As an India Public Sector Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI within the Indian government and public sector space, establishing and growing our presence in this strategic market. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise and deep understanding of the Indian public sector landscape to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities. In collaboration with GTM, product, policy, and marketing teams, you'll help define our market entry strategy and value proposition for the Indian public sector.
Location: Delhi, India
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career, Legion is where you belong. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling.
There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy, make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees.
The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options.
Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously.

Ethos is a leading life insurance technology company on a mission to protect families by democratizing access to life insurance and empowering agents at scale. With its robust three-sided technology platform, Ethos is transforming the life insurance experience for consumers, agents, and carriers alike. Ethos offers instant, accessible products and a seamless online process that requires no medical exams and just a few health questions; it eliminates traditional barriers, making it easier than ever for everyone to protect their families. Ethos is redefining how life insurance is bought, sold, and underwritten.
We are hiring a Sr. Lifecycle Growth Manager to own activation end-to-end — the single highest-leverage stretch of our funnel. This is the work of recovering applicants who stall mid-application and converting approved customers who have not yet activated into paying policyholders. It is where intent either converts into revenue or leaks out, and it is the workstream with the most room to move the business in the next four quarters.
You will own the lifecycle strategy across two connected phases. In pre-approval, you will own the recovery layer for application drop-off — the sequences, nudges, and in-product interventions that bring stalled applicants back into the flow and through to approval. In ANA, you will own a fully personalized program segmented by where the approved customer dropped off and what the behavioral signals tell us about why.
This is a high-leverage IC role for someone who operates like a PM, thinks like a data scientist, and ships like an operator. You will run a high-velocity experimentation program, design product-led growth loops that go beyond email, and be the operational spine that turns activation OKRs into shipped work.
This is not a campaign-manager role. It is a role for someone who wants a seat at the strategy table, who can debate tradeoffs with a Director, and who is as comfortable writing SQL as writing a test plan.
Own the lifecycle layer that recovers applicants who stall mid-application. You will map where drop-off concentrates across the application flow — saved-progress abandonment, step-level friction, medical exam scheduling hesitation, underwriting-window stalls — and build targeted recovery interventions for each leak point. You will work step-by-step, not in generic sequences: a customer who drops off at health disclosure gets a different treatment than one who drops off at payment details.
You will partner with Product and Engineering on in-product recovery surfaces (saved-progress resumption, step-specific support prompts) and own the outbound recovery motion across email, SMS, push, and Regal. Success is measured in step-to-step conversion lift and applicant-to-approved rate.
Own the ANA program with personalization as the core design principle, not a phase-two enhancement. The primary segmentation axis is drop-off point — a customer who was approved but never returned to view their quote needs a fundamentally different treatment than one who viewed a quote, selected a term, and abandoned at checkout. You will build distinct journeys for each drop-off cohort and layer secondary personalization on top: persona signals (price-sensitive, health-uncertain, comparison shopper, distracted/busy), term-length selected, quoted price band, and engagement recency.
You will own the evergreen ANA flow, term-length education moments, pricing transparency touchpoints, and social proof frameworks — all tuned to the specific drop-off point they are recovering. Success is measured in activation rate lift by cohort, not in email opens or aggregate sends.
Own the end-to-end testing roadmap for activation. Move us from sporadic tests to a high-velocity program — 10+ well-designed experiments per quarter with clean hypotheses, appropriate power, and ruthless post-mortems. You decide what gets tested, you enforce statistical integrity, and you translate winners into roadmap changes. Incrementality tests, holdouts, frequency-cap experiments, and multivariate designs are in your default toolkit.
Activation is not an email problem. You will partner with Product and Engineering to design in-product interventions — application-step nudges, saved-progress recovery surfaces, pricing-transparency moments, term-length education, and post-approval decision support — that compound with our outbound channels. You will write PRDs, scope experiments with engineers, and measure feature adoption alongside channel metrics. You treat the product and the CRM as a single activation funnel.
Turn strategy into shipped work. You will translate quarterly OKRs into concrete execution plans, architect the workflows that let the lifecycle operations execution team move fast with low error rates, and serve as the escalation point when ambiguous requirements or data issues block the team. You will co-own the planning table with US leadership during quarterly cycles and push back — with evidence — when a strategy is flawed or slower than it needs to be.
We are building an AI-native lifecycle function. You will use LLM-powered workflows to compress the time from hypothesis to shipped test — generating copy variants, QA'ing journeys, segmenting cohorts, and drafting briefs. This is not about using ChatGPT/ Claude occasionally; it is about designing systems where AI agents handle the execution layer so human time goes to strategy, analysis, and judgment calls.
