Geotab is seeking a Senior Product Designer who will play a critical role in driving user-centered design, leading initiatives from initial discovery through to implementation. This role will focus specifically on our MyGeotab platform, a complex customer management tool for billing, device management, returns, and support tickets. As a Senior Product Designer, your key area of responsibility will be contributing to the product design vision, collaborating with the design team, and working with other designers to simplify complexity and build features that customers are asking for. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Product Ops, Development, Customer Success, and Data Science to lead discovery and research, focusing on creating and evolving user personas and journey maps to define and optimize the customer management experience within the platform.
To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter and a strong storyteller with great initiative who emphasizes design as a strategic asset to help improve the organization's design capabilities. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and systematic design skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through completion. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.
Responsible for driving design initiatives in cross-functional teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the seamless integration of design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
Take responsibility for knowledge sharing within the design team, mentoring and supporting junior designers to foster their professional growth and excellence.
Advise manager on user-centric design principles and best practices, ensuring that design solutions align with user needs and industry standards.
Gather requirements and align design efforts with business objectives, actively seeking opportunities to improve the overall product experience.
3-5 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for candidates on the higher end of that spectrum.
Experience in the user-centered design process, from conducting research and facilitating workshops to high-level design strategy and implementation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell stories and communicate complex ideas/goals to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Must have the flexibility to travel (USA and Europe).

About the Role:
M3 is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Senior Marketing Designer to own and elevate our visual presence across all customer-facing and internal marketing touchpoints.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on execution, ownership, and speed. You will be the primary driver of M3’s marketing design output and responsible for creating the materials that support sales, marketing, and brand growth across the organization.

OneTrust is seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer to architect and scale high‑impact, release‑driven digital education for complex SaaS products. This is a senior‑level individual contributor role for a proven learning architect who thrives in fast‑moving environments and sets the standard for quality, speed, and scalability.
In this role, you will be the studio’s learning design authority and quality multiplier, building flagship eLearning, converting instructor‑led content into scalable self‑directed experiences, and creating reusable design patterns that allow learning to move in lockstep with product releases. You will combine strong instructional design judgment with hands‑on execution, helping customers and partners quickly adopt new functionality and realize value from OneTrust’s platform.
Architect and deliver rapid, release‑synchronous eLearning for technical SaaS products, using modern authoring tools (primarily Rise)
Convert ILT/VILT and SME‑led content into high‑quality, self‑directed digital learning that scales globally
Design and maintain net‑new, release‑maintenance, and delta‑training modules that clearly communicate what changed, why it matters, and how to apply it
Build microlearning (≤15 minutes)
Create high‑quality demo and how‑to videos with AI audio, that teach real workflows, use cases, and best practices
Own and evolve reusable learning templates, patterns, and standards that ensure consistency, accessibility, and speed across the education portfolio
Partner with product SMEs, trainers, and education leaders to translate complex functionality into clear, outcome‑driven learning
Apply and enforce accessibility (WCAG) standards and inclusive/neurodiverse design practices
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Rise AI) to accelerate development, generate scenario variants, maintain terminology consistency, and support quality assurance
Mentor and coach other designers—raising the overall quality bar, influencing design decisions, and providing hands‑on guidance for complex initiatives
Use learner and delivery feedback to identify “stumble points” and design targeted digital solutions that improve adoption and time‑to‑value
Bachelor degree in Instructional Design or Education or similar.
7+ years of experience in instructional design or rapid eLearning experience design, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, release‑driven environments, or technical platforms
Experience in Addie, Backward, and Agile design.
Proven success delivering rapid eLearning in high‑volume, release‑driven environments
Deep experience converting instructor‑led and technical content into effective self‑directed learning
Strong design judgment and the ability to act as a design authority, not just a content producer
Strong project management skills, with experience working closely with SMEs and managing multiple projects in parallel while meeting release timelines
Hands‑on experience producing video content using tools such as Camtasia, Snagit, or similar
Strong proficiency with Articulate Rise and working knowledge of Articulate Storyline
