Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.
· Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary. Performs evaluations of alternatives to improve cost and / or reliability of equipment.
· Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.
· Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.
· May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, safety, and performance of Red Ventures’ campus facilities, ensuring an efficient, reliable, and high-quality workplace environment for employees. This role oversees building systems, preventive maintenance programs, vendor performance, and service delivery across the campus, while ensuring facilities meet operational, safety, and compliance standards.
The Facilities Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors to proactively address facility needs, minimize disruption to daily operations, and continuously improve the employee workplace experience. While the role may support facility upgrades and improvement initiatives as needed, the primary focus is operational excellence, lifecycle asset management, and responsive facilities support. This position also includes direct management of technician(s) and may involve occasional multi-site support across additional Red Ventures locations.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. Position Summary: The Audiovisual (AV) Performance Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical production for school events, arts performances, and external rentals. The Specialist ensures the seamless operation of sound, lighting, and video systems while providing expert support to the Visual and Performing Arts Departments, Auxiliary Services, and the IT team. Given the irregular nature of event production, this position is granted the professional autonomy to manage a flexible workweek—balancing evening and weekend demands with "flex-time" during standard school hours to maintain a sustainable workload. As a key resource for the entire school community, the Specialist works with students across the full age spectrum—from our youngest learners in the Lower School to young adults in the Upper School. While collaborating most closely with the Arts departments, the Specialist provides professional AV support to all divisions and must maintain a positive, encouraging, and patient demeanor with every student and faculty member. Depending on the candidate’s background and interest, this position may also include an instructional component (approx. 20%), teaching one or more sections of our 6-week elective courses: Audio Engineering 1, 2, and/or Technical Theatre at the Upper School (Grades 9 – 12) level. Summary of Role
The Quality Program Manager, Comfort is responsible for building and scaling the quality assurance framework that supports Palmetto’s expansion across multiple residential energy technologies—including HVAC, geothermal, water heaters, and generators. This role owns the standards, training, and review processes that ensure high-quality, code-compliant installations by Certified Contractors across all Comfort product lines.
The ideal candidate is deeply anchored in residential HVAC and/or geothermal systems, with the ability to extend that expertise to adjacent technologies as the platform grows. You will lead the QC Technician team, oversee daily milestone review throughput, and partner cross-functionally to optimize processes, reduce friction, and ensure volume and SLA goals are achieved. This role operates within a matrixed management structure, reporting directly to the VP of Quality Programs with a dotted-line relationship to the VP of Comfort Program Management. Success requires the ability to navigate shared priorities, align with multiple leaders, and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries.

However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
