Typically your work week looks like this:

• Research prospects (company profile, decision-makers, needs, contact details etc.)
• Contact prospects through phone, email, networking, and social media to develop sales opportunities
• Set appointments for leads to meet virtually with the sales team
• Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports within the system

An ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years in B2B Sales/Business Development.
• Excellent communicator – written, verbal, and visual
• Setting up appointments through social media platforms (LinkedIn, twitter etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills via Social Networking.
• Comfortable talking to prospects (senior executives) over the phone as well as being in front of a camera (Zoom meetings, webinars, sales videos, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM and sales outreach tools (e.g. Outreach, ZoomInfo etc.)

Role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the technical execution of our global demand generation campaigns. You will be the hands-on expert responsible for building inbound/outbound email sequences, managing lead flow, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audience through HubSpot, Outreach, and Reply.io. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who enjoys the technical side of "how" a campaign actually runs.

Responsibilities

• Sequence Design: Build and launch sophisticated email sequences for inbound and outbound leads using Reply.io, Outreach, and Campaign Monitor.
• Automation Setup: Configure triggers, delays, and branching logic within HubSpot to ensure timely and relevant communication with prospects.
• Messaging Accuracy: Ensure all emails, landing pages, and assets are correctly formatted, personalized, and functional before launch.
• Lead Flow Monitoring: Daily management of lead queues to ensure prospects are moving through the funnel without technical hitches.
• Scoring Implementation: Execute lead scoring rules to help the Sales team identify the most engaged prospects.
• Database Hygiene: Perform regular audits of our marketing database to ensure lead information is accurate and compliant with global standards (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
• A/B Testing: Regularly test subject lines, email copy, and CTA buttons to optimize engagement within our automated workflows.

Required Experience & Expertise

• 3 + years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Email Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Solid experience with HubSpot, Outreach, or Campaign Monitor. Familiarity with Reply.io is a strong advantage.
• A strong understanding of how different marketing tools "talk" to each other and an obsession with process accuracy.
• Ability to work closely with Content and Sales teams to turn ideas into functional automated campaigns.
• Direct experience working within Salesforce to manage lead views and reporting.
• Experience managing or troubleshooting the HubSpot-Salesforce integration (field mapping, sync errors, lead routing) is a huge plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

Content Creation and Strategy (40% of time)

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts to engage the target audience and drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to develop content materials, presentations, and messaging.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and tone, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.

Brand Messaging and Positioning (30% of time)

• Develop and implement brand messaging strategies, in alignment with the overall company marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand product positioning and tailor messaging to support their objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Sales Enablement and Collaboration (20% of time)

• Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of Hexnode's platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer segments and create targeted messaging campaigns.
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team, sharing market insights and assisting with customer engagement as needed.

Professional Development (10% of time)

• Continuously enhance copywriting skills and industry knowledge through self-study, webinars, and workshops.
• Build relationships with other copywriting professionals in the industry to exchange best practices and insights.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on brand messaging.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and the broader IT security landscape is a plus.

• Design Execution: Create a wide range of design materials, including: Branding elements, Digital graphics (web banners, social media graphics, email templates), Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards), Infographics and data Sheets
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
