We are seeking an exceptional product manager:
Your role will be to build the product to deliver a marketplace for on-demand legal services, connecting legal pros with potential customers, much like the revolutionary Uber/Lyft taxi business model, but for legal solutions, aiming to disrupt the legal industry.
Using your product, US customers will submit details of their legal situations and request legal answers, consultations, and services from Legal Pros, which your product will fulfill in near real time and at scale:

It will also manage reconciliations and store an auditable log of every legal action. As our talented product manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, working closely with your stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to identify the best architectural path forward to meet the complex and revolutionary business requirements that underpin this product. You will ensure that Rocket Lawyer builds the right product and builds the product right. This includes defining KPIs to measure the success of your product, conducting product discovery to ensure you mitigate the risks of value, viability, feasibility, and usability with your product trio team, including a Tech Lead and UX Designer, and then producing detailed requirements and ensuring we release on time to hit our planned delivery dates.
How you will make a difference day to day
You will be an ambitious Product Manager based in the US, with at least five years of experience and a proven track record of scaling SLA-timeframe driven fulfillment systems for products or services associated with a known brand.
You will be an effective collaborator, able to talk shop with business leaders, engineers, UX designers, operational specialists, partners, and customer-facing product managers. Overview
Pacaso is building a trusted network of pre-vetted contract designers to extend our internal design team as acquisition volume grows. This is not a traditional freelance posting. We are looking for experienced residential designers who want an ongoing source of well-defined, repeatable project work within a structured creative framework.
Contract designers work on a project-by-project basis — either per home or on a flexible retainer depending on pipeline needs — and are compensated on a flat project fee tied to FF&E budget scope. Designers who complete a successful pilot engagement are added to the approved Pacaso Design Partner Roster and are prioritized for future assignments.
The Opportunity
Pacaso homes are co-owned luxury residences — designed to feel elevated, personal, and effortlessly livable for multiple owners year-round. Our internal design team leads all creative direction, but with 33 projected acquisitions in 2026 and peak volume reaching 3–5 homes per month in Q3 and Q4, we are building an external partner network to scale alongside us.
As a contract designer, you will execute full FF&E design for individual Pacaso homes — from space planning through final documentation — working within Pacaso's brand standards, vendor frameworks, and production templates. The Senior Manager of Design reviews and approves all work at defined milestones.

Every designer goes through the same process before being approved for a Pacaso home. This is a six-step process owned by the Senior Manager of Design:
The pilot engagement is the most important step. It's an opportunity for both parties to experience the working relationship before making a longer-term commitment. Pacaso evaluates the work against our standards; you experience our process firsthand.
Once Approved
Approved designers are added to the Pacaso Design Partner Roster — a living document maintained by the Senior Manager of Design. There is no standing retainer or volume commitment. When a project is identified as appropriate for an external partner, we select from the approved roster based on market fit and availability.
Partners are evaluated after each engagement on timeliness, accuracy, budget discipline, ease of collaboration, and install outcomes. Strong performers are prioritized for future work.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager I to lead one of our autonomous feature squads. You'll own the day-to-day engineering leadership of a cross-functional team (1 PM, 1 Designer, 4–5 engineers) responsible for a meaningful area of the Shopmonkey platform. This is not a "project manager with an engineering title" role. You are technical, you are in the code, and you care deeply about how software gets built — not just that it ships. You won't be on the critical path for planned project work, but you'll be deeply involved in guiding your team through every phase of the SDLC: scoping, design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration. Your job is to make your team faster, sharper, and more effective — by coaching, unblocking, and identifying the gaps nobody else sees. You'll also contribute directly to the codebase. Not as a primary feature developer, but as a force multiplier — proactively improving code quality, tackling the work that falls between the cracks, and leading by example when it matters.
Our platform is built on two primary monorepos (backend and frontend) using TypeScript throughout. The stack includes React, Node.js, Next.js, Redux, and Redis on the application side; CockroachDB and ClickHouse for data; Synadia NATS for messaging; and GCP for infrastructure. We use OpenTelemetry and Prometheus for observability, with supporting services in TypeScript and Go. We don't expect expertise across all of these — we're looking for strong fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly.
In the United States, the range is typically a salary of $145,000 to $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
