What the Role Is
As the Principal HR Business Partner - Operations, you’ll be the primary HR partner for Babylist’s Operations organization—Inventory Planning & Management, Supply Chain, and our Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, OH. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies that enable a complex, fast-scaling operations network to perform consistently, from corporate planning teams through frontline warehouse execution.
This is a fully onsite role, Monday–Friday. Your week will span time on the floor with supervisors and managers, coaching through employee relations and performance decisions, while also partnering with Operations leaders across Inventory Planning and Supply Chain who may sit outside the site. You might spend a morning working through a sensitive employee issue with a manager onsite, then shift into an afternoon reviewing workforce trends or advising on org changes with distributed leadership teams.
This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You’ll be most successful if you’re comfortable being highly visible, decisive, and closely connected to how the operation actually runs.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP supporting Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Logistics—this is not a fit for candidates coming primarily from corporate, HQ, or COE-only environments
- Deep experience supporting large hourly/non-exempt workforces in operational settings, with direct ownership of employee relations and performance management—not just advising from a distance
- Proven track record working onsite in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments—you’re comfortable spending the majority of your time close to the floor
- Expert-level ER judgment—you’ve personally handled complex investigations and escalations and can coach managers to make sound, consistent decisions without over-reliance on HR
- Experience building manager capability at scale—you’ve developed supervisors and managers who can independently lead their teams, not just rely on HR for direction
- Strong fluency in workforce and operational metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement, productivity), with a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Highly credible and direct—you challenge leaders when needed, navigate tough conversations, and build trust with both executives and hourly associates
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack, with experience in HR systems such as Paylocity, Charthop, Lattice, Carta, or Radford

How You Will Make An Impact
- Build and implement a structured management development program that equips FC supervisors and managers to handle performance management, ER, and day-to-day people leadership confidently—reducing escalations to HR over time
- Design and deliver onsite training programs including new hire orientation, compliance training, and core management fundamentals
- Coach managers and assistant managers to develop their own supervisors, creating a scalable leadership pipeline across the operation
- Lead employee relations for the hourly population—investigating concerns, resolving issues, managing complex escalations, and reinforcing consistent practices across the FC
- Guide temp-to-perm conversion decisions, partnering with Operations leadership to evaluate performance and make consistent hiring calls
- Partner on workforce planning and org design, helping structure teams and roles to support both scale and day-to-day execution
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation decisions and staffing strategies for the FC
- Own engagement and exit survey programs, synthesizing feedback into clear recommendations and action plans for Operations leadership
- Lead the people side of reorgs, leadership transitions, and operational changes—ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption
- Be the visible, trusted HR presence in the building—championing a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture every day
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$161,500 to $195,500
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking a single-site General Manager, Fulfillment Operations role owning a 750,000+ square foot fulfillment center processing thousands of direct-to-consumer orders daily. You are the most senior operator responsible for the building’s performance — safety, cost, service, quality, and people — while partnering closely with the Director of Operations.This is a high-accountability role with real ownership, in a site that is actively becoming the model for how Babylist scales fulfillment.
Your days are hands-on and highly visible. You’ll lead three Operations Managers and a 300+ person, multi-shift workforce, moving constantly between the floor and leadership conversations. You’ll set direction, make real-time decisions on labor and throughput, and own the full financial picture — headcount, overtime, and total labor spend. You’ll work closely with your Director as a thought partner, but you are the one driving execution inside the building.
This is not a steady-state operation. The building is growing quickly (30%+ annually), systems are still maturing, and expectations need to be reset. You’ll need to create structure where it doesn’t exist, raise the bar on accountability, and lead your team through meaningful change — including new systems and automation. If you’ve already moved beyond this scope into regional or multi-site leadership, or prefer to lead from a distance, this will be a tough fit. This role is for someone who is still motivated by owning a single site and building it the right way, day in and day out.
Who You Are
- Currently a General Manager or single-site leader with 2–3 years in-seat at this level, actively leading a fulfillment or warehouse operation and motivated to deepen your impact in this scope
- 7–10+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations, including full P&L ownership (headcount, overtime, and total labor spend)
- Experience leading multi-shift operations with 200–300+ associates, including direct management of manager-level leaders (e.g., Operations Managers)
- Track record operating in high-growth environments (20–30%+ YoY volume growth) where processes and systems were still evolving
- Floor-present leadership style — you are in the building consistently, spending meaningful time on the floor engaging with associates and managers
- Strong partnership instincts — able to work closely with a Director of Operations as a thought partner while owning day-to-day execution independently
- Clear and effective communicator across levels — able to translate operational complexity into direction for frontline teams and concise updates for senior leadership

