As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
• 10+ years cross-channel digital marketing experience, including: strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency
• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics
• Strong understanding of paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of SEO, Analytics, and Creative workflows and deliverables

A day in the life:

The Senior Organic Search Strategist’s role is to create and execute on custom Organic Search strategies that align with the client’s KPIs using all aspects of Organic Search including on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO elements and informational SEO Content. He/She is a great communicator who can explain SEO and SEO Content strategies to various clients ranging from C-levels, non-marketing POCs to SEO experts. A day in the life:

• The Amazon Catalog Management Strategist is responsible for owning the execution and performance of Amazon & online retail organic / catalog management strategy within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self-starters, adept problem solvers, and autonomously own their responsibilities. The Strategist works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader go-to-market plan of the brands they work with. They are responsible for owning execution, tracking, reporting, and client communication of catalog updates, promotional strategy, issue resolution / case management, online retail SEO and CRO strategy, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of organic levers to pull to drive & sustain performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Amazon and/or online retail product catalog & organic presence of clients across various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations / fixes, high-level planning, and strategic pivots
• Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, & other online retail platforms, tying into overall retail business performance
• Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge

Role Requirements:

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting preferred
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / online retail catalog management
• Significant organic / catalog management experience in one or more of the following platforms:
• Amazon Seller Central
• Amazon Vendor Central
• Walmart Seller Central
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)

The Paid Advertising Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across their book of business, partnering closely with the lead Supervisor or independently owning end-to-end strategy for a select group of core clients. The Paid Advertising Specialist is an attentive learner, eager to problem solve, and hungry to grow their technical, strategic, and analytical skills. They have great communication skills and collaborate well with their Supervisor. They are known for their reliability and attention to detail, resulting in high-quality work delivered on time. They are actively involved in supporting reporting, optimizations, and routine campaign management. They are a self-starter when it comes to their responsibilities and manage their workflow efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Successful management of designated paid media accounts
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements for held accounts
• Work with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to identify client goals, priorities and efficiency requirements.
• Actively works to increase billing for existing accounts and propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts
• Continually work to learn new strategies, test new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s Paid Media offerings.
• Function as primary point of contact internally. 
• Responsible for pacing and performance of accounts.
• Responsible for generating reporting, and contributing to performance insights with Supervisor for designated accounts.
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of held accounts including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types and copy revisions

• Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and rigorous QA with zero revenue-impacting errors.
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy, independently managing timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance without the need for reminders or constant oversight.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, proactively identifying growth opportunities, forming test hypotheses, and recommending data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals.
• Maintain a client-first mindset, consistently incorporating client objectives, constraints, and brand nuances into executional and strategic decision-making.
• Show calm, solutions-oriented problem solving, especially during performance volatility, technical issues, or major campaign pivots.
• Ensure accurate budget pacing and adherence to planned spend, proactively flagging risks or opportunities before issues arise.
• Own the upkeep and execution of client testing roadmaps, including project management of next steps and prioritization of experiments.
• Deliver on-time launches and updates for all campaigns and key deliverables.
• Autonomously prepare and present performance reports and recaps, using clear data storytelling to communicate insights and next steps.

Role Requirements:

• 1-2 years of digital marketing, and ≥6 months hands‑on Meta Ads; Agency experience a plus
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in Lead Gen,  E-Commerce and B2B a plus
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads  for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc)
• 1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
• 1 year experience client facing and handling communications
• Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features
