Brief summary of role:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise commercial OpenSpace customers.  This role ensures customers realize and achieve value from the OpenSpace platform through effective onboarding, ongoing enablement, proactive communication, and consistent adoption support.  CSMs build strong working relationships with project and departmental stakeholders, monitor customer health, and escalate risks or expansion opportunities to account teams.  This role focuses on tactical execution, training, and day-to-day partnership to encourage sustained usage and successful business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational and project-level stakeholders.
• Deliver onboarding refreshers, usage reviews, and tailored training sessions to maximize time-to-value and drive sustained product engagement.
• Monitor account health and usage trends to identify risks and drive proactive customer engagement.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend best practices aligned to their business goals.
• Surface expansion and retention risks to account teams.
• Support renewal processes by providing usage insights, ACV checks, documentation, and customer context.
• Maintain accurate records of customer health, activity, and opportunities using tools like Salesforce and Catalyst.  Track progress against KPIs for adoption, retention, and growth.
• Travel to customer jobsites and offices (~25%) to build stronger relationships and deliver in-person support, when needed.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless experiences and ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or another customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience facilitating onboarding, training, or engagement programs with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a book of business totaling $5M+ across 30-100+ accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver product training effectively.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Catalyst, Gainsight, or other CS platforms.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to interpret product usage data to identify adoption risks or growth opportunities.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot customer issues independently.
• This role requires the ability to travel. The average travel requirements of this role are up to 25%.

The role

As a Senior Design and MEP Manager, you will play a key role in delivering retrofit, refurbishment, and alteration projects across HelloFresh’s international distribution center portfolio. You will support the Property team by combining strong project management capabilities with deep MEP and architectural expertise, ensuring that operational upgrades, capacity expansions, and compliance-driven modifications are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to live operations.

The role is heavily focused on brownfield environments, requiring close coordination with Project Managers, operations, external designers, and contractors to manage design, execution readiness, and technical risk across multiple countries.

What you’ll do

Project & Design Management (Retrofits & Alterations)

• Act as a senior technical and project delivery partner for retrofit, refurbishment, and alteration projects within live international distribution centers.
• Support Project Managers in defining scope, phasing, and execution strategies that minimize operational disruption while meeting performance and compliance requirements.
  Manage and steer the MEP and architectural design process for alterations, upgrades, and extensions, ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with site constraints.

Technical Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary technical interface between internal stakeholders (Property, Operations, Quality, Safety) and external consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate design reviews and technical decision-making, ensuring alignment between operational needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
• Proactively identify technical risks typical to brownfield projects (interfaces, shutdowns, legacy systems) and drive mitigation strategies.

Design Oversight & Consultancy Collaboration

• Lead the review and validation of MEP and architectural designs produced by external consultants, with a strong focus on HVAC, cooling, utilities, and food-industry requirements.
• Ensure design solutions are optimized for cost, constructability, maintainability, and future flexibility.
• Challenge over-engineering and support value engineering without compromising safety, quality, or compliance.

Quality, Cost & Compliance Control

• Support site inspections, design audits, and commissioning activities to ensure works align with approved design intent and HelloFresh standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers and procurement to manage design-to-budget, support tender evaluations, and control cost impacts from design changes.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, food safety standards, sustainability targets, and internal HelloFresh engineering guidelines across multiple regions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Consultancy background: 5–7+ years in MEP or building services design, ideally with exposure to industrial or food production/logistics facilities.
• Contractor / design-build background: 7–10+ years delivering industrial retrofit or refurbishment projects in live environments.
• Proven experience managing alterations, upgrades, and brownfield projects, preferably within distribution centers, food facilities, or similar industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems for industrial buildings, particularly HVAC, cooling, utilities, and energy systems relevant to food operations.
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, permitting processes, and construction best practices across international projects.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and strong proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Structured, self-directed working style with the ability to identify blockers early and escalate with clear recommendations.
• Clear, pragmatic communicator, able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages (German, French, or Dutch) are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work across international locations.
• Experience working in design-build or general contracting environments.
• Exposure to sustainability, energy optimization, and operational efficiency upgrades in existing industrial buildings.

