragmatic trade-offs to maximize impact. Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.
The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
Throughput. Latency. KV cache utilization.
Move those three numbers in the right direction, and two things happen: customers get faster, cheaper inference, and our margins improve. That's the entire thesis of this role. Every kernel you tune, every quantization scheme you ship, every scheduler tweak you land shows up directly in a customer's p99 and on our P&L.
This is a high-impact seat. It is also a high-autonomy seat as you'll be given the room to lead the technical direction of inference optimization at Kimchi, not execute someone else's roadmap.
The problem: running LLMs in production is a moving target. The "right" model and serving configuration for a workload depend on traffic shape, sequence-length distribution, batch dynamics, GPU SKU, memory bandwidth, quantization tolerance, and a dozen other variables that shift week to week. Most teams pick a model once, over-provision GPUs, and absorb the cost. Kimchi is the system that makes that decision automatically - continuously matching workloads to the most cost-efficient, best-performing LLM and serving configuration on a customer's infrastructure. We're building the optimization layer between the model and the hardware, and we need engineers who understand both sides deeply.
Stack
Python; vLLM; SGLang; TensorRT-LLM; PyTorch; CUDA-adjacent tooling; Kubernetes; gRP; ClickHouse; PostgreSQL; GCP Pub/Sub; AWS / GCP / Azure; GitLab CI; ArgoCD; Prometheus; Grafana; Loki; Tempo.
As part of our standard hiring process, we would like to inform you that a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr.
Please note that Cast AI does not provide any form of visa sponsorship/work permit.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.

Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.
1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.
Available Locations: London, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Munich, Paris
What you’ll do:
The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organization is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solutions portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design, and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers.
As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. You will aid your customers and work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support. Your goal of customer success should drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs.
Technology moves at lightning speed; a broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technologies is required, and the curiosity to maintain and develop new knowledge is essential to keeping up with the high rate of product innovation at Cloudflare.
Examples Of Desirable Skills, Knowledge And Experience:
Ultimately, you are passionate about technology and have the ability to explain complex technical concepts—like how an edge network reduces "lag" or how WAF rules protect a player's wallet—in easy-to-understand terms. You are naturally curious, and an avid builder who is not afraid to get your hands dirty.
You appreciate the diversity of challenges in working with customers, from managing "micro-burst" traffic spikes to navigating regulatory requirements. You will find a collaborative environment where everyone brings different strengths and jumps in to help each other obtain the technical win so that customers choose Cloudflare to protect and accelerate their platforms.
Additional experience might include:
Pre-Sales Excellence: Previous experience in a technical consulting or SE role, with a track record of demonstrating ROI to CTOs and Infrastructure Leads.

Parloa’s mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience — one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like IKEA and Booking.com already deploying Parloa at scale.
Parloa is building the AI platform that enterprises trust with their most important conversations. That trust starts with security — and we need someone to own it entirely.
As Director of Security, you won't just manage a team. You'll shape how a fast-scaling AI company thinks about security from the ground up: building the strategy, the culture, and the systems that protect our platform, our customers, and the data they entrust to us. You'll lead our SecOps team within Tech Platform, partner across IS&T and Internal IT, and be the person our customers look to when they need confidence that Parloa takes security as seriously as they do.
This is a builder role. If you want to define what security looks like at an AI-native company — not inherit someone else's playbook — this is it.

We’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale—and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments—this is where you do it.
At Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.
We’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.
Backed by leading global investors like General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital, we’re scaling with a clear ambition: to become the global category leader in enterprise-grade conversational AI.
Parloa is committed to upholding the highest data protection standards for our clients' and employees' data. All our employees are instrumental in ensuring the utmost care, GDPR, and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001, in handling sensitive information.

We’re seeking experienced Software Engineers with a strong background in building scalable microservices. While Kotlin is our primary language, experience with Java, Scala, or other JVM backend languages is great. As we are exploring Go, we're looking for people who are confident in their ability to learn and teach! 🛠️
Beyond technical expertise, we value ownership, collaboration, and a mindset for growth. We think you're a great communicator who thrives in tackling complex challenges, questioning conventions, and working closely with teammates to build reliable, scalable systems. 🚀
We are hiring for multiple open positions across different teams in the Merchant Group. During the initial screening call our Talent Acquisition Partner will discuss with you your expectations and possible domain preferences as well as share more about the group. After the recruiter screening call, during the rest of the interviewing steps, you’ll meet hiring managers and software engineers from the Merchant group, a specific team being proposed at the end of the process - that’s the moment when you’ll get to meet your possible Team Lead. Throughout the process, we will do our best to match your experience, skills, and aspirations with the most suitable Engineering team!
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
