Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.
This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory.

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.

Salary Considerations:
Anticipated annual base pay range: $130,000 - $150,000 plus additional variable compensation based on performance.

About The Role:
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, build out centralized procurement processes and systems, and own vendor relationships with Urban Sky’s key suppliers. In this role you will partner deeply with the critical suppliers whose materials, components, and capabilities directly impact our product quality, production timelines, and mission readiness, while designing the procurement processes and systems needed to scale the function. As a Manager, CSE (AI & Cloud Support) at DigitalOcean, you will operate as a Support Manager leading a team of Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) supporting strategic customers across cloud infrastructure and emerging AI/ML workloads. We are building an AI-native Data Cloud and need a VP of Engineering who owns architecture, execution, and business outcomes end-to-end. The buck stops with this role for platform reliability, developer experience, and Data Cloud adoption.
DigitalOcean’s Data Cloud will power AI applications end-to-end—from data ingestion to real-time inference—enabling developers to build production-grade RAG systems, AI agents, and analytics workflows on a single, integrated platform. About the Role
As the Head of Customer Success at Frontera Health, you'll own the health and growth of our clinic partner portfolio while also shaping how the CS function operates at scale. The Product Owner for GTM Sales Systems (Accounts & Opportunities) is a strategic and executional leader who owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for how Klaviyo manages its most foundational sales domains: Accounts and Opportunities. You will define how sellers interact with account data, how opportunity workflows drive deal velocity, and how the systems and processes that underpin these domains evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling enterprise GTM motion. The platform today is Salesforce, but the thinking is not constrained by any single tool. You are designing the right experience and architecture first, then determining how to deliver it.
This is not a systems administration role. You are a product owner who happens to operate in the GTM technology space. You will write product requirements, define success metrics, drive discovery, own sprint prioritization, and deliver outcomes that move business KPIs. Critically, you will approach every workflow with an AI-first mindset: mapping processes, categorizing what should be human-led versus AI-augmented versus AI-automated, and redesigning how work gets done rather than layering AI onto broken processes. You report into the GTS Product Owner team, which sits within the CIO organization and is accountable for product strategy across all GTM business systems.
Who You Are
You think in systems, not tickets. You see an Account and think about data architecture, seller workflows, and downstream analytics. You see an Opportunity and think about pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy. You are equally comfortable presenting a product vision to a CRO and writing acceptance criteria for a sprint. 4+ years of experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, or Billing functions.
Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite; experience with order sync tools (e.g., Celigo) strongly preferred.
Proven ability to work across functions, resolve issues independently, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Strong understanding of bookings policies, revenue recognition principles, and SOX control frameworks.

Evio is seeking a Rebate Admin Client Success Partner to manage the day-to-day client facing needs of Evio’s medical rebate administration operations activities. This teammate is responsible for championing client priorities across multiple organizations in support of the administration and execution of Evio’s pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting and administration arrangement.
You’ll serve as a primary operational partner, ensuring rebate programs run smoothly from end to end, while keep client needs front and center. This role ensures accurate rebate eligibility, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
This position blends commitment to client success with operational execution of Evio’s rebate administration platform. You’ll resolve issues and improve processes to drive accuracy, transparency, and financial outcomes. Your work directly supports better access, cost management, and overall experience for high-cost medications.
This position will report to Evio's Pharmaceutical Contracts Operations Lead.

Anticipated annual base pay range $140,000 - $160,000 plus additional variable compensation.

Evio is seeking a health plan experienced pharmacist for the role of Pharmaceutical Contracts Customer Partner to provide clinical and operational support for Evio’s pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting and administration arrangements. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your clinical pharmacy expertise, contracting knowledge, and health plan operational acumen while effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to advance Evio’s pharmaceutical contracting-related objectives and services.
This role will focus on supporting Evio’s medical benefit contracting and administrative arrangements with Synergie Medication Collective, which is a contracting organization founded by a group of Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliated companies. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a key liaison between Synergie, Evio, and Evio customer plans, ensuring alignment with their needs and driving customer success.
