As a Product Engineer at Counterpart, you own problems and drive outcomes. You iron out requirements with stakeholders, partners, and customers. You leverage AI for implementation. You verify the end-to-end result. You iterate until you move the needle.
You run projects with other Product Engineers and AI agents. You know when to delegate to a human, when to delegate to an agent, and when to do it yourself.
Product Engineering exists to collapse the distance between a problem and a working solution. You own a problem or part of a vision. You shape it with stakeholders. You build it with AI. You verify it end-to-end. You iterate until the metric moves.
You work within the Context Architecture, a shared system of documentation, design patterns, and domain knowledge that gives you the technical context to make autonomous decisions at every step.
This is not a role for engineers who need to be told how. It is a role for engineers who can take a problem, fill in the gaps with good judgment, and ship something that works.
Our estimated pay range for this role is USD $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Contractor compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, market data, location, internal equitability, and experience.

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our account team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between team members and the client. Twilio is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager who is going to be the designated technical support engineering contact for our strategic customers. As a designated TAM you will be supporting customers during Central hours (9am to 6pm CT) and working on the cases created by customers and resolving complex technical problems with potentially very costly and far-reaching consequences. You should have an interest in digging deep as well as be able to zoom out and look at the larger picture. The TAM delivers proactive guidance to the customer to provide added value through the use of Twilio technologies and deliver recommendations to make the customer’s environment less susceptible to business impacting downtime. You are able to remain calm and effective at higher workloads as well as excelling at prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency. There will also be the potential need to volunteer for holiday coverage on a stipend basis.

The Role:
The Contract Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator is responsible for owning aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey. About the role:

OVERVIEW:
Building on your foundational experience, the Senior Associate role recognizes your growth into a reliable core performer on our Activation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for data quality, reporting (weekly, monthly in channel observations & insights), dashboarding & visualization, research and testing.
You will be a key contributor to the team's success, known for your precision and dependability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collect data & reporting requirements under the guidance of the Client Activation Lead and in partnership with Client Analytics to understand the measurement framework & learning agenda, the most critical metrics to implement for database build and business logic for data stitching.
· Support the defining of the taxonomy for the activation team to implement to ease data retrieval, and lead QA to ensure data accuracy.
· Manage the retrieving, compiling, and formatting of large volumes of data either through formal database solutions, data visualization, and programming.
· Assist in the set-up of the clients’ environment to ensure proper data connectivity
· Assist in the build and development of custom databases on the reporting platform.
· Assist in the strategy and development of the data visualization layer of the business intelligence platforms for insight generation for use in campaign monitoring and optimization.
· Help the development of automated QA processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
· Communicate technical terms to non-technical people and help them understand why change might be required to achieve a specific goal or to complete a project.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. OR equivalent professional work experience.
· 1 – 3 years hands on experience in data management, data visualization and data analytics preferably in a marketing and/or media agency.
· Experience with digital data from ad serving platforms (e.g. Google Campaign Manager, Other adservers), campaign planning tools (e.g. Prisma, Lumina, MediaOcean), website analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g. Adwords, Marin, …) and others is strongly preferred.
· Ability to reliably execute tasks with autonomy, while keeping team members informed of progress and challenges.
· Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of mathematical concepts and their application to campaign performance.
