Team
The Risk Controlling department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust, group-wide risk management framework aligned with Basel principles and guidelines. This involves implementing policies and controls to identify, measure, monitor, and manage the bank's risks, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk. The team's primary functions are ongoing risk profile monitoring, preparing accurate risk reports for stakeholders and regulators, and assessing capital and liquidity adequacy according to regulatory frameworks like CRR.

We are looking for a motivated graduate or professional in the early stages of their career, from an economics, statistical or other quantitative discipline, to join our team of Financial Economists and make a positive impact to the global financial market from day one. This role will work in a project team bringing advanced quantitative and data driven techniques to highly complex disputes involving financial markets and securities litigation.

Depending on the role you are applying for, you may be asked to complete a pre-interview assessment relevant to the role. This allows us to see if you have some of the necessary technical skills required for the role, and it can also give you an idea of some of the skills that would be required.
For the majority of our roles, we have a three stage interview process. The main purpose of our interviews is to further assess your technical skills, your communication skills (team and client) and make sure that you have sufficiently researched what we do and the role itself. More generally it is a chance for us to get to know each other better.
