The PACS Program Administrator is both an experienced technical operator and program owner, responsible for ensuring that Prenuvo’s imaging systems directly support radiologist performance, diagnostic quality, and patient care delivery.
This role owns the operational integrity, optimization, and clinical alignment of PACS and associated imaging workflows across a distributed, multi-site environment. The PACS Administrator serves as the structured liaison between Radiology, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Engineering — ensuring that imaging systems are not only technically functional, but clinically optimized.
This position resides in the Product & Tech function, with dotted-line governance in the Clinical organization because PACS configuration, workflow design, and data integrity directly impact diagnostic accuracy, report turnaround time, patient safety, and radiologist efficiency.

We’re looking for Japanese translators with a strong command of both Japanese and English who can assess and refine AI-generated translations for grammatical accuracy, fluency, cultural nuance, and context sensitivity. You’ll challenge the model with idiomatic expressions, ambiguous phrases, formal and informal tones, and real-world scenarios—documenting model failures and providing insight to improve translation quality and consistency.
On a typical day, you will evaluate and edit AI outputs, translate between Japanese and English in both directions, annotate errors, provide cultural or contextual explanations, and suggest improvements to prompts, evaluation methods, and model behavior.
A background in professional translation, linguistics, localization, or language education is ideal. Experience with technical, literary, or media translation is a strong signal of fit. Clear, reflective communication and an ability to articulate translation decisions are essential.

We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. This newly created opportunity reports directly to the VP of Product and owns all product operations to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a demonstrated ability to work horizontally and vertically across the organization — bridging product, data, engineering, and customer-facing teams through strong cross-functional partnerships.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and will be responsible for designing and optimizing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, leveraging AI-powered tools and workflow automation to accelerate delivery, eliminate process bottlenecks, and surface actionable insights from data. This includes integrating AI into how we synthesize customer feedback, track roadmap health, and enable teams to make faster, better-informed decisions.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. This role additionally includes a 10% annual bonus tied to company goals.

As part of the Business Applications and Analytics team, this crucial role is designed to accelerate our Internal AI capabilities across multiple business functions, including Marketing, GTM/Sales, Customer Success & Support, Finance, HR, Legal, and Product and Engineering teams.
