MongoDB is looking for an outstanding person to join our newly created Forward Deployed Engineering team and take on a key role in our extended R&D organization. Forward Deployed Engineering is linking the work of teams engaged on application modernization roles with our Product and Engineering teams.

Many organizations have built up large estates of legacy applications. Lack of scalability and resilience, long development times, operating cost, and inability to run on cloud are common issues with these applications. To address these issues, organizations are engaging in large transformational Application Modernisation programs. MongoDB is recognized as the developer data platform of choice for transactional systems that provide the best scalability, resiliency and developer experience in the cloud as well as on premises. Organizations are continuously migrating workloads from these legacy applications to new platforms, often based on microservices, using MongoDB. 

Such transformations are time intensive and often risky. Tooling based on generative AI promises to accelerate these transformations in a way never seen before. Forward Deployed Engineering is responsible for exploring the possibilities of Generative AI  technologies and providing invaluable feedback to MongoDB’s R&D teams to drive future capabilities of MongoDB and the MongoDB ecosystem.

Application Modernization Engineers will work alongside project teams that are executing Application Modernisation projects with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluation, build, and applying tools in modernization  projects, facilitating the usage of such tools and processes across the different project teams, identifying opportunities for tooling deployment, selecting potential 3rd party tools, contributing to the development of tooling prototypes and helping to shape the product roadmap.

This role can be based out of our Dublin office or remotely in Ireland.

Our ideal candidate will have

• 4+ years of experience as a field engineer or professional services consultant or full stack developer working directly with Enterprise clients 
• Proficiency in Java or C#, and some familiarity with common database access patterns and frameworks in one or more of these languages
• Strong knowledge about enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
• Experience developing enterprise applications using relational databases, and employing SQL and stored procedures with Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase and/or PostgreSQL databases
• Experience of using and developing with MongoDB and JSON based Document models is highly desirable
• Problem solving skills, including the ability to collaborate across disciplines and teams to come up with creative solutions to technical and business challenges

Position Expectations

• Contribute to customer application modernization initiatives at any or all phases of the application lifecycle: assessment and analysis; planning and design; data modeling; application code conversion, development, test and build; integration and release configuration, production operations, application optimisation, and best practices adoption
• Test drive MongoDB migration products to deliver on customer use cases and drive adoption of the product. Deliver concise feedback to the rest of the development organisation
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the direction of the MongoDB product roadmap

The Role

About the role

Anthropic's Integrity & Compliance (I&C) function is building the systems that let us scale responsibly as our products reach more people, more enterprises, and more regulated industries. Our global compliance program is bespoke, reflecting our unique mission and position as one of the leading AI labs operating on the frontier.

Our Regulatory Programs pillar is a key pillar of our overall Integrity & Compliance function and covers a range of compliance domain areas including economic sanctions, US export controls, and regulatory compliance programs stemming from global AI safety regulation.

As a Content Moderation Specialist, you'll own day-to-day program management of Anthropic's global content moderation and online safety regulatory compliance program. Online safety regulation is one of the fastest-moving areas of technology law, and AI sits squarely in its sights. Regimes including the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act, the Australia Online Safety Act, and a growing set of emerging frameworks globally create novel obligations for how AI products are built, deployed, and governed. You will be at the forefront of translating those obligations into a defensible, well-documented compliance program — with regulatory risk assessments as the core of the work.

This is a deeply cross-functional role. You'll partner closely with internal counsel, Safeguards, and operations teams across Anthropic to build the compliance program and frameworks that demonstrate Anthropic meets its obligations under content regulation. This is a builder's role at a company that takes integrity seriously and moves fast — you'll exercise independent judgment on issues without clear precedent and help build durable programs that let Anthropic move quickly while honoring its obligations to regulators, customers, and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global content regulation risk assessment program, including the roadmap of required assessments across jurisdictions, a consistent and repeatable risk assessment methodology and framework, and the coordination of inputs, consultation, and approvals for each assessment

• Build and maintain systems and trackers to assess, operationalize, and report on relevant regulatory requirements across Anthropic's products and jurisdictions

• Partner with internal counsel, Safeguards, Policy, engineering, and operations teams to align internal practices with external commitments and legal obligations

• Maintain a controls inventory and the compliance documentation library for content regulation, ensuring documentation is drafted, reviewed by the right stakeholders, and kept current

Position Title: Senior IT Support Specialist (Dublin)

KBRA is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join its growing technology team. This role will be in our Dublin, Ireland office. Occasional travel to current and future EU/UK-based locations may be required. This is a hybrid role which will require 3 core days in the office (Tuesdays through Thursdays) with the other 2 days as a remote work option. Upon emergencies, expectations to report to the office in-person may be required on non-core days. Rare weekend work may be required.

About the Job:

You will be our senior on-site support technician responsible for the day-to-day support for our Dublin & London offices (50+ employees in each location and growing). You will assist with onboarding/offboarding employees, video conference setups, and troubleshooting system/network/infrastructure issues when needed. You will act as first level support for KBRA EU/UK, whether our users are remote or on-site. A focus on remote support for our US-based employees is required (500+ employees).  You will maintain our internal IT Support ticket queue along with the rest of the team and be responsible for immediately escalating issues to their appropriate team(s) when required. The candidate must have a strong accounting, corporate finance and high yield credit analysis background to assume a management role a growing group, including, but not limited to, serving as a senior credit analyst, managing junior credit analysts and contributing to the work process behind credit estimates and credit assessments. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and creditor agreements to identify key strengths and weaknesses and use findings to inform credit assessments.
• Provide and review credit assessments on corporates based on an analysis of their financial statements. Write rationale to defend assessments and present analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist senior team members with key initiatives in areas including methodology development and research.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject that prepared you to be a thoughtful qualitative and quantitative analyst and a strong writer. Master’s degree is preferred, including postgraduate professional certifications, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
• Minimum of (10) or more years in an investment research or similar financial analyst roles within a bank or other financial institution and prior fundamental credit training (including financial statement analysis). Research experience is a plus.
• Experience with corporate financial statements including 10-Ks, 10-Qs.
• Keen interest in writing research.
• Have the ability to conduct due-diligence and interact with clients as part of the assessment process.

About the Job:

• Lead new issuance rating process, including evaluating key factors including an issuance’s capital structure, legal protection, collateral quality, cash flow dynamics and the manager’s experience and track record.
• Interact with issuers, conducting due diligence meetings with issuers and managers to assess their investment process, experience, risk management skills, and overall ability to execute strategies. 
• Prepare rating memos and new issuance report, and making recommendations to the rating committees.
