As WPP Media Denmark strengthens its strategic advisory offering, we are seeking a Senior Communications strategist to help our clients identify commercial opportunities through communication and translate them into clear strategic direction and long-term market impact.
In this role, you will develop and deploy business, brand, and communication strategies grounded in WPP Media's advanced tools, data, and services. Your mandate is to address and solve our clients’ core business challenges by bridging high-level business strategy with practical, effective marketing execution that meets consumer needs and drives growth.
This is a senior strategic position focused on solving business problems, shaping competitive positions, and enabling organizations to make better communication decisions that create relevance and commercial impact.
Your role is to identify and define strategic communication pathways. This requires commercial judgment, intellectual range, and the confidence to challenge established thinking around how brands connect with people. From early problem framing to defining the strategic platform, you create clarity. You structure complex discussions, lead decision-making processes, and help organizations commit to direction – even when data is abundant, perspectives differ, and stakes are high.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand growth drivers across category dynamics, offers, and brand perception through communication. You will craft coherent strategic narratives that enable focused execution across disciplines and over time.
The role includes designing and leading strategic workshops, facilitating alignment, building belief at senior levels, and constructively challenging client briefs. Som Insights Assistant bliver du en del af WPP Medias Insightsafdeling, hvor vi sidder ca. 12 medarbejdere, der alle brænder for data, indsigter og analyser. Her gennemføres kampagnemålinger, segmenteringsstudier, brand trackinger, forbruger- og markedsanalyser samt ad hoc research.
Vores fornemste opgave er at dokumentere effekten af vores kunders reklame- og kommunikationskampagner, samt at frembringe indsigter og beslutningsstøtte til kundernes fremadrettede strategiarbejde.
Jobbet består primært i at assistere teamets ansatte med at behandle og forædle data til præsentable indsigter og analyseresultater. Der vil primært være tale om et arbejde med fokus på kvantitative data, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du har et matematisk mindset, og interesse for statistik, analyse og forbrugeradfærd.
Vi er Du kan forvente at blive en del af et team med faglig tyngde, som har en positiv tilgang til hverdagen, både socialt og arbejdsmæssigt.
Om dig
Du er analytisk stærk og interesserer dig for marketing, analyse, reklame og kommunikation. Du er detaljeorienteret, struktureret og grundig i dit arbejde, og du leverer altid høj kvalitet – også i en travl hverdag.
Du har et indgående kendskab til Excel og PowerPoint, og har du kendskab til SPSS er det en fordel. Det er en forudsætning, at du kan tale og skrive flydende på dansk og engelsk.
Du er i gang med en videregående uddannelse, gerne inden for marketing, kommunikation, sociologi, antropologi el.lign., men det vigtigste er, at du har et hjerte, som banker for analyser og formidling, og ønsker at bidrage til at skabe vækst for vores kunder.

As a Media Coordinator, your responsibility will be to support and facilitate client campaigns from brief to evaluation. Your main focus will be on the active phase of campaigns, where you will be supporting on the coordination and execution of media campaigns for clients.

In this role, you will lead global media strategy for key healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, operating as a senior client partner within a lead-agency model. You will drive integrated, compliant, and high-performing media solutions across local WPP markets while aligning media with creative, production, data / tech and broader business and brand objectives.
You bring 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or activation within an agency, client or consultancy environment. You are ready to leverage your deep expertise in managing global media clients and your strong understanding of media ecosystems, platforms, production, and measurement - ideally in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or finance.
You will join a small, senior team that works across some of WPP’s largest global clients. Become a key part of the market-leading Insights unit at Choreograph in the Nordics. Choreograph is the data and tech foundation part of WPP Media. We are one of the leading Insights units in the Nordic region, serving all markets, primarily based in Copenhagen. As an insights manager, you will act as a key advisor to both colleagues and our clients, guiding them toward growth through data-driven insights. Hvem er vi?
Choreograph er en del af WPP Media, som er Nordens største bureaugruppe. Vi arbejder med rådgivning inden for marketing, media og salg. I data science-delen af Choreograph er udgangspunktet for vores rådgivning altid forskellige former for matematisk og statistisk analyse – herunder salgsmodeller, media buying-algoritmer, geografiske eksperimenter, dashboards m.m. Jobbet
Vores kunder har store datasæt, komplekse problemstillinger og sammen skal vi omsætte de analytiske resultater til konkrete anbefalinger. En del af den tekniske udfordring er, at datamængderne konstant vokser og bliver stadig mere komplekse. Du skal være med til at løse denne udfordring. Sammen med en data scientist skal du på professionel vis håndtere kundens data, levere rådgivning og præsentere anbefalinger, som optimerer kundens investeringer baseret på et solidt analytisk grundlag.
Din daglige rutine som studentermedhjælper vil hovedsageligt være at opdatere, automatisere og klargøre data til analyser, samt opsætte indledende resultater i PowerPoint og PowerBI, alt imens du opbygger solid viden om branchen og de anvendte metoder.
Faglige og personlige kvalifikationer
Du er blandt årgangens skarpeste inden for økonomi, matematisk optimering, databehandling, statistik og/eller økonometri. Efter et introduktionsforløb, hvor du bliver fortrolig med vores anvendte datakilder og systemer, vil du selvstændigt arbejde med databehandlingen og udarbejdelse af præsentationer – i takt med, at du stifter bekendtskab med branchen, vil du få muligheden for at bistå i rådgivningen til virksomhederne og derved udvikle dine færdigheder som konsulent.

Et fagligt udfordrende studiejob på ca. 15-20 timer om ugen i et engageret og dynamisk team med mere end 60 dygtige kollegaer fra hele Norden. Vi er en social gruppe, der holder af at tilbringe tid sammen uden for arbejdstiden blandt andet med padel, funktionel træning, karaoke, og lignende, ofte i fredagsbaren
Vi har højt til loftet og forventer at vores medarbejdere arbejder selvstændigt og er proaktive. Det er vores klare ambition, at du efter at have færdiggjort din uddannelse har mulighed for og lyst til at blive en del af vores organisation som fastansat.
Vores kontor ligger på Holmbladsgade 133, bag Kløvermarken på Amager, i gåafstand til Lergravsparken Metro. Vi har en fremragende kantine, hvor vi også tilbyder morgenmad, samt en masse sociale arrangementer i løbet af året, attraktive personalegoder og meget mere.

Om teamet:
Du bliver en del af Goat-teamet, som består af 15 skarpe, passionerede – og til tider sjove – medarbejdere. Vi elsker brandaktivering, events, influencer- og ambassadørmarketing, contentproduktion og ikke mindst sociale medier. Vi er et dynamisk miljø, hvor der er plads til initiativ og en stejl læringskurve.
