About The Role
The Pacaso Sales Team provides best-in-class business to customer sales experience in introducing the co-ownership model and bringing on new prospective buyers.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with new prospective buyers and sales opportunities at top of the funnel to drive revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners. You’ll bring market and inventory insight and energy to create lasting first impressions to prospects by providing them with a friendly and exceptional experience through a consultative sales approach while driving the value of the Pacaso model.
The Ownership Advisor is part of a team that supports the top to bottom funnel sales cycle to tour, close and onboard prospective owners. The role requires a strong mindset, high-level work ethic, sophistication in conversation, and a closer mentality.

Associate Sales Associate Manager:
The Associate Manager, Sales Enablement plays a critical role in powering Pacaso's sales organization. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, you'll ensure playbooks stay current, training programs land on time, Salesforce data remains accurate, and reporting is reliable — so the sales team can stay focused on selling.

Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager leads Pacaso's Regional Managers — the team responsible for qualifying national inbound buyers and converting them into sales-ready opportunities for the Regional Directors (our closers). Reporting to the VP of Sales, this leader owns the daily performance of the qualification team: hitting lead response SLAs, driving opportunity-creation targets, ensuring the quality of what gets handed off to closers, and maintaining the feedback loop back to Marketing and Acquisitions. This is a hands-on, player-coach role — you'll listen to live calls, coach in real time, run the weekly metric cadence, and own the playbooks and tooling that scale the function as Pacaso grows.

We are looking for experienced residential designers who want an ongoing source of well-defined, repeatable project work within a structured creative framework.
Contract designers work on a project-by-project basis — either per home or on a flexible retainer depending on pipeline needs — and are compensated on a flat project fee tied to FF&E budget scope. Designers who complete a successful pilot engagement are added to the approved Pacaso Design Partner Roster and are prioritized for future assignments.

Pacaso homes are co-owned luxury residences — designed to feel elevated, personal, and effortlessly livable for multiple owners year-round. Our internal design team leads all creative direction, but with 33 projected acquisitions in 2026 and peak volume reaching 3–5 homes per month in Q3 and Q4, we are building an external partner network to scale alongside us.
As a contract designer, you will execute full FF&E design for individual Pacaso homes — from space planning through final documentation — working within Pacaso's brand standards, vendor frameworks, and production templates. The Senior Manager of Design reviews and approves all work at defined milestones.

The Pacaso Sales Team delivers a world-class experience, introducing our innovative co-ownership model to high-net-worth prospective buyers within the UK and European markets.
In this role, you will be the face of Pacaso in London, driving revenue by converting prospective buyers into owners. You will bring deep market insight and a consultative approach to showcase the value of the Pacaso model. As a Regional Director, you will manage the "middle-to-bottom" funnel, taking qualified leads from our Regional Manager team and navigating them through tours, negotiations, and closing.
This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing PropTech leader as we scale our presence across London and key second-home destinations.
Licensing: Familiarity with UK estate agency standards and regulations (NAEA Propertymark or similar qualifications preferred but not required).
