The Opportunity
Flexport is building the future of global fulfillment—and we’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives who wants to be at the center of that transformation. This is not a traditional management role. You will be the architect of tomorrow’s Flexport Fulfillment network: designing processes, building products, and creating the standards that will define how we operate at scale.
You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, product, and technology, working across all functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and bring them to life. What You’ll Do
Architect the Future of Fulfillment
- Design, standardize, and codify the processes, products, and tools that will power Flexport’s next generation fulfillment network.
- Define operating models that can scale globally, balancing efficiency, cost, speed, and customer experience.
Build, Not Just Manage
- Own initiatives end-to-end: from diagnosing the problem, designing the solution, building prototypes, and driving implementation.
- Develop tooling, dashboards, and models directly—leveraging SQL, Python, BI platforms, and workflow automation.
Leverage Data for Strategic Planning
- Use data to uncover bottlenecks, quantify opportunities, and make recommendations that drive millions in cost savings and unlock new service capabilities.
- Build forecasting and scenario planning models to guide long-term network design and capacity planning.
Be a Cross-Functional Force Multiplier
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams to align on priorities, build solutions, and scale them across the network.
- Translate operational pain points into product requirements and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
Standardize the Network
- Establish and roll out SOPs, reporting cadences, and KPIs that become the backbone of Fulfillment execution.
- Drive governance and accountability around execution, ensuring every site runs on the same playbook.
Drive Strategic Initiatives at Scale
- Lead high-impact, white-space projects (automation, robotics, B2B/Retail compliance, international expansion) that redefine the limits of what Flexport Fulfillment can deliver.
- Develop and execute multi-year roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership.
You Should Have
- 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy—ideally with direct exposure to high-volume networks.
- Extremely strong technical skillset: SQL (expert), Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and preferably Python or R for modeling and automation.
- A proven record of designing and implementing scalable processes/products that delivered measurable business impact.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to P&L drivers and long-term vision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, comfortable building from scratch, and naturally biased toward action.
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Bonus: Experience working with robotics, warehouse automation, or building new fulfillment products (B2B, Prep, Returns, Retail compliance).

The Challenge
As the BI Analyst within the R&D Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering impactful data insights to support our global Product Management and Engineering teams. You will leverage data to influence decision-making, lead analytics projects from end to end, and provide strategic insights to enhance our Product Management and Engineering processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on analytics environment, has a strong background in data analytics, experience with SaaS Product and/or Engineering, and is eager to design metrics, solve complex problems, and drive reporting excellence.
Your Mission
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to track key Product and Engineering velocity, quality, reliability metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze Product and Engineering data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, supporting decision-making across multiple functions.
- Create predictive models and scenario analyses to improve product strategies and planning, and engineering performance.
Operational Support
- Lead end-to-end execution of Product and Engineering analytics projects, from scoping requirements to delivering impactful results.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and improve Product and Engineering effectiveness.
- Build, maintain, and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into R&D performance.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, solve problems, and uncover opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering Operations, Strategy, HR, Finance, and other business functions to align R&D operations with broader organizational objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc operational and analytical support to Product and Engineering leaders as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize analytics tools to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline R&D operations.

Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction from data warehouses and performing data transformations.
- Proficiency in utilizing Power BI to develop data models and dashboards.
- Familiar with modern SaaS product development processes

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. We’re looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise, Existing Business sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand our Enterprise customers’ complex business needs and showcase how Fivetran’s data replication solutions can help them achieve their desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, identifying technical requirements, and supporting a regimented proof-of-value process throughout the sales cycle.
This is a full-time, remote position based in US with strong preference for Central and East Coast timezones.

BDA is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in both domestic and international payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, a deep understanding Workday and ADP systems (certifications preferred), and strong Excel skills to support detailed reporting and reconciliations.
Location: This role requires onsite presence 4 days a week to the Atlanta, GA or Plainfield, IN location.
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for over thousand employees across multiple states and globally using ADP.
- Managing state and federally mandated garnishments and wage verifications in ADP.
- Maintaining and auditing employee PTO accruals.
- Payroll deduction and PTO accrual reconciliation.
- Managing the electronic and online timekeeping system for hourly employees.
- Payment of commissions, sales incentives, bonuses accurately and in a timely manner, in alignment with compensation structures.
- Running weekly and monthly ad hoc reporting.
- Using smart compliance for garnishments and pay cards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state and international processing
- Workday and ADP Celergo experience required
- Strong ADP systems knowledge (former ADP employees highly preferred)
- Fluent in English required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
- Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations (Federal, State, Local) Pension, filings, and garnishment processing
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent reconciliation skillset
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Payroll certification is a plus or years of service
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
