Are you a Creative Lead ready to own the visual and verbal identity and expression of a fast-growing health tech company on a global stage with offices in 11 different countries? At Lenus, you'll set the creative direction, drive campaigns from concept to delivery, and tell the stories that make our brand impossible to ignore - playing a central role in how the world sees and feels Lenus.

This is not a traditional leadership role built on growing a large team. Instead, we’re looking for a highly autonomous Creative Lead who operates as a force multiplier meaning leveraging modern creative workflows, including AI-driven tools, to concept, produce, and deliver high-quality work at speed and scale. You won’t wait for resources; you’ll extend your own capabilities through technology, smart systems, and while this might be new to you, we love for you to be interested in learn and grow with this mindset.
You will own and evolve Lenus’ visual and verbal identity across markets, driving creative direction from concept to execution. You think in ideas, systems, and stories, and you know how to bring them to life efficiently across formats, channels, and audiences. If you’re excited by the idea of building a globally recognised brand through a combination of creative conviction, hands-on execution, and AI- workflows, we’d love to hear from you.
A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-delivery creative work across graphic, video, and motion is required while having a good understanding and use of the benefits of tech-driven AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Art Direction: Own and evolve the visual direction of Lenus across all brand touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels consistent, and unmistakably Lenus.
- Define and maintain the visual identity system across formats and channels
- Set and uphold the creative bar across all output, from hero campaigns to social content
- Ensure visual consistency across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit
- Translate brand strategy into a compelling, distinctive visual language
- Act as the creative sparring partner for the broader team, pushing ideas further and pulling output up
Design & Editing: Lead the hands-on production of creative assets across graphic design, video, and motion - from concept through to final delivery.
- Own creative execution across social media, website, campaigns, presentations, and more
- Drive asset delivery with speed and quality - without compromising either
- Manage the content production pipeline in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead.
- Brief and direct external creative partners, freelancers, and production vendors where needed
Storytelling & Communication: Shape how Lenus communicates - visually and verbally - so our brand narrative connects with clarity and impact.
- Develop campaign concepts and creative territories that resonate with our audience
- Write and craft copy that supports the visual work - headlines, scripts, captions, presentations
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead to ensure creative output hits across every channel
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 4+ years across art direction, creative production, and design execution
- A strong portfolio spanning graphic, video, and motion work
- Hands-on proficiency across the tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and/or AI equivalent
- Experience developing campaign concepts and seeing them through to final output
- A social-first instinct - you understand what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond
- Strong communication and writing skills - you can craft a brief as well as a caption
- An understanding of how creative connects to results — you think about impact, not just aesthetics
- Comfortable running multiple projects and formats simultaneously
- Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus

The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Digital Marketing lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing as well as working close to the co-founders of the company. This role is based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a sharp Global Digital Marketing Lead who owns the full funnel - from building an engaged audience on social, to converting them on the website, to driving adoption through email and content. You obsess over integrated customer journeys and know what drives reach, relevance, and results. You move fast, take ownership, and know which lever to pull.
You're comfortable managing agencies for SEO and paid media while owning core channels yourself. You stay ahead of trends, platforms, and emerging technologies - and you use AI not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier. You thrive with large responsibilities and multiple projects in the air - you're a problem-solver and a doer, not a delegator.
This is a key role in a newly established Global Brand and Marketing team. We're looking for someone with the experience to lead with confidence and the hunger and creativity to explore what's possible.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media: Own and elevate our organic social presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. You'll lead the content strategy, drive the calendar, and work closely with the Creative Lead to produce content that stops the scroll and strengthens the Lenus brand.
- Own the content strategy and calendar
- Brief, review, and publish high-quality content in collaboration with the Creative Lead
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise based on insights and platform trends
- Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, formats, and emerging platform behaviour
- Own the inbound social DM flow - we receive significant interest through social media. You'll design the optimal funnel and collaboration model with Commercial and Support to ensure every lead is captured, qualified, and handed off efficiently.
Website: Own the website as a core growth and brand channel. You'll drive the website revamp, the roadmap and ongoing development. You'll optimise user journeys and conversion flows, manage CMS governance, and collaborate with our web agency on SEO and new features.
- Own the roadmap, structure, and UX across all pages
- Build clear funnels and journeys across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit
- Drive SEO performance in collaboration with agency (technical + content)
- Own Trustpilot and social proof integration
- Monitor traffic, conversion, and speed, and continuously optimise
- Manage web and paid media agencies with clear KPIs
CRM & Content: Own the customer communication journey to drive product adoption and upsell among existing coaches.
- Plan and manage newsletters, product updates, and educational content
- Execute webinars and activation initiatives in collaboration with Brand Activation lead.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Product to keep messaging aligned
Analytics & Reporting: Be the go-to on marketing performance. Build a consistent reporting framework that connects channel activity to business outcomes - from awareness and reach, to engagement and traffic, to conversion and pipeline.
- Develop consistent reporting across SEM & SEO, Paid, website, social and email/CRM.
- Analyse marketing metrics, refine strategies, and lead experimentation for continuous improvement.
- Partner with regional and global Commercial teams on performance alignment
Qualifications

- 5+ years leading digital marketing across multiple channels - social, web, SEO, CRM, and/or content
- A documented track record of building growth channels from zero to scaled results - whether from e-commerce, SaaS, or agency
- Deep SEO knowledge and proven organic growth results
- Strong martech and analytics fluency - you own the stack, not just the reports
- Sharp communicator and writer: you can brief a creative, write a subject line, and present to leadership
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and running multiple programmes in parallel
- Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus
