About the Position
At 6sense, the Post-Sales Solutions Architect is a critical partner to our Strategic and Enterprise Customer Success Management teams, focused exclusively on supporting existing customers throughout their journey with us. This role blends deep technical acumen with strong customer engagement skills to lead architecture design, optimize platform adoption, and ensure our customers realize the full value of their investment.

You'll work directly with our largest and most complex accounts, helping them integrate and scale their use of 6sense by designing innovative solutions, advising on best practices, and serving as a trusted technical advisor post-sale. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role designed to drive retention, value delivery, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic and Enterprise CSMs to lead post-sale technical activities, including product enablement, demos, proof-of-value workshops, and advanced use case development.
• Facilitate architecture design sessions and platform integration planning, aligning customer objectives to 6sense solutions.
• Document business and technical requirements, and clearly communicate the business value of 6sense capabilities to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead solution design for multi-product implementations, systems integrations, and data architecture within existing customer environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Pre/Post-Sales Engineer.
• Deep technical expertise in solution architecture, data integration, and enterprise software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and articulate complex solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot) and Customer Data Platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, etc.).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, DataStage, Netezza) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Base Salary Range: $139,035.00 - $180,918.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Senior Software Engineer, Energy Storage

This position is on a team building the software platform that powers optimized control and market participation of battery energy storage systems (BESS) — software that runs both on site controllers and in the cloud. We are seeking a highly technical Operations Program Manager to lead build readiness & internal ramp execution for hardware manufacturing. Job Summary:

The Product Operations Engineer will help operate, maintain, and update a classified networking capability that provides operational Space Domain Awareness data for the United States Space Force. Anduril employs networking infrastructure to support global operations of customer sites. You'll be collaborating with other Product Operations team members, Mission Operations Engineer, Software Engineer, and TPMs to directly support end-users of an operational system.

The Product Operations Team will be the first point of contact with end-users at various locations worldwide. As an Electro Optical System Engineer for our Space team, you will facilitate the integration of EO Payloads on our spacecraft platforms from initial concept development through on-orbit execution. A successful candidate will have experience during all phases of payload system engineering including architecture and requirement derivation, performance modeling, design reviews, laboratory testing, spacecraft assembly integration and test, on-orbit initialization, and mission operations. A proven history of interfacing with all disciplines of the engineering, specialty, and program management team to shepherd a payload design to maturity is required. 

You’ll be expected to clearly communicate risk, issues, and progress with customer representatives and external vendors in a collaborative environment. We are especially seeking candidates with hands-on experience in optical laboratories characterizing and calibrating optical payloads. The Counter Intrusion MSE team develops systems that provide force protection capabilities, monitoring the perimeter of secure areas, land or sea, for approaching people, vehicles, and vessels. We live in a world where security officers are increasingly overwhelmed by sensor data feeds. Our products leverage advanced sensor fusion and autonomy to seamlessly render activity in the environment to Lattice's common operating picture. This relieves operators of our system from a ton of burden and allows our customers to get more done with fewer personnel. Increasingly, Counter Intrusion MLEs are working on projects to bring customers' existing legacy security systems into the Lattice ecosystem. Key to this effort is building scalable software solutions so that we can service many customers without requiring bespoke software for each one. ABOUT THE JOB

