Apply to S-RMNMI is looking for a security-driven and self-motivated individual to join the Customer Support team in the Cape Town office as a Support Specialist.
As a Support Specialist, you will primarily provide telephone-based support to live Affiliates and Merchants across a range of NMI products, with opportunities to also assist via email and online ticketing as needed, while ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects and be a part of the bigger picture here at NMI. The team will be responsible for maintaining support from 8am (CST) until 5pm (CST).

THE ROLE
Our Incident Response Consultants are a critical part of our Cyber Security consulting practice’s success. As a Technical Lead, you will deploy your incident response expertise in a senior, client‑facing delivery role across our incident response services.
You will work across the full lifecycle of security incidents to help our clients respond and recover, spanning both traditional incident response scenarios (such as ransomware, business email compromise and intrusion investigations) and modern incidents affecting cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and software delivery environments.

The Global Solutions Division’s mission is to build and scale sustainable, high-impact digital solutions that amplify frontline workers and programs in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs). Dimagi is looking for a Senior Project Analyst/Field Officer to join our Global Solutions Division. This position is open to team members based in Mozambique. This team member will be a cross-functional member of the team and will be asked to provide support for projects in the Southern Africa region.
The Senior Project Analyst / Field Officer is a key member of the Project Delivery team, and will directly support project teams in creating high-impact, reliable, user-friendly digital systems for Dimagi’s public health partners. This team member will be responsible for supporting field activities occurring in Mozambique including, but not limited to, support in-person meetings, training, capacity building activities, and working with local partners to facilitate requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and more. Further, in this role, the team member will support a project team working on the optimal design and development of applications built on Dimagi’s flagship platform CommCare - including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and monitoring.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the possibility of renewal based on business requirements and mutual interest.
