The role will be a key interface between engineering, program management, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure that product teams are in line with engineering goals and compliance frameworks. In this role, you’ll help develop and evolve onboarding, business products and self-service experience within the financial sector. You will consult and create measurable rapid prototyping and concepting for interaction design experience testing. You´ll be part of our growing consulting team focussed on financial services and experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Very strong UX skill sets and strategic design to build out research and roadmaps for customers and understanding of Finance and Insurance,
Rapid concepting and Interaction Design (i.e. user flows and mapping),
Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals,
Practical design for immediate delivery,
Documentation of scenarios and UX flows,
Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers,
