The UP-Trade Operations team builds software that enables DRW's trading operations teams to manage our growing DeFi footprint. Problems You'll Work On:

• Ingesting and normalizing data across multiple chains (Ethereum, Solana, and L2 rollups like Arbitrum) and custody platforms
• Integrating with DeFi protocols -- AMMs, lending platforms, options vaults, staking providers -- to query on-chain state and track positions
• Building services that bridge on-chain activity to off-chain reporting: token balances, transfers, margin positions, settlement, and fees across different ERC standards

Professional Experience:

DeFi & Blockchain:

• Hands-on experience with EVM internals, smart contract ABIs, and libraries like ethers.js or web3.js
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols: AMMs (Uniswap), lending (Compound), options/structured products, or staking
• Understanding of multi-chain architectures -- L1s, L2 rollups, bridging, and cross-chain data challenges

As a Prediction Markets Trader, you will develop, execute, and optimize high-conviction trading strategies in binary event contracts. Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and trade active markets in real time across Polymarket (CLOB/Gamma/Subgraph APIs) and Kalshi (FIX/WebSocket/REST).
• Execute strategies including: market making with dynamic skew, microstructure arbitrage (order-flow and book-imbalance sniping), cross-platform arb, news/event momentum (sub-second reaction), and statistical pairs/mean-reversion.

We are looking for Senior Legal Counsel with 10+ years of legal experience in U.S. financial and/or cryptocurrency regulation to join our team in Chicago. As a Campus [Intern / Full-time] Researcher at Jump Crypto, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior Leaders of Jump Crypto and other senior researchers to help shape the direction of our strategic efforts. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may be looking for macro-level trends that will inform the group’s future efforts, heads down on a nuanced issue advising our engineers or partners, producing valuable research reports, or advising our business development team on partnerships.