Act as the super-admin for our CRM stack (Iterable, Regal, and adjacent tooling). Partner with Engineering and Analytics to keep data pipelines clean, event schemas scalable, and deliverability pristine. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert on every platform, but you need to know enough to earn the team's respect and make the right architectural calls.
We move fast, ship small, and measure everything. We prefer shipping an imperfect test this week over a perfect one next quarter. We over-communicate in writing, treat post-mortems as sacred, and are genuinely allergic to work that does not connect back to a revenue or retention number. We believe the best lifecycle teams in the world will be AI-native by default within the next two years, and we are building accordingly.
If you want to run a campaign calendar, this is the wrong role. If you want to architect a growth engine, let's talk.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking a Strategic Finance, GTM member to join our Finance team at Anthropic to partner with sales counterparts. In this role, you will be a key partner to our go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making. As we continue to grow, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, building models, and delivering insights to drive informed business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk and marketing spend returns. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other members of the finance organization to align go-to-market strategies with broader financial considerations.
Apply to GlanceGroupon is a marketplace where customers discover new experiences and services everyday and local businesses thrive. To date we have worked with over a million merchant partners worldwide, connecting over 16 million customers with deals across various categories. In a world often dominated by e-commerce giants, we stand out as one of the few platforms uniquely committed to helping local businesses succeed on a performance basis.
Groupon is on a radical journey to transform our business with relentless pursuit of results. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. The impact here can be immediate due to our scale and the speed of our transformation. We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have the resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact.
Engineering Manager – Marketing Platform (Dispatch & Subscriptions)
Groupon's Marketing Engineering team owns the systems that connect millions of users with the right offer at the right time. This includes our Dispatch platform (real-time communications infrastructure) and Subscription systems that drive engagement and conversion at scale.
As Engineering Manager, you'll lead distributed engineering teams responsible for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of these platforms. You'll be accountable for both keeping the lights on and driving meaningful modernization — reducing operational costs, shipping AI-enabled features, and building a team that executes with ownership and speed.
This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering and business impact. If you're energized by large-scale distributed systems, cross-functional delivery, and growing engineers — this is for you.
Own end-to-end delivery across Dispatch and Subscription platform services, ensuring 99.99% uptime and sub-1s latency for real-time communications
Lead and grow a distributed engineering team; manage performance, run regular 1:1s, and build a strong culture of ownership and accountability
Drive platform modernization: reduce technical debt, optimize cloud resource usage, and target a 30% reduction in operational costs over 12 months
Partner with product, data, and marketing stakeholders to align engineering delivery with business priorities
Set and enforce engineering standards — code quality, CI/CD pipelines, microservices patterns, and incident response
Participate actively in architectural decisions, design reviews, and technical direction within your team's scope
Champion AI/ML integration where it delivers measurable outcomes — intelligent routing, automation, personalization; target at least 2 AI-driven features shipped per year
Own hiring across your team: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing development
Hands-on software engineering and leadership experience
Hands-on background in Java and distributed systems; comfortable reviewing architecture and code when needed
Proven experience managing platform or communications infrastructure at scale in a microservices, cloud-native environment
Strong AI-First approach and working knowledge of AWS or GCP; familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience leading geographically distributed teams across time zones
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and deliver in fast-moving environments
Track record of performance management, career development, and team building
Familiarity with Ruby, Node.js, or React in addition to Java
Experience with email/push/SMS communication platforms or subscription management systems
Exposure to AI/ML integration in production systems
Background in marketing technology or customer engagement platforms
30 days: You understand the platforms, team dynamics, key stakeholders, and top 3 risks. You've had 1:1s with every direct report and flagged immediate delivery blockers.
60 days: You've taken ownership of sprint planning, are running team rituals effectively, and have a clear view of the technical debt backlog with a prioritization proposal.
90 days: You've shipped at least one meaningful improvement, established clear performance baselines, and have a 12-month roadmap draft aligned with business goals.
Leaders who make decisions anchored in customer and business outcomes
Managers who build autonomy in their teams rather than creating dependency on themselves
Engineers who treat AI as a tool, not a trend
People who can hold quality standards in a messy, fast-moving environment without slowing everything down
Communicators who can translate complexity for non-technical stakeholders without dumbing it down

Tekion connects the entire spectrum of the automotive retail ecosystem through one seamless platform. The transformative platform uses cutting-edge technology, big data, machine learning, and AI to seamlessly bring together OEMs, retailers/dealers and consumers. With its highly configurable integration and greater customer engagement capabilities, Tekion is enabling the best automotive retail experiences ever. Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe.
