Flexport is building the future of global fulfillment—and we’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives who wants to be at the center of that transformation. This is not a traditional management role. You will be the architect of tomorrow’s Flexport Fulfillment network: designing processes, building products, and creating the standards that will define how we operate at scale.
You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, product, and technology, working across all functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and bring them to life. This role is one of the most independent, entrepreneurial, and impactful within Flexport Fulfillment. As the BI Analyst within the R&D Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering impactful data insights to support our global Product Management and Engineering teams. You will leverage data to influence decision-making, lead analytics projects from end to end, and provide strategic insights to enhance our Product Management and Engineering processes. About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise, Existing Business sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand our Enterprise customers’ complex business needs and showcase how Fivetran’s data replication solutions can help them achieve their desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, identifying technical requirements, and supporting a regimented proof-of-value process throughout the sales cycle.
This is a full-time, remote position based in US with strong preference for Central and East Coast timezones.

What You’ll Do
Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business, their use cases, and their data replication requirements
Work cross functionally with your internal counterparts (AEs, Professional Services, BDRs, marketing, and support) to build and maintain a holistic account ownership plan
Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences
Ensure the technical win by running a tight proof-of-value process
Work closely with Fivetran’s Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of our solutions to Enterprise customer needs
Develop and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in our industry
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in data replication, sales engineering, or related technical field
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to support large enterprise customers
Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies
Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bonus Skills
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server & SAP databases
Hands on experience with other data replication or ETL tools
Experience with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure
Hands on networking experience both in the cloud and on-premise
This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.
As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.

BDA is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in both domestic and international payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, a deep understanding Workday and ADP systems (certifications preferred), and strong Excel skills to support detailed reporting and reconciliations.
Location: This role requires onsite presence 4 days a week to the Atlanta, GA or Plainfield, IN location.
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for over thousand employees across multiple states and globally using ADP.
- Managing state and federally mandated garnishments and wage verifications in ADP.
- Maintaining and auditing employee PTO accruals.
- Payroll deduction and PTO accrual reconciliation.
- Managing the electronic and online timekeeping system for hourly employees.
- Payment of commissions, sales incentives, bonuses accurately and in a timely manner, in alignment with compensation structures.
- Running weekly and monthly ad hoc reporting.
- Using smart compliance for garnishments and pay cards.
Qualifications:
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
