What You’ll Do

• Support Customers, interact and operate running our state of the art autonomous welding cells 
• Interface with customers to ensure our equipment is operating efficiently. 
• Coordinate with our engineering resources to troubleshoot issues that may arise.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our automation equipment/cells locally or at customer sites

• Record data as required by engineers to drive issue resolution
• Carefully monitor cell performance and part fit-up
• Read engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, electrical schematics and interpret blueprints
• Service and maintain pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices.
• Integrate a sophisticated autonomous welding cell into a customer’s manufacturing process. 
• Learn Forge processes in great detail and gain familiarity in operating the cell from command prompts and code changes
• Inspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical components

Who You Are

• Technical training/Trade School certification/ Associate degree in Engineering Tech/BS Engineering or related industry experience
• Hands-on experience in design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical systems (preferably manufacturing equipment specific)
• Good customer support mindset 
• Some welding experience (no certifications necessary)
• Have fabrication or machine shop experience
• Linux experience
• Comfortable with learning some programming languages

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. In this role you will split your time between doing the hands-on technical work (the Player) and coaching, developing, and holding accountable the technicians around you (the Coach). We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing at Path Robotics. You set direction, run your own initiatives, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder.

You sit between product, sales, and the market. You figure out how we position our technology for technical buyers, and you give the sales team materials that actually move deals. You'll work across engineering, applications, sales, and leadership to make sure our go-to-market reflects what we actually build and who we build it for.

This isn't a role where you wait for someone to hand you a brief. You find the gaps and fill them. If a fabrication shop owner reads our positioning, they should think, "these people understand my problems." That's the bar.

What You’ll Do

• Own product positioning and messaging across all of Path’s products and capabilities. Develop and maintain the core narratives that differentiate us in the market.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion. Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
•  Create high-quality content that establishes Path as the authority in autonomous welding: white papers, case studies, application guides, blog posts, and thought leadership.
• Build and refine sales enablement materials: battle cards, competitive analysis, objection handling guides, ROI frameworks, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
• Develop deep competitive intelligence. Know the landscape cold—traditional automation, other robotics companies, manual welding operations—and translate that into actionable positioning.
• Define and manage buyer personas and journey mapping. Ensure all marketing efforts are grounded in how technical buyers actually evaluate and purchase.
• Partner with the sales team to understand deal dynamics, win/loss patterns, and where marketing can have the most impact on the pipeline.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B company or industrial/manufacturing technology environment
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. You can develop the GTM strategy and also write the battle card yourself.
•  Excellent writing and storytelling skills. You can translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
•  Experience with product launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement in a technical product environment

• AWS CWI or CWE certification

We need a Technical Marketing Engineer. Someone who's spent real time in manufacturing and can turn that knowledge into content that technical buyers actually trust.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll sit on the marketing team but spend your time with engineering, applications, sales, and customer success. Your job is to make sure everything we put out speaks the language of the shop floor, not Silicon Valley.

If a welding engineer reads our white paper, they should think "these people know what they're talking about." That's the bar.

What You’ll Do

• Write white papers, case studies, application guides, product one-pagers, and blog posts grounded in actual manufacturing and welding knowledge
• Build and maintain ROI calculators, business case tools, and other quantitative sales enablement materials
• Translate AI and robotics capabilities into clear, credible messaging for manufacturing audiences. No buzzword stacking.
• Support product launches with technically accurate positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market materials
• Create demo scripts, talking points, and presentation content for trade shows (FABTECH, AWS, industry events)
• Work with the applications engineering team to capture customer stories, weld data, and production metrics
• Be the last check on all outbound technical marketing. If it would lose credibility with a fabrication manager, it doesn't go out.
• Contribute to website content, video scripts, and social posts that need technical depth
• Help sharpen competitive positioning against traditional automation and other robotics companies

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field
• 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, welding, or fabrication environments. You've been on shop floors and understand the realities of production.
• Strong technical writing. You can explain complex concepts clearly without dumbing them down.
• Familiarity with welding
• Comfortable working across engineering, sales, and leadership teams

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join us as a founding member. You will be among the first ML engineers on a research stack that does not exist anywhere else in the field built around visual reasoning, learned action policies, and reinforcement-learning fine-tuning from real customer data.