- Own the full P&L for the site, managing labor cost, overtime, and workforce planning to meet financial and operational targets
- Lead and develop a 300+ person, multi-shift operation, building a leadership bench that scales with growth
- Drive day-to-day execution in the building, translating broader operational strategy into consistent, high-quality performance on the floor
- Reset and enforce clear performance and accountability standards across the operation
- Drive operational improvements that support 30%+ annual volume growth while maintaining cost discipline
- Build and implement scalable processes that prepare the site to handle significantly increased volume
- Lead the adoption of new systems and automation, ensuring strong execution and team buy-in
- Partner closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to align site performance with company priorities
- Establish this site as the operational blueprint for future Babylist fulfillment centers
Physical Requirements
While this role involves leadership and oversight responsibilities, it also requires regular physical presence and activity on the fulfillment floor. Physical expectations include:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks
- Ability to walk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per day
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs occasionally throughout the shift
- Comfort with pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive motions as needed to support team operations
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$161,000 to $180,000

Your Role at impact.com:
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).
This is a highly practical, application-focused engineering position instrumental to our AI transformation. You will spend your time across three types of work:
- Building AI-powered tools and agents. You will integrate applied AI into our workflows using modern frameworks. You will consult with business stakeholders to help explain the art of the possible, guide them in defining logic and prompts, and own building and maintaining agentic workflows and tools. Example projects include building an AI-powered QA and training tool with a RAG component for new support agents, architecting agentic workflows for our onboarding team, or building a FreshDesk integration that suggests draft responses to tickets.
- Building and maintaining a shared agent platform. This is what makes AI scale beyond our team. You will build and maintain the templates, approved patterns, and deployment infrastructure that enable people across Customer Operations to build their own agents without needing to figure out hosting, monitoring, or API connectivity themselves. When a Technical Services lead wants to build an agent that automates "pixel not firing" investigations, they should be able to do it on your platform without writing a deployment script. You own making self-serve actually work.
- Building robust internal software, integrations, and automations - such as developing custom FreshDesk widgets to support our agents. You will own the full lifecycle of these apps: building, hosting, monitoring, maintaining, and eventually retiring them when they're no longer needed.
Many job descriptions define themselves as "critical" or "pivotal." This role genuinely is. impact.com has thousands of clients, millions of partners, endless data, and complex multi-system processes. As a business, we are ensuring we are on the cutting edge - aggressively automating and scaling up what we do with AI. This role owns a substantial portion of that transformation for a critical part of our business.
A note on how you'll work with others: when someone across Customer Operations builds a pilot that proves value, you don't take it over. You partner with them to elevate it - bringing engineering rigor, production infrastructure, and scale while they maintain creative control and ongoing input. When someone has a great idea but isn't technical enough to build it themselves, your first instinct is to build it with them, growing their skills in the process. You're an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
This role is for the person who embodies the overlap of curiosity, process-obsession, and action orientation. It is for the passionate tinkerer who also gets carried away exploring custom Salesforce structures and data flows. It is for the person who has been building agentic workflows to manage their household tasks in their free time because they can't stop playing with the new tools AI offers.

What You'll Do:
- Software Development Foundation: Proven experience building, hosting, and maintaining applications and tools. You are comfortable writing clean, functional code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) to solve operational problems. You understand what it means to keep something running in production, not just get it working once.
- API & Integration Expertise: Deep experience working with REST APIs. You can easily build connectors between distinct SaaS platforms to automate data flows and trigger actions.
- Applied AI Engineering: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (like LangChain or LangGraph). You understand MCPs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, DAG vs linear flows, engineering HITL systems, and have built real-world systems using these rails.
- AI Evaluation & Quality: Experience setting up and running evals for LLM outputs. You know how to build systems that grade, evaluate, and test AI responses for accuracy and safety (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge). You understand CI/CD for AI systems and can build regression testing pipelines.
- Platform Thinking: You don't just build one-off tools - you think about how to make your work reusable. You can design templates, abstractions, and deployment patterns that other people (including non-engineers) can use to build on top of what you've created.
- Systems Thinking & Process Orientation: You don't write code in a vacuum; you map out complex operational workflows before you start building. You have a knack for seeing how different tools, teams, and data flows interact, ensuring your solutions address the actual problem without creating downstream issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with non-technical business stakeholders. You can take a process flow and prompt designs from a business leader and turn them into a functioning, hosted application. Equally important: you can teach - walking a non-technical person through building their first agent is as valuable as building it yourself.

The Intervention Specialist supports the educational and behavioral goals of all students with a focus on students with an Individualized Education Program.
Responsibilities of the Intervention Specialist include to-
- Work cooperatively with classroom teachers, interpreting the abilities and disabilities of these students, assisting in classroom intervention strategies, modifying general education curricular as necessary, and assisting the student with regular class assignments.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Write and implement behavior improvement plans
- Facilitate IEP Meetings and write IEP goals and objectives
- Relentlessly work to meet all goals related to student achievement and culture as well as state specific achievement goals.
- Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
- Integrate culturally responsive teaching practices into daily lessons and interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Serve as advisor for a designated set of students
- Communicate regularly with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their child.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of non-instructional activities such as social events and field trips
- Perform other duties as assigned
About You:
- Current state license
- Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards
- Experience working in a full room inclusion type model or Co-Teaching in a Resource Room model
- High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities
- Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, internally known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist, at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers. What you’ll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
- Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
- Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
- Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization

