The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our customer accounts. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as "project manager" / "on-site lead" working directly with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers to deliver Anduril's radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple locations
• Lead a small team of engineers through site standups from initial radar integration through operational acceptance while interfacing with strategic end-users throughout the process

We are seeking an experienced Flight Dynamics Engineer to support advanced satellite rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO). Staff Software Engineer

Most engineers optimize for the feature in front of them. Staff engineers optimize for the system that must keep delivering features two years from now — and they know the difference between a design that's clean on a whiteboard and one that holds up under real traffic, real teams, and real change.

We're scaling Alarm.com's customer experience platform through a significant architectural transition, and we need someone who has done this kind of work before — who knows how legacy systems accrue complexity, how to carve the right seams, and how to bring a team along for the journey without breaking what's already in production.

THE ROLE

This position is on the Customer Experience (CX) team — a full-stack group embedded at the core of Alarm.com's mobile and web apps. CX owns the moments that matter most to customers: getting them up and running on the platform, giving them the tools to manage their accounts, and finding ongoing ways to make the overall experience smarter and more intuitive. The systems that back those experiences are growing in complexity, and we're actively working through an architectural evolution that requires strong technical leadership from within the team.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll define how the team builds — not just what it ships. That means setting the architectural patterns the team builds against, driving the decomposition of complex monolithic systems into maintainable services, and making sure the quality bar doesn't slip as the pace picks up. You'll also be a mentor and technical anchor: the engineer that others bring their hardest problems to, and trust to give them a straight answer.

This is a hands-on role. You'll still write code, lead design sessions, and stay close to production. The difference is that your decisions ripple outward — they shape how the whole team works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the architectural patterns and technical standards for the CX team - your decisions become the baseline that others build against
• Lead the decomposition of monolithic systems into well-scoped, independently deployable services, with a clear migration strategy that keeps production stable throughout
• Design systems that absorb change - architectures that remain sound as requirements evolve and scale increases, not just ones that work on day one
• Drive high-leverage technical decisions: data modeling, API contracts, service boundaries, event-driven patterns, and infrastructure choices
• Identify architectural drift and technical debt before they threaten delivery, and build the case for addressing them
• Set and maintain standards for testing, observability, and deployment across the team's systems
• Conduct code and design reviews that raise the team's technical floor - teaching through feedback, not just approving or rejecting
• Collaborate with engineering managers and product managers to sequence technical investment alongside product priorities
• Stay close to the work: write production code, prototype solutions, and maintain enough hands-on involvement to lead with credibility
• Model effective use of AI tools across the team - identifying where they provide real leverage and helping the team build good instincts for when and how to apply them

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a demonstrated progression into technical leadership
• Deep, hands-on experience in systems design and backend architecture — you can show specific examples of systems you've designed, the tradeoffs you made, and how those decisions held up over time
• Experience designing and operating high-scale, high-availability services — systems where latency, throughput, and reliability SLAs are real constraints, not theoretical ones
• Meaningful experience with distributed systems: service decomposition, inter-service communication, data consistency, and failure isolation
• Strong object-oriented programming skills; C# or Java experience is a plus
• Deep SQL expertise — schema design for scale, query optimization, index strategy, and understanding how database bottlenecks surface at the application level
• Proven ability to lead technical direction in a collaborative environment — you know how to build alignment on architectural decisions, not just make them

Role Description

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will architect and maintain the digital workspace our employees rely on daily. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of corporate applications, from end-to-end deployment and configuration to automated patching and long-term administration. You will manage our Google Workspace environment and support critical office technology, including multi-vendor networking, conferencing, and advanced printing solutions. While possessing deep expertise in software application engineering, you will maintain a robust foundation in full device management to ensure secure and seamless delivery across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS platforms.

In this role, you'll:

• Manage the enrollment, security posture, and compliance of macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS devices using Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, and Kandji/Iru to provide a stable platform for application delivery.
• Architect the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and proactive patching strategies for the corporate productivity suite. This includes leading the rollout of new enterprise solutions from initial environment setup through to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Deploy and provide advanced support for office technology, including LAN/Wi-Fi networking, Google Meet conferencing/AV systems, and enterprise printing hardware and software.
• Perform administration, strategy, and security hardening for Google Workspace, including advanced mobile device management for Android/iOS and Google Meet integrations.
• Utilize advanced scripting (Python, PowerShell, or GAM) to automate software packaging, agent rollouts (e.g., CrowdStrike, CatchPoint), and system-wide compliance remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to understand business needs and implement scalable software and hardware solutions that streamline corporate operations.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in an Enterprise Corporate IT environment.
• 5 years of experience managing Google Workspace at an enterprise level, overseeing Application Lifecycle Management (packaging, deployment, patching), and supporting office networking (Wi-Fi, LAN).
• Experience managing macOS/Apple MDM tools (e.g., Kandji/Iru) and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience deploying applications on premise or software as a service (SaaS). 