Mission Brief

We deliver the half of the rocket that stays on the ground. As Manager of the Mechanical Ground Systems Team at Isar Aerospace, you lead the team building infrastructure for Spectrum rocket testing and launches, collaborating with development teams and balancing technical and management responsibilities. You own the scope of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE), which includes among others the Launch Table and the Transport Erector as key elements for a successful rocket launch.

Your Role in Our Space Mission 

• Lead and build a team of mechanical and aerospace engineers, ensuring that the mechanical ground infrastructure is designed according to coherent standards and processes while taking ownership of technical work packages yourself
• Own and drive the design, development, and realization of heavy mechanical systems within larger projects, including requirements management, technical coordination, documentation, risk assessments, design reviews, compliance evaluation (e.g. safety standards for machinery, pressure equipment, lifting devices), and support during commissioning activities
• Manage and technically steer external suppliers and contractors, including specification, review, acceptance, on-site supervision, and ensure proactive communication and collaboration throughout project phases
• Ensure mechanical ground systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and performance requirements through effective workforce planning with the overall project managers

Mission Brief 

As Project Manager Launch Site Development, you will have end-to-end ownership of Isar Aerospace’s multi-site launch build-out. Reporting to the VP Mission & Launch Operations, you will lead the strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of all launch site development projects – including expansion of our current site and the establishment of future launch sites. Your technical background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, combined with proven project/program management expertise, will be essential in translating high-level business goals into actionable plans, managing complex timelines and budgets, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. • Own the planning, execution, and delivery of all launch site development programs, from site selection and permitting through construction, activation, and operational handover. 
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; track progress against key milestones and proactively mitigate risks. 
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, legal, and external vendors/contractors to ensure all technical and regulatory requirements are met. 
• Drive the financial view of all launch site projects, including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting; ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and quality targets. 
• Prepare and present regular program updates, dashboards, and executive materials to the VP Mission & Launch Operations, company leadership, and key stakeholders. 
• Establish and improve governance processes for project tracking, decision-making, and accountability across all launch site developments. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and environmental standards for all sites. 
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., local authorities, permitting agencies, contractors) to secure necessary approvals and ensure smooth project progression. 
• Synthesize complex technical and business information into actionable recommendations for leadership; escalate issues and propose solutions as needed. 
• Foster a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all launch site initiatives. 
• Support the preparation and follow-up of Board and executive reviews pertaining to infrastructure expansion. 
• Take ownership of lessons-learned processes and implement best practices for future site builds. 

Qualification Checklist 

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline. 
• 5+ years of professional experience managing large, complex technical programs or infrastructure projects, ideally in aerospace, industrial, or high-tech environments. 
• Demonstrated end-to-end project/program management experience, including financial planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. 
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and challenge engineering concepts, plans, and trade-offs. 
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external contractors and vendors. 
• Proven ability to own program budgets, develop financial models, and deliver projects within defined cost and schedule parameters. 
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills; able to convey complex technical and program information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Confluence, Teams) is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• Experience working with regulatory, permitting, or governmental agencies is highly valued. 
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus.

About the team:

You will be joining our Enterprise team, which is focused on bringing Goodnotes to the professional industry space. We work with businesses, public sector and educational institutions, and organisations across international markets to help them unlock the full potential of digital paper in their day-to-day workflows. The DACH region is a key growth market for us, and this role sits at the heart of that expansion.

About the role:

As an Account Executive for the DACH region, you will own a dedicated SMB & Mid Market territory across Germany, Austria & Switzerland, driving new business acquisition while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for SMB & Mid Market prospects and customers in your region, leading the full sales cycle from first outreach through to close and successful handover to Customer Success. You will work closely with our international Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Customer Support teams to deliver a best-in-class buying experience and represent Goodnotes in the DACH market — virtually and in person.