We design and execute programs that support compliance audits, risk assessments, employee awareness and enablement, and the implementation of common control frameworks, along with consistent operating cadences that align key stakeholders, accelerate decision making, and drive the execution of initiatives that reinforce MongoDB’s assurance, risk management, and compliance objectives. We define and track key metrics and deliver clear and timely, executive reporting to provide transparency, measure progress, and ensure lasting operational resilience and governance.
We serve as the central coordination point for ARC-wide initiatives, connecting Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams around clear priorities, milestones, and outcomes. Our focus is on building scalable governance structures, defining decision-making frameworks, and establishing repeatable ways of working so that complex efforts can be executed consistently across the team.
The Policy Program Manager is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role responsible for leading the development and operationalization of policies and procedures aligned to established control frameworks. You will drive end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management, from drafting and review through implementation and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating inputs across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Additionally, you will lead documentation standardization efforts, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and perform gap analyses to continuously strengthen and mature our ARC policy framework.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of company-wide compliance programs, including the annual security policy and procedure review cycle
- Design and implement scalable frameworks for policy lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, publication, and retirement)

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
- Strong proficiency in managing full-lifecycle projects, including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and change control
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, including the ability to build custom dashboards and manage complex documentation repositories

- 1+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales Experience
- College degree preferred

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to increase insurance policy sales from our largest partners. You will be tasked with making connections with prospective customers to generate qualified opportunities for our insurance agents. Reporting to our insurance agency sales manager, this position offers quick upward mobility with the goal of being promoted from this role within 6-8 months. This position is held in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents.

Our Scoopers are the ultimate Van Leeuwen ambassadors, bringing our high standards and hospitality to life in every guest interaction. We’re looking for self-starters who thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, strong people skills and a genuine passion for ice cream!
This position is SEASONAL and is directly tied to the peak demands of the summer months. The end date of employment is 10/07/2026 unless otherwise specified in the interview.
Seasonal Part Time Scoopers at Van Leeuwen's scoop shops make $17.00 per hour + an average of an additional $7 per hour in tips! Tips are based on averages and subject to seasonal fluctuation. Our team members must have availability to work at least three shifts per week and be available to work past 12am.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every guest warmly, with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
- Able to scoop and serve guests all menu items while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Serve as a Van Leeuwen Ambassador, educating guests on flavors, ingredients and special offerings
- Prepare all fresh, house made menu items daily
- Accurately operate our Square POS System for a seamless guest checkout process
- Ability to become familiar with all food safety procedures and follow them as required
- Maintain store cleanliness, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Complete daily tasks, including stocking, inventory, and cleaning
- Follow Van Leeuwen's established safety, grooming, uniform, and employee conduct standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS

About the Role
As a Channel Sales Manager, National Partners (Midwest) you'll be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach and impact by developing and managing a network of high-performing LVARs (large value-added resellers). You'll be responsible for driving net new business through the channel—building pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth.
This individual contributor role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you collaborate across sales, marketing, and partner teams to grow Verkada’s presence nationally.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Verkada’s mission, working hand-in-hand with our sales teams to drive growth and success with channel partners. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline and generating net new business through reseller partners while executing a best-in-class channel strategy. Here’s what you’ll own:
- Drive Net New Pipeline: Proactively identify and generate pipeline with named strategic Large VARs. Collaborate closely with field sales teams to co-sell and close high-value opportunities.
- Execute National Channel Strategy: Develop and manage a focused partner business plan for your territory that aligns with Verkada’s overall GTM objectives and quarterly sales targets.
- Empower Our Partners: Train and enable partner executives, sales teams, and technical stakeholders on Verkada’s full product portfolio, programs, and campaigns to ensure deep engagement and capability across all levels.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Verkada’s internal sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to drive joint activities, including partner events, demand generation campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Lead with Insight: Conduct regular QBRs and ad-hoc business reviews with partners to align on priorities, track performance, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strengthen the Channel Ecosystem: Influence partner sales teams to prioritize Verkada in key deals and business planning efforts. Leverage insights from the field to recommend improvements to Verkada’s channel tools, incentives, and partner program offerings.
- Drive Awareness and Demand: Lead and participate in regional in-person and virtual events to grow Verkada’s brand awareness, build community, and strengthen relationships with key partner contacts and stakeholders.
- Operate Strategically and Tactically: Own the full lifecycle of partner engagement in your region—from onboarding and enablement to pipeline development and revenue realization.
- This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed. The successful candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel to support business operations, customer and partner engagements and team collaboration.
What You Bring
- Experience & Success: 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with a strong track record of building new business via Security Integrators or IT LVAR partners. Experience managing and growing partners: Sentinel, NTT, World Wide Technologies, AHEAD, or Marco Technologies is highly preferred.
- Recognition, such as President’s Club, is a plus.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: A process-driven approach, complemented by innovative thinking to create scalable, partner-focused initiatives.
- Relationship-Builder: Ability to influence and engage across all levels—from partner sales reps to executive leadership.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable navigating product discussions and sales operations. Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.

Annual Pay Range
