As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. You’ll administer the Business Unit’s LMS end‑to‑end, and you’ll also own adjacent platforms that plug into or stand alongside the LMS—specifically our AI Role‑Playing/Simulation tool, Sales Enablement Platform (e.g., Cornerstone, Mindtickle, or a bespoke solution), our Knowledge Base, and Content Management System.

As the Senior Software Engineer for Scout Motor’s digital products, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our software products, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. Some of the key products as part of digital portfolio are – mobile and desktop applications, vehicle connectivity solutions, mapping services, production, inventory and planning optimization, servicing and repairs, and more. We're looking for a National Account Manager to own Roku's relationship with Walmart. This is a full-stack commercial role: you'll help inform strategy, build relationships, and drive execution across pricing, promotion, product placement, and sell-through. You'll be the internal voice of Walmart and the external face of Roku, and you'll be expected to bring both perspectives to the table. This role will require frequent travel to Bentonville, AR to meet with partners and stakeholders in the area.
As the primary contact for Roku devices at Walmart, you’ll be responsible for achieving annual and quarterly revenue goals and for planning and executing category roadmaps that deliver on pricing, promotion, and product placement objectives.

For Remote US Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $191,000 - $224,000 annually. As Babylist’s Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning & Discovery+Site Monetization, you’ll lead the team driving the next era of our machine learning and personalization efforts across the product. This is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who remains technically fluent while scaling people, systems, and impact. You’ll manage and grow a high-performing ML-focused pod spanning product recommendations, search, PLPs, and site monetization, with a clear mandate: maximize revenue and user value across surface areas through personalization.

What the Role Is
As VP, Talent Strategy & Employer Brand, you own how Babylist hires, end to end, and how we show up to the talent market. This role sits at the center of how we build the company. You’re responsible for delivering against current hiring needs while evolving how we operate across process, tooling, evaluation, and employer brand to support where Babylist is going.
You’ll operate as a core member of the People leadership team, partnering closely with the SVP, People and senior leaders to shape hiring plans, challenge assumptions, and drive better outcomes. This is both strategic and hands-on work. You’ll step into critical or complex searches, guide leaders through high-stakes hiring decisions, and set the standard for how we assess talent across the company. In parallel, you’ll define and activate our employer brand and EVP with Marketing, ensuring what we communicate externally is clear, differentiated, and grounded in reality. You’ll also own how we evolve our TA tech stack, with a clear point of view on where AI improves speed, signal, and candidate experience.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a well-oiled recruiting machine or operate within clearly defined boundaries. You’re building while operating. If your experience has relied on strong inbound pipelines, established brand pull, or large, specialized recruiting teams, this will feel like a different kind of environment.