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Own your territory: Take full ownership of the DACH SMB & Mid-Market sales pipeline — from prospecting and outbound outreach to closing new business and growing existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle: Manage every stage of the pre-to-post client lifecycle, including discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and successful handover, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
• Educate and consult: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, helping them understand how Goodnotes can solve real business challenges and deliver measurable value across their organisation.
• Build lasting relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and champions across key accounts in the DACH region, including in-person engagement at local events and industry conferences.
• Drive revenue growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, social selling, partner and reseller channels, and inbound leads — consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
• Represent the voice of the customer: Gather structured feedback from prospects and clients on use cases, pain points, and feature requests, and channel these insights back to our Product and Research teams.
• Leverage data to prioritise: Analyse territory and account data to make informed decisions about outreach cadence, deal prioritisation, and pipeline health — using HubSpot CRM as your single source of truth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market activities, support localised campaigns, and ensure smooth customer onboarding in the DACH market.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role at a B2B SaaS company preferably start up experience.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Native or business-fluent German (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of the DACH business landscape, buying culture, and enterprise procurement processes, industry experience in public sector & construction is welcome
• Exceptional communication skills — confident in written outreach, live demos, presentations, and executive-level conversations
• Ability to clearly articulate a value proposition and handle objections with empathy and confidence
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and multiple concurrent priorities
• Experience with HubSpot CRM or comparable CRM platforms
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region for client meetings, events, and conferences
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows as part of a modern sales motion is a strong plus

Als Senior Preconstruction Manager bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Projekt. Du verstehst die Sprache von Bauherren, Projektentwicklern und Investoren ebenso wie die von Architekt:innen, Planer:innen und Ingenieur:innen.
Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in technisch saubere, wirtschaftliche und vertrieblich überzeugende Konzepte auf Basis unseres Holzhybrid-Bausystems und legst damit den Grundstein für erfolgreiche Projektabschlüsse. 

Wichtig: In dieser Rolle übernimmst du keine Kaltakquise, sondern arbeitest mit qualifizierten Projektanfragen und etablierten Kundenbeziehungen. Erfahrung im Holz- oder Holzhybridbau setzen wir außerdem nicht voraus – bei uns baust du gezielt Expertise in einer Bauweise auf, die den Wohnungsbau der Zukunft prägen wird.

• Ganzheitliche Kundenberatung für schlüsselfertige, mehrgeschossige Wohnbauprojekte – von der ersten qualifizierten Anfrage bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung

Über die Rolle

Du möchtest die Zukunft des Wohnens aktiv mitgestalten – mit Fokus auf die Umsetzung? Als Projektleiter/in (m/w/d) bei uns, einem innovativen Generalübernehmer im nachhaltigen Wohnbau, übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Leistungsphasen 3 bis 8 – von der Ausschreibung über die Vergabe bis zur Bauausführung und schlüsselfertigen Übergabe. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Wohnbauprojekte (ab 4.5000 m2 BGF aufwärts) termin- und qualitätsgerecht realisiert werden und behältst dabei stets Kosten und Ziele im Blick. 

Insbesondere werden deine Aufgaben umfassen:

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbau unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Zielsetzung
• Termingerechte und qualitätssichere Umsetzung des vertraglichen Bau-Solls
• Kontrolle des Bauablaufs und Durchführen der Baustellenergebniskontrolle
• Koordinieren und überwachen der Einsätze von Fachingenieuren, Fachberater, Personal sowie Nachunternehmen
• Führung Baustellenteams und Verantwortung über die Personaleinsatzplanung

Über dich

• Studienabschluss in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
• Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Großprojekten im Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbau, idealerweise bei einem GU oder GÜ
• Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Baustellen deutschlandweit – du trägst die Projektverantwortung und entscheidest selbst, wann deine Anwesenheit vor Ort notwendig ist
