The Marketing Analyst - Comms, will sit at the intersection of data, CRM strategy, and AI-driven efficiency. We’re looking for an execution-oriented person who owns their work from end-to-end. You'll dig into performance data to identify what's working, surface gaps in our consumer journeys, and develop new comms to fill them. You'll also look for every opportunity to apply AI tools to make the team's output faster, sharper, and more scalable.
This isn't a role where you wait for assignments. We want someone who can look at a set of data, identify the opportunity, and start building toward it then communicate what  they found and why it matters to the team around them.

What You'll Do:

• CRM Campaign Execution & Analysis

  • Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns and canvases in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.

  • Audit existing consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.

  • Develop segmentation strategies and personalized comms that improve activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Support A/B test design, execution, and readout — translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that make campaign data interpretable for the broader marketing team.

  • Track KPIs including DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, and surface insights tied to those metrics.

1. Gestión Estratégica de Tesorería

• Cash-Flow Maestro: Ejecutar y controlar el ciclo diario de tesorería (cobros, pagos y conciliaciones) con precisión quirúrgica.
• Forecasting Inteligente: Elaborar proyecciones de flujo de caja a corto y largo plazo, utilizando modelos que permitan anticipar necesidades de liquidez.
• Liquidez y Estrategia: Analizar saldos bancarios y proponer estrategias de inversión o financiamiento para optimizar el capital de trabajo.

2. Automatización y Control de Gestión (El Diferenciador)

• Data-Driven Treasury: Desarrollar scripts en Python para automatizar la extracción de datos bancarios, conciliaciones masivas y reportes financieros.
• Optimización de Procesos: Identificar "cuellos de botella" manuales y rediseñarlos mediante herramientas de programación o mejoras en el ERP.
• Mitigación de Riesgos: Monitorizar riesgos de tipo de cambio (FX) y tasas de interés, creando paneles de control para la toma de decisiones.

Tu Perfil Técnico:

• Formación: Título en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.
• Experiencia: En tesorería corporativa o control de gestión financiera.
• Python Lover: Capacidad para escribir código aplicado a finanzas (librerías como Pandas, NumPy o manejo de APIs).
• Data Skills: Dominio avanzado de Excel/Google Sheets y capacidad para estructurar grandes volúmenes de datos.
• ERP: Experiencia previa trabajando con sistemas de gestión financiera y plataformas bancarias.

About the team/role

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst that can partner with the business systems teams driving requirements gathering, business process optimization, testing, process optimization, and cross functional collaboration. This role will be a member of the Corporate Engineering team that implements global solutions and drives value for business stakeholders. This role should have a core competency in financial processes, and also ERP Applications. 

What You’ll Do

• System Support & Troubleshooting (L1/L2): Serve as the first line of defense for finance system issues. Triage and resolve support tickets related to Oracle Fusion and any downstream finance applications.
• Requirements Documentation: Assist senior analysts in gathering requirements from stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating these discussions into clear, detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Testing & QA: Own the execution of detailed test cases for system enhancements and updates. You will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log defects, and work with developers to verify fixes.
• Process Mapping: Create and maintain documentation for existing workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Help identify bottlenecks in current processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in the Agile Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize SQL or system reporting tools to query data, validate financial results, and provide status reports to stakeholders regarding project execution and ticket health.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on minor projects and system updates.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Math, or a related field is preferred. 
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles or equivalent experience. 
• 1+ years of experience in systems analysis and process optimization
• 1+ years experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Financials or ERP systems (core general ledger, quote to cash, procure to pay)
• Working knowledge of SQL development is preferred.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system testing.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Adept at balancing multiple priorities and managing time effectively.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and agile methodology.
• Understanding of corporate business processes and systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to join a small team (2 Data Engineers + 1 Data Analyst). You will help scale our AWS-based data infrastructure, working primarily with industrial data sources and high-volume time-series data.

Responsibilities Will Include:  

• Engage directly with end users to understand how they consume data, and design solutions that serve their needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing, including high-frequency time-series ingestion.
• Evolve the Data Lakehouse—optimizing storage, performance, and data consistency.
• Manage orchestration workflows with complex dependencies and error handling.
• Implement data governance, security controls, and audit policies across the AWS ecosystem, leveraging services such as AWS Lake Formation for centralized data lake permissions and governance.
• Optimize performance and cost (FinOps); identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Partner with the Data Analyst to deliver production-ready, analytics-optimized datasets.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and data quality testing for platform reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At a minimum, 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with core AWS data services: Glue, Athena, Step Functions, Lambda, Kinesis, and Lake Formation.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Iceberg (required).
• Expert proficiency in Python (PySpark / Python Shell) and advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, execution plan tuning).
• Solid grasp of ETL/ELT tooling and dimensional modeling best practices (Kimball).
• Experience preparing data architectures for visualization tools and operational/management reporting.
• Practical experience with NoSQL engines (e.g., DynamoDB) and relational SQL databases.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Preferred Experience:

• Apache Airflow (MWAA experience preferred) or native AWS orchestration.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airbyte, or Fivetran.
• Experience automating CI/CD for Glue jobs or Lambda deployments.