What You’ll Do

• Build the team's robot-learning stack from the ground up. This is a founding role; you are designing the training infrastructure, data pipelines, simulation environments, model architectures, and deployment workflows — not inheriting them. Multi-modal perception, scene understanding, and learned action generation work in tight coordination on the stack you help create.
• Stand up ML infrastructure — training pipelines, experiment tracking, data versioning, reproducible sim-to-real workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of a neural welding simulator - a learned world model that captures the visual and physical dynamics of welding and enables large-scale RL training. This role sits at the intersection of generative modeling, robotics, and applied physics. It is research-heavy by design, while still grounded in production reality.

This role can be located in our Columbus, Ohio Headquarters or Remote.

What You’ll Do

• Build a learned world model of the welding process that predicts future system behavior under robot actions.
• Develop multimodal neural simulators incorporating signals such as 3D scans, video, thermal data, and electrical measurements.

We are standing up a new Robot Learning team focused on whole-body loco-manipulation for precision tasks in heavy manufacturing. 

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Tech Lead) for this new team. You write code, set the technical direction, make the architectural decisions the team builds on, mentor junior and intermediate engineers, and help shape how the team works.

What You’ll Do

• Set the ML technical direction for the team, architectural choices on perception, reasoning, and action generation; training methodology; data strategy; the path from research bet to deployed capability. As one of the first senior hires, you are designing the approach, not extending it.
• Own the architectural workstreams that define the team's research and engineering bets — multiple core build streams across action-policy learning, world-model-based supervision, and policy-orchestration interfaces.
• Design hybrid physics-ML architectures for the integrated loco-manipulation stack. Manipulation, locomotion, and the whole-body control coupling between them are not separable on legged platforms; sub-millimetre continuous-trajectory precision at the tool requires the whole-body controller to compensate for base motion in real time. • Mentor and shape the team, guide junior and intermediate ICs across software, ML, robotics, and perception backgrounds; establish code-quality standards, review practices, and engineering norms; help identify and attract next hires. You write code throughout — this is a tech-lead role, not a step away from the work.

Who You Are

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on robot learning experience. You have shipped sim-to-real policies on real robots, across different tasks or platforms.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship. You have made architectural decisions on robot learning systems that others built on, and you have meaningfully shaped the development of more-junior engineers as a tech lead. This can be in academia (leading a lab subgroup, advising students) or industry.
• Deep sim-to-real expertise — domain randomisation, system identification, teacher-student distillation, sim-to-online fine-tuning. You can design a transfer strategy for a novel problem.
• Full-stack robot learning — fluent across simulation construction, policy training, data collection, real-world deployment, and failure diagnosis.
• Physics-informed ML or hybrid control experience — PINNs, neural ODEs, MPC with learned dynamics, process-model-conditioned generation, or similar.
• A defensible view on visual-reasoning-centric substrates for grounded spatial / physical reasoning.
• Push-back willingness — you can defend a non-obvious architectural commitment under pressure, and change your mind on evidence.

• Design feedback mechanisms that close the loop between auction outcomes, model updates, and system behavior; reduce reliance on manual tuning and rule-based overrides.

The base cash compensation range is $68,000 to $82,000 USD. These ranges are provided by market data and are in good faith. About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operations Specialist to lead our Columbus data collection facility. This is an onsite leadership role where you'll be the face of HumanSignal in Columbus—managing day-to-day operations, driving project delivery excellence, and building our local talent pipeline in one of the fastest-growing AI data markets.

This role requires someone who can wear many hats: operations leader, recruiter, marketer, and problem-solver. You'll be 100% onsite when projects are in progress, ensuring flawless execution while simultaneously building the systems and teams that enable us to scale.

What You'll Do

Onsite Operations Leadership

• Manage all aspects of our Columbus facility operations, maintaining 100% onsite presence during active project delivery
• Oversee project execution from setup through completion, ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members at the Columbus location
• Build and maintain operational systems that ensure smooth, efficient project delivery

Talent Acquisition & Growth

• Lead recruiting outreach efforts to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified annotators and data collection specialists
• Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies tailored to the Columbus market
• Design marketing materials and campaigns to attract top talent in the local market
• Build relationships with local universities, community organizations, and job boards to source candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate hiring processes

Marketing & Community Building

• Create compelling visual and written content for recruiting campaigns using graphic design tools
• Manage our local employer brand presence across digital and community channels
• Organize community events and information sessions to attract talent
• Develop partnerships with local organizations to strengthen our Columbus presence

Detail-Oriented Operations Management

• Maintain meticulous project documentation, tracking systems, and quality control processes
• Monitor resource allocation, scheduling, and facility logistics with precision
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications, client requirements, and company standards
• Track and report on operational metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
