We are looking for a Mission Operations Engineer to join our USAF team. In this role, you will resource and help execute world-class technical training instruction to our partner components and their unique demands. Further, you will be the counter unmanned systems (cUAS) subject matter expert for components and help them resource realistic training and manage all hardware and software configuration of cUAS-peculiar equipment under the Anduril family of CUaS systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver training and education to a USAF component across the entire family-of-systems

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Program Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of program objectives. ABOUT THE JOB

As a Sr. GNC (Guidance, Navigation & Control) Engineer for our Space team, you own the understanding and design of all satellite GNC subsystems to include but not limited to hardware sensors and actuators, orbit mechanics, navigation algorithms, flight software implementation, subsystem integration & test (I&T), and vehicle I&T. The GNC engineering team will work closely with related teams, including Systems, Flight Software, Mission Operations, and Ground Software. The Sr. GNC Engineer will lead algorithm design, truth and physics modeling, simulation and analysis for a wide variety of spacecraft and space missions to include but not limited to LEO, MEO, GEO, Reentry, and RPOD (Rendezvous Proximity Operations and Docking). The Sr. GNC Engineer will help lead successful implementation, validation and GNC operations of Anduril’s fleet of spacecraft.

This role is directly tied to ongoing, funded programs within Anduril’s Space Business Line. The programs require building and fielding a resilient, software-defined spacecraft systems across numerous mission threads. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead spacecraft GNC software and hardware subsystems for various spacecraft efforts in all orbital regimes and work closely with bus providers for successful implementation.
• Develop modern, software-defined approaches to autonomous spacecraft operations with maneuvering capabilities to successfully accomplish mission objectives.
• Develop appropriate test plans and procedures to validate the GNC system during ground checkout, on-orbit commissioning and operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Astrodynamics, Aerospace Engineering, Dynamics and Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering degree.
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++, Go, and/or Linux Systems. 
• Experience conducting spacecraft operations and satellite command and control with an emphasis on system reliability and uptime.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and detailed requirements.
• Experience with orbital mechanics and resident space object tracking capabilities.
• Experience developing 3-DOF simplified and 6-DOF high-fidelity dynamics simulation models used for GNC systems analysis and validation.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and delivering impactful quantum solutions for both Anduril-internal use cases and external customer applications. You will work closely with delivery leads, application developers, and other solutions architects, as well as internal and external partners to design, implement, and deliver bleeding edge quantum solutions on state-of-the-art quantum-inspired, quantum annealing, and quantum gate platforms for real-world defense and national security challenges.

The Massed Effects (MFX) Team within the Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Division at Anduril provides customers a high reliability, trusted solution for generating military utility using robotic and autonomous systems (RAS). We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our rapidly growing team in Washington, DC or Atlanta, GA to lead legal support for Anduril’s Tactical Recon and Strike (“TRS”) Division, with a focus on the full spectrum of United States government contracts. This includes: providing legal oversight to proposals, procurement, advising on data rights and contract structures, giving legal guidance to existing business areas, and crafting legal and business strategies. This role will partner closely with customers, outside counsel, and business partners across the organization to support business development and legal operations.

ABOUT THE JOB

As the Head of Growth for Rocket Motor Systems (RMS), you will report to the RMS General Manager and work directly with the Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division Senior Vice President to build Anduril’s rocket motor business business and establish RMS as the primary or secondary supplier of motors on multiple weapons/missile Programs of Record. WHAT YOU’LL DO

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our Distributed Simulation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building a new distributed simulation product to enable heterogeneous groups of robots to collaborate together across multiple physical sites. Ideal candidates will be comfortable at all stages of the product life cycle, from initial scoping of user requirements, to the architecture of a solution, to the implementation of that solution.

What You'll Do
You will be expected to use your prior expertise to make well-reasoned arguments for a design that accounts for:

Infrastructure & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) that enforce compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and 800-53, CMMC, and other applicable frameworks, enabling developers to deploy CMMC-certified applications using pre-packaged, compliant infrastructure templates.
• Architect, build, and deploy robust, scalable security controls across Anduril's corporate, development, and production cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise environments.

Compliance Engineering & Framework Implementation

• Analyze, interpret, and operationalize federal and industry cybersecurity regulations, including NIST SP 800-171 and 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP, and SOC 2, translating regulatory language into actionable engineering guidance and enforceable technical controls.
• Evaluate system architectures and configurations to ensure alignment with required security controls for moderate-impact information systems.
• Interface directly with infrastructure teams to verify and enforce compliance across existing on-premise and cloud stacks, identifying gaps and driving remediation.
• Collect, review, and where necessary modify system architecture to meet evolving compliance requirements, ensuring that security is embedded into the design phase rather than bolted on after the fact.

• Support and expedite the new software onboarding process by evaluating the technical requirements of new software for CMMC compliance and guiding developers through the path to compliant deployment.

Education & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related security engineering role.

• Proven experience building and securing complex cloud environments at scale.

Technical Skills

• Deep proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and security concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and manage Terraform modules and infrastructure templates in production environments.
