As a Project Controls Specialist, Scheduling, you play a critical role in partnering with the Project Controls Managers and Field Operations Organization team in helping to ensure our ambitious construction projects are delivered on time and on budget in a highly controlled and systematic way. In your role, you will meet with the teams on a continuous basis to discuss project times and use data you gather to revise forecasts on completion dates. In addition to using scheduling data, you will also analyze other project data to produce reports that help inform on best approaches and practices for the team. |

Proven experience managing and developing teams
Strong understanding of month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting processes
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and close automation tools (e.g., FloQast)
Experience working with large datasets or data tools (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially with technical teams

Here’s what we're looking for:
12+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 7+ years specializing in social media and influencer marketing, and 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
Proven track record of building and scaling social media and influencer programs for B2B brands, demonstrating measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Deep expertise in developing content strategies tailored for various social platforms and audience segments.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing platforms.

As a Partner Account Executive for GustoPro, you will play a critical role in expanding Gusto's footprint within the accounting market by recruiting new accounting firm partners, enabling them to succeed on the platform, and driving them to a healthy, self-sufficient state before transitioning them to an Account Manager.

We are building AI-powered, agentic workflows to transform how service operations scale, resolve customer needs, and maintain quality in high-stakes environments. Not a manager of an existing PEO sales team — a founder-minded sales leader who will design the motion, write the playbook, hire the team, and carry a personal book of business in the early months. About the Team:

Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $270,000/yr to $280,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $295,000/yr to $318,000/yr for San Francisco, & New York. This OTE is structured with a target 60% base pay and 40% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Final offer amounts and the exact base/commission split are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience, and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. We will help you understand revenue management workflows well enough to run ROI conversations without a pre-sales overlay on every deal. Position an integrated platform versus point solutions. Know the competitive landscape inside out.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.

This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for representing Gusto externally to accountants through thought leadership, community programs, events, and partnerships. Gusto Embedded Payroll (GEP) is one of Gusto's highest-growth bets — a platform business that enables software companies to offer Gusto-powered payroll directly within their own products. We're looking for a Head of Partner Growth to lead the team responsible for making our embedded partners successful: driving go-to-market execution, growing partner revenue, and building the operational and strategic frameworks that will scale this business toward $100M+.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You'll manage a cross-functional team spanning Partner Success Management (PSM) and Partner enablement— while also staying deeply hands-on with our most strategic partner relationships. You'll own the partner growth playbook end-to-end: from GTM planning and launch sequencing through ongoing optimization, escalation management, and executive relationship development.

We also help contractors manage their client engagements and build their own thriving businesses.
About the role
As a staff product designer, you’ll help bring our contractor products to maturity. You’ll be the IC design leader across this area, driving foundational shifts to our platform and customer experiences. About the Role
The Revenue Operations team at Gusto is a full-stack team responsible for data, analytics, and operational excellence in pursuit of scaling our revenue growth. The Go-To-Market Analytics team is one functional area, responsible for defining and owning the metrics for scaling our Sales teams.
Gusto is looking for a Revenue Analytics Engineer to build and maintain foundational data infrastructure that is crucial to growing and scaling our Sales efforts. In this role, you will partner with our GTM analysts to scope and deliver data products for an audience ranging from company and revenue leadership to operational and frontline sales.
