Switchgear Applications Engineer

Position Summary
As the Technical Program Application Engineer with the Commercial Enterprise team, you will report to the Technical Program Manager and work closely with both the commercial and engineering teams.

Position Summary:
The Data Engineer is a core builder on IEM’s data and analytics team. This role develops and maintains the data pipelines and transformation models that power Tableau dashboards and business decisions across the organization. Working within an established modern data stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau. The Data Engineer turns raw source data into reliable, well-tested, and well-documented analytics-ready datasets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership of production data models and growing influence on engineering standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have 3–5 years of experience building data pipelines and transformation workflows in cloud environments. You’re proficient with SQL and Python, comfortable working in Snowflake, and have hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation tools. You write clean, tested code and take pride in documentation. You’re curious about the business context behind the data and can translate stakeholder questions into well-modeled datasets. You work well on a small team, take feedback constructively, and are eager to grow your skills in analytics engineering, data modeling, and cloud data architecture. IEM is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Jacksonville facilities and will report into the Maintenance Manager. The Facilities Maintenance Technician manages building and equipment maintenance schedules. Facilities Maintenance Technician responsibilities include scheduling preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and maintains the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville, FL offices and does not offer remote work. Shift hours are from 6am - 2:30pm ET.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensures that all safety equipment (Fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, etc.) are kept updated, meeting current building codes and in proper working order.
· Performs routine preventative maintenance on buildings, and safety and service equipment.
· Maintains records on company vehicles and insures proper maintenance is performed.
· Maintains records on equipment and facilities of maintenance performed by other qualified trades persons.
· Coordinates annual maintenance and inspection of engine generator.
· Establish and maintain maintenance procedures for facility fabrication and assembly equipment.
· Establish and maintain procedures for disposal of shop items and equipment waste of environmentally sensitive materials such as waste oil, shop rags, etc…
· Ensures facility equipment is installed and maintained in a safe manner.
· Manage janitorial and cleaning services.
· Track and manage scrap materials and recycling.
· Perform other related duties which may be required by supervisor.
Qualifications:
· 4-6 Years in Facilities Management.
· Forklift certified and training authorized.
· Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
· Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
· Organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking, and time management
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication ckills.
· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in data replication, sales engineering, or related technical field

Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies
Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools

Experience with feed management, landing page experimentation, and collaboration with Creative/Brand on search-first storytelling.
Efficiency and impact: CAC/CPA, CPQL, incremental contribution, qualified pipeline
Brand vs. non-brand efficiency; impression share/share of voice.
Experiment velocity and impact: test cadence, time-to-decision, percent of budget behind proven winners, and documented learnings adopted cross-channel.
Data quality and automation: tag/conversion health SLAs, offline match rates, dashboard accuracy, percent of workflows automated, anomaly detection
Convergence impact: blended paid+organic SOV on priority queries, reduction in cannibalization, presence/share in AI Overviews and Social Search, and improvements to search-driven landing experiences.
