VML MAP’s Agentic AI Lab helps some of the world’s largest brands figure out what AI means for their marketing organisations — from redesigning how teams work, to building new consumer experiences, to launching AI-powered tools and products.
We are now looking for a student to support this work. Someone who can sit in a client strategy session in the morning, prototype a demo in the afternoon, and turn a brainstorming session into a polished deck by the end of the week.
This is not a defined-lane role. You will move between strategy, storytelling, prototyping, workshops, and client delivery — often in the same week. You will use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — as a first instinct, not a last resort.
You will get direct exposure to recognised brands across industries such as FMCG, automotive, energy, food service, and retail from day one.

VML MAP’s Agentic AI Lab helps some of the world’s largest brands turn the AI shift into something tangible: from backstage tools that change how teams work, to user-facing applications, agents, demos, and prototypes people can actually experience.
We are now looking for a student assistant to work closely with our AI Lead on the design and prototyping of user-facing AI solutions.
This is a hands-on product design role at the intersection of AI, UX, interface craft, and rapid prototyping. You will shape prototypes, apps, demos, and interactive concepts that make AI feel useful, understandable, and exciting for real users and clients. This is not about designing screens that disappear into a folder. It is about imagining new AI-powered experiences, designing them properly, and bringing them to life as functional apps and demos that prove the value of your ideas — using tools such as Figma, Claude Code, Codex, and other AI-assisted development tools.
You will be involved in the full front-stage journey: from idea, to user flow, to interface design, to working prototype, to demo-ready experience.

You will design and prototype user-facing AI experiences for large clients across industries including automotive, retail, financial services, and enterprise tools.
The work may involve digital products, mobile apps, web experiences, service concepts, internal tools, live demos, and physical-digital journeys.
Your role will be to shape the front stage: what users see, understand, click, type, and act on. You will help ask the questions that make an idea more interesting — what role could voice play? This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product design, AI, rapid prototyping, and interface craft. You will turn ideas, Figma designs, and early concepts into working digital experiences that feel polished, responsive, and demo-ready.

This is not a traditional leadership role built on growing a large team. Instead, we’re looking for a highly autonomous Creative Lead who operates as a force multiplier meaning leveraging modern creative workflows, including AI-driven tools, to concept, produce, and deliver high-quality work at speed and scale. You won’t wait for resources; you’ll extend your own capabilities through technology, smart systems, and while this might be new to you, we love for you to be interested in learn and grow with this mindset.
You will own and evolve Lenus’ visual and verbal identity across markets, driving creative direction from concept to execution. You think in ideas, systems, and stories, and you know how to bring them to life efficiently across formats, channels, and audiences. Art Direction: Own and evolve the visual direction of Lenus across all brand touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels consistent, and unmistakably Lenus.
Design & Editing: Lead the hands-on production of creative assets across graphic design, video, and motion - from concept through to final delivery.
Storytelling & Communication: Shape how Lenus communicates - visually and verbally - so our brand narrative connects with clarity and impact.

The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Digital Marketing lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing as well as working close to the co-founders of the company. This role is based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.

We are a group of creatives. [art directors, copywriters, designer] who turn briefs into concepts and concepts into films, social posts, TikTok campaigns, print ads, billboards, products and other things that should provoke people in relevant ways.
We are looking for students who want hands on experience creating, concepting, and developing big ideas with us.
What is Creative Services you may be asking yourself by now (if you’re still reading this).
Creative Services is the creative offering from MM&D Content, we work across the agencies in WPP Media with their clients.
Like an ad agency, we create concepts that can communicate in ways that build bridges between the brands and people [trough; tech, data, media and gaming].
We know that the communication landscape is changing, and we want to be at the front of that change – making sure advertisement and communication is delivered in the right context to the viewers.

Internship Period: Approximately 17th August – 18th December, 2026. Working Hours: 37 hours per week (with flexibility to accommodate your studies). Please note: This is an unpaid internship, but we offer a complimentary lunch scheme.
