This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role for someone who blends exquisite data modeling craft, deep familiarity with tools like dbt and Looker, a knowledge of the state of the art, and a passion for designing data structures that enable intuitive self-service.

The total compensation range for this role is $225,000-$300,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.

About the Team
The Ads Analytics team plays a critical role in Roku’s Advertising organization, leading measurement and analytics initiatives that power decision-making across the advertising ecosystem. The expected base pay range for this position is $105,400 - $155,000 based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
