Eliot's CCS program is a twenty four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care.
As a Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting adults with mental illness in their individual recovery journeys. The ideal candidate should be strongly committed to recovery-oriented services, and have the skills necessary to build supportive relationships with clients and their families. The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program is a vital component of Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), which serves as a centralized access point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults.
As a CCS Clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering urgent care through crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment to support clients during acute periods. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary CBHC team, you will provide solution-focused clinical interventions aimed at managing crises and promoting stability until ongoing services are established.

As a Mental and Behavioral Health Coach, you will collaborate with early education, out-of-school programs, and families to address children's social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