Role Summary
Tekion is seeking a Director, GTM Product Management to lead and scale our Go-To-Market engine from Bangalore, India. This is a hybrid leadership role that spans product marketing, product strategy, GTM engineering, AI-powered content operations, and competitive enablement — reporting to the VP of Product Innovation and Design or VP of Product Marketing. You will own the strategy, systems, and content infrastructure that connects Tekion’s product innovation to revenue outcomes, building AI-native workflows that accelerate pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and increase competitive win rates across our Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC), Automotive Enterprise Cloud (AEC), and Automotive Partner Cloud (APC) product lines. You will also play a critical role in shaping product strategy by translating market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer insights into strategic inputs that influence the product roadmap and investment priorities.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution — Own end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches and feature releases across ARC, AEC, and APC — from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition (including target dealer groups by size, geography, OEM affiliation, and technology maturity) and channel strategy through pricing alignment, partner co-marketing, and launch execution.
AI-Powered Content Pipeline Design — Architect and operate automated content systems that transform raw inputs (call transcripts, win/loss data, competitor signals, CRM data) into publish-ready sales assets including battle cards, objection handlers, one-pagers, value propositions, ROI calculators, value/ROI justification content, and pre-call briefings.
Prompt Engineering & Agent Prototyping — Design, test, and optimize prompt libraries and AI agent workflows for GTM use cases such as competitive intelligence extraction, personalized outbound sequencing, dynamic battle card generation, and real-time objection handling support during sales calls.
Competitive Intelligence Program — Build and maintain a continuous competitive monitoring system that tracks competitor pricing, features, messaging, customer reviews, and analyst coverage — translating insights into actionable sales tools within hours, not weeks. Ensure the competitive enablement program scales through automation rather than manual effort.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Tooling — Create and manage the content arsenal that sales uses in-deal: pitch decks, demo scripts, talk tracks, persona-specific email templates, and competitive positioning guides. Partner with Product Marketing teams to align enablement materials with broader campaign themes and product narratives. Ensure assets are delivered inside the tools reps already use (CRM, email, meeting prep) rather than buried in a wiki.
GTM Workflow Automation — Design and deploy multi-step automated workflows connecting Tekion’s CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and analytics into a unified revenue engine — including sales trigger systems that react to buying signals (funding rounds, leadership changes, DMS contract expirations) with immediate, tailored follow-ups.
Win/Loss Analysis & Market Intelligence — Run structured win/loss programs, buyer persona research, and voice-of-customer analysis. Extract patterns from deal data and call transcripts to continuously sharpen positioning, enablement content, and product feedback loops.
Content-to-Revenue Attribution — Implement measurement frameworks that track which enablement assets and GTM programs actually influence win rates, deal velocity, and revenue — not just views and downloads. Use data to prioritize investment and retire underperforming content.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence — Translate market intelligence, competitive analysis, win/loss patterns, and voice-of-customer insights into strategic recommendations that shape Tekion’s product roadmap and investment priorities. Serve as a bridge between GTM and Product/Engineering, ensuring that market reality informs build decisions.
Team Leadership — Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing GTM product management team in Bangalore. Set the vision, operating cadence, and quality bar for all GTM outputs. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success leadership across time zones.
At least 10 years of experience in product management/marketing, product strategy, sales enablement, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS
Demonstrated experience building and operating AI-powered content pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, or AI agent prototypes for GTM functions. Hands-on comfort with LLMs, automation platforms, and structured prompt design is required — not theoretical knowledge.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, persona-specific narratives for diverse audiences (dealers, OEM executives, technology partners, end consumers).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in content-to-revenue attribution, win/loss analysis, and data-driven GTM optimization.
Experience influencing product strategy and roadmap priorities through structured market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
Experience leading and scaling distributed teams across geographies and time zones, with a bias toward building systems and playbooks that scale beyond individual effort.
Bachelor’s degree in Product, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
Automotive or DMS software product expertise
Experience building competitive intelligence programs that measurably improved win rates in enterprise sales cycles.
Strong technical fluency with GTM tooling ecosystems including CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and data enrichment platforms.
Experience designing and deploying automated outbound and sales trigger workflows that connect multiple systems into cohesive revenue pipelines.
