You’ll be joining a team that thrives on complex questions—how businesses should respond to new policy directions, navigate global tensions, or engage meaningfully with government and policy audiences. Our clients are often at critical junctures, and we help them move forward with confidence.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely curious about how politics and policy shape business. You may come from government, public affairs, corporate strategy, journalism, or policy analysis—but wherever you’ve come from, you’re intellectually curious, commercially sharp, and passionate about China's evolving policy landscape.
You may already have some experience engaging with government stakeholders and policy influencers—or are looking to build that experience. What matters most is your ability to get into the details of policy and economic realities while also stepping back to see patterns and implications. You understand that real insight comes from both rigorous analysis and conversations on the ground—with officials, advisors, researchers, and others who help connect the dots. You’re motivated to build the networks and insight that make your advice sharper, your writing clearer, and our counsel to clients more strategic.
You’re a strong writer who brings structure to ambiguity. You enjoy digging into regulations, into economic nuance, drafting crisp analysis, and making complex developments accessible and actionable for business audiences.
You’re also a team player—collaborative, curious, and resilient under pressure. You’ll play a key role supporting client work—helping shape recommendations, structure analysis, and contribute to project delivery. You’ll be building your voice as a strategic advisor, developing trusted relationships with clients, and expanding your perspective across sectors and policy domains.
We value people who:
Account Directors are trusted contributors to client work. You’ll help deliver insight, shape advice, and ensure the quality of what we share with clients. You’ll often lead parts of an account and collaborate with colleagues across sectors and regions.
You’ll spend time unpacking political and regulatory developments, be part of a team authoring analysis on market developments, contributing to strategy development, and supporting stakeholder engagement programs that build long-term, trusted relationships with government and policy audiences.
You’ll help guide junior colleagues, contribute to internal initiatives, and participate actively in new business development. You’ll also have opportunities to deepen your expertise in specific sectors, broaden your knowledge across geographies, and play a role in growing Brunswick’s global public affairs and geopolitical advisory work.
This is a platform to sharpen your strategic thinking, grow your public affairs expertise, and build trusted client relationships on high-stakes issues. It’s a great role for someone growing into their own voice as a public affairs advisor—someone who is analytically sharp, politically literate, commercially aware, and committed to helping clients succeed through complexity.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Brunswick is a global advisory firm. We help companies tackle high-stakes issues, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Our clients value our ability to anticipate, shape, and respond to the key players and forces in the financial and investment arena, regulatory and geopolitical universe, NGO community, workforce and beyond. They rely on us for deep experience, fresh perspectives and original thinking. So, in Brunswick you will find an exceptional range of experience and talent with a rich mix of backgrounds. From the beginning, we have prioritized attracting, developing, and retaining the best professionals in the industry, united by a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and intellectual curiosity.
Founded in 1987 in London, the firm has organically grown to 27 offices in 18 countries across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. We operate as a “one-firm firm” with no individual profit centers. This allows us to assemble fully integrated, bespoke teams for each client, able to draw on the full resources of Brunswick anywhere in the world.
Brunswick is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law. Please read our Global Privacy Notice to understand how your data is managed.

As we deploy capital into the most innovative protocols and infrastructure projects, we are seeking a Head of Legal to architect our global fund structures and navigate the rapidly evolving intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology.
Lead the legal design and maintenance of investment vehicles across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring they are optimized for crypto-native institutional and retail participation.
Develop and oversee a robust compliance framework that addresses AML/KYC requirements, securities laws, and evolving regulatory mandates in key global markets.

Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and external counsel, staying ahead of legislative changes that impact DeFi and digital asset management.
Establish internal legal protocols for treasury management, employee incentive schemes (token options), and corporate governance.

You won't just be managing—you will be architecting. You will oversee the "Holy Trinity" of back-office excellence: Operations, Finance, and Legal, ensuring our internal systems are as robust and scalable as the decentralized networks we build.
Design and implement the operational frameworks required to transition the company through significant growth phases and support a rapidly expanding global team.

You understand the unique operational and legal hurdles of the decentralized world, from DAO structures to node provider requirements.
You are comfortable pivoting from high-level financial strategy to granular discussions on international employment law.

Direct experience in the Web3/Crypto industry is highly preferred.
Proven success in managing diverse functions across Finance, Legal, and HR.