The Sentry Engineering team builds hardware products and systems that leverage artificial intelligence to provide highly accurate, persistent autonomous awareness across land, sea and air. With an AI-enabled edge processing, continuous 360 pan / tilt capability, and a variety of radars and sensors, Sentry can autonomously identify, detect, and track objects of interest to bring increased awareness to borders, military bases, oil and gas pipelines, airports and other critical infrastructure.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. This role will own rapidly developed, ruggedized electronics design in addition to scaling legacy design concepts to support full-rate production. In this role, you will partner with our Architecture and Product Management team to help drive system requirements prior to owning full PCB and/or electrical system design. This will require identifying high risk areas, creating and validating electronics designs for embedded compute and/or power systems, and testing for long term-reliability while considering manufacturability and testability in the design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical integration activities.
• Provide hands on and in-field support of prototype and production level product.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize selection, design and integration of high power components, modules and distribution.
• Trade-off component and module selections against size, weight, power and EMC requirements.
• Collaborate with design team to achieve reliability goals at a system level in context of concepts of operation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Self starter with the ability to design digital & analog electronics from concept and functional prototype, to production ready product.
• Ability to troubleshoot existing hardware to find root cause of issues and implement improvements to improve the design.
• Develop clear documentation to capture design requirements, specifications, test coverage, and test reports.
• Complete full cycle PCB design including collecting requirements, schematic design, component selection, completion of layout, bring-up, test, debug, validation, characterization, and integration with the system.
• Work closely with other mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
• Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware.
• Concurrently manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience designing, testing and troubleshooting complex board designs and products.
• Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, current-probes, and automation of tests.
• Familiarity with switch mode power supply design and testing.
• Familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, etc.
• Familiarity with common MCU, CPU, FPGA devices and technologies.
• Knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Proficient with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design automation design tools.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a GNC (Guidance, Navigation & Control) Engineer for our Space team, you will work on and understand the design of all satellite GNC subsystems to include but not limited to hardware sensors and actuators, orbit mechanics, navigation algorithms, flight software implementation, subsystem integration & test (I&T), and vehicle I&T. The GNC engineering team will work closely with related teams, including Systems, Flight Software, Mission Operations, and Ground Software. The GNC Engineer will work algorithm design, truth and physics modeling, simulation and analysis for a wide variety of spacecraft and space missions to include but not limited to LEO, MEO, GEO, Reentry, and RPOD (Rendezvous Proximity Operations and Docking). The Sr. GNC Engineer will help lead successful implementation, validation and GNC operations of Anduril’s fleet of spacecraft.

This role is directly tied to ongoing, funded programs within Anduril’s Space Business Line. The programs require building and fielding a resilient, software-defined spacecraft systems across numerous mission threads. We work with mission partners and customers to deploy reliable and robust capabilities on operationally-relevant fielding timelines to meet complex challenges across the DOD and IC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work spacecraft GNC software and hardware subsystems for various spacecraft efforts in all orbital regimes and work closely with bus providers for successful implementation
• Develop modern, software-defined approaches to autonomous spacecraft operations with maneuvering capabilities to successfully accomplish mission objectives
• Develop appropriate test plans and procedures to validate the GNC system during ground checkout, on-orbit commissioning and operations
• Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
• Coordinate with end-users, other operators and customers to turn needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints.
• Support challenging schedules during ground testing, launch windows and on-orbit operations of the spacecraft systems.
• Design of flight software, algorithms, and simulation products.
• Development of spacecraft autonomy tools for dynamic space operations
• Test process development and execution.
• Define automated fault detection and responses.
• Provide hardware-in-the-loop and monte-carlo simulation capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Aerospace Engineering, Dynamics and Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering degree. 
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++, Go, and/or Linux Systems. 
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and detailed requirements.
• Experience with orbital mechanics and resident space object tracking capabilities
• Familiarity with rendezvous proximity operations and docking, orbital mechanics with propulsive spacecraft, and/or spacecraft attitude determination and controls
• Strong knowledge of spacecraft dynamics, orbital mechanics, and control theory.
• Clear communication and organizational skills including documentation and training material.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, Go, C++ and/or Linux systems.
• A desire to work on critical software and hardware designs in the space domain.
• Experience testing propulsion subsystems in laboratory environments that mimic the space environmental constraints.
• Experience conducting spacecraft operations and satellite command and control with an emphasis on system reliability and uptime.
• Experience with testing/validation leveraging FlatSats, Hardware-in-the-Loop testbeds and digital spacecraft simulators through nominal and fault scenarios.
• Experience with computer vision and perception algorithms to support GNC operations.
• Experience developing 3-DOF simplified and 6-DOF high-fidelity dynamics simulation models used for GNC systems analysis and validation.
• Exposure to US satellite operations policy and constraints for relevant mission threads in all orbits.
