Path Robotics is redefining what's possible in autonomous welding. Our AI-powered robotic welding systems use advanced sensing and computer vision to adapt in real time — no fixtures, no programming, no limits. We're building the future of manufacturing, and we're looking for engineers who want to get their hands dirty doing it.
We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong systems-level instincts and experience building software that interfaces directly with hardware. You'll work across our sensing stack, robotic platform, and compute infrastructure — writing the code that lets our robots see, move, and think. This is a role for someone who's comfortable working close to the metal: writing HALs, integrating sensors and actuators, and squeezing performance out of embedded compute platforms.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
*Path Robotics is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.*
Who We Are
At Path Robotics, we’re building the future of embodied intelligence. Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries. We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.
Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with deep experience in C++ and Python to lead the development of core systems powering our intelligent robotic platforms. In this role, you’ll architect and implement high-performance software at the intersection of real-time robotics, perception, and machine learning. You’ll take technical ownership of critical components, mentor team members, and help shape the future of our robotics software stack.

You'll be the bridge between our AI research team and production — building the tooling, pipelines, and deployment systems that let models go from experiment to factory floor. The future of AI — whether in training or evaluation, classical ML or agentic workflows — starts with high-quality data.
At HumanSignal, we’re building the platform that powers the creation, curation, and evaluation of that data. From fine-tuning foundation models to validating agent behaviors in production, our tools are used by leading AI teams to ensure models are grounded in real-world signal, not noise.
Our open-source product, Label Studio, has become the de facto standard for labeling and evaluating data across modalities — from text and images to time series and agents-in-environments. With over 250,000 users and hundreds of millions of labeled samples, it’s the most widely adopted OSS solution for teams working on building AI systems.
Label Studio Enterprise builds on that traction with the security, collaboration, and scalability features needed to support mission-critical AI pipelines — powering everything from model training datasets to eval test sets to continuous feedback loops. We started before foundation models were mainstream, and we’re doubling down now that AI is eating the world. If you're excited to help leading AI teams build smarter, more accurate systems — we’d love to talk.