It's preferred if you have:

• Professional Google Workspace, Apple, or Microsoft Endpoint related certifications.
• Experience configuring Okta or Entra ID for SAML federation, SSO, and automated user provisioning.
• Experience working with Python, PowerShell, and GCP Cloud CLI for advanced systems automation and API-driven integrations.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects within an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum).

The Senior Software Engineer - Front End at Array will play a key role in shaping and elevating our front-end engineering practice. You Have

• 4+ years of experience building embeddable UI components that partners can integrate independently without direct engineering coordination covering white labelling and accessibility.
• 2+ years of experience building production-ready Web Components, including embedding components into third-party desktop or mobile application environments and understanding the constraints that come with externally hosted integration.
• A bias towards action. You have a proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. 
• Meaningful experience contributing to design systems, including building reusable components, defining tokens, and managing shared state patterns across complex UI surfaces.

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking an experienced Principal Compliance Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant architectures within highly regulated cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in STIG development, encryption standards, and vulnerability remediation, alongside a strong foundation in DevOps and SecOps practices, particularly within the AWS and Azure Government platform. 

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience in security engineering or technical compliance and will work cross-functionally to align cloud infrastructure and operations with frameworks such as RMF (DoD IL5 and IL6), and CMMC. This is a hands-on technical role focused on enabling and sustaining system authorization through security automation, technical control implementation, and audit readiness. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Security & Compliance Engineering 

• Architect, implement, and maintain secure, audit-ready systems and services in AWS and Azure Government environments. 
• Develop and maintain custom STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) for cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and IaaS/PaaS configurations and customer-deployed applications. 
• Design and enforce secure configurations using encryption standards such as FIPS 140-2/FIPS 140-3, TLS 1.2+, and data-at-rest protections for regulated data. 

DevOps & SecOps Integration 

• Embed compliance and security checks into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that infrastructure-as-code meets regulatory and organizational policies. 
• Integrate technical controls to support monitoring, logging, and alerting consistent with RMF and CMMC requirements. 
• Partner with cybersecurity operations teams to support incident response, log review, and system hardening efforts. 

Vulnerability Management & Remediation 

• Lead the technical remediation of vulnerabilities identified through internal scans, third-party testing, or external audits. 
• Work with engineering and DevOps teams to drive secure patch management, system baseline enforcement, and automated vulnerability response workflows. 
• Maintain and operationalize vulnerability metrics dashboards aligned with continuous monitoring plans (ConMon). 

Audit Readiness & Documentation 

• Able to support and manage detailed system documentation including SSPs, network diagrams, control implementations, and POA&Ms. 
• Serve as a technical point of contact during audits and assessments, capable of demonstrating compliance posture through hands-on walkthroughs and evidence collection. 
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cybersecurity teams to translate security requirements into enforceable technical controls and testable artifacts. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership 

• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to implement secure system boundaries and customer segmentation strategies for multi-tenant environments. 
• Provide technical mentorship and occasional leadership to junior compliance engineers or project contributors. 
• Track emerging requirements and proactively update system configurations to meet evolving DoD IL5, IL6, and CMMC mandates. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cloud compliance, or DevSecOps roles. 
• Proven experience designing STIG-compliant configurations, including custom STIG development and validation. 
• Deep understanding of FIPS-validated encryption, TLS configurations, and cryptographic module implementation for data protection. 
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning, remediation planning, and automated patching workflows. 
• Familiarity with DoD RMF (IL5 and IL6), CMMC and related audit frameworks. 
• Proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure Policy, GitHub Actions, and common SIEM/logging platforms. 
• Experience with authorization boundary design and customer isolation techniques in AWS and Azure Gov environments. 
• Position requires an active security clearance. While all clearance levels will be considered, TS/SCI clearance holders are preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with DoD RMF (IL5 and IL6) cloud environments. 
• Working knowledge of container security, particularly in AKS or Kubernetes-based deployments. 
• Basic people leadership experience, including mentoring or technical guidance responsibilities. 
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, or relevant compliance certs (e.g., CMMC RP). 

COMPENSATION

• Colorado Base Salary: $195,000-$270,000
• California Base Salary: $205,000-$285,000
• Washington D.C. Base Salary: $205,000-$285,000
