The Role:
We're looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Associate, Sales Strategy & Operations to support and scale our sales organization. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to dive into complex, data-driven problems and contribute to meaningful outcomes under the guidance of experienced leadership. You'll work closely with our CRO, and cross-functional teams across Product, Finance, and Marketing to support end-to-end strategic initiatives, maintain the operating cadences that power our GTM motion, and contribute to revenue growth. The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Strategy and Operations, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of sales and services related programs, initiatives, and analytics in North America. Candidates for this role must have experience manipulating large sets of data to discover trends and make recommendations. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, engineering, and data analytics to support the design, implementation and continued optimization of multiple business needs. You'll be able to navigate the roles, reporting, and reality of the business in the field. This position needs to have excellent communication, project management and data analysis skills and be comfortable building recommendations and owning stakeholder relationships. Experience with Salesforce, SQL queries, BI tools (Preset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and a finance, analytics or strategy background highly preferred.

The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses, is $84,000-$95,000 CAD. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.

The Enterprise AI Pod is a forward-deployed, field-first unit within Instacart's Enterprise Solutions team — purpose-built to take the Instacart Intelligence Platform to market with B2B retail and CPG partners. About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Canada to own the strategy and execution of marketing programs designed to efficiently drive user acquisition, merchant acquisition, active user growth, and overall revenue in the Canadian market. This role is well-suited for an AI-forward, analytically rigorous individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

What We Look For:
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue.

Strong data analytics skills — experience with tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker, or similar to translate data into action.
Proven ownership of KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and active user metrics.

Compensation:
The compensation range for the role is as follows:

As the Manager of Financial Data, Planning & Analytics, you will be an integral part of the Tucows Corporate Finance team.
