The Role
You own the technical sales cycle, from discovery through solution design to close, turning complex customer problems into confident reasons to choose Sendbird. Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $200,000.00 - $235,000.00. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
Flexible Work Policy
We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Omen is Anduril’s hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that packs the endurance, payload, and mission flexibility of much larger airplanes into a novel runway-independent Group 3 platform. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. Omen is the first tail-sitter aircraft with a mass-production contract, with an order of 50 systems representing a decisive investment that anchors production and accelerates the development of future systems.
You will work on new aircraft development in a lean, high-ownership culture where you directly shape the product and operate at a velocity to fly new designs within months, not years.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for the structural loads, dynamics, and aeroelasticity analysis of the Omen air vehicle. You will apply your knowledge and experience to ensure the structural integrity and dynamic stability of the airframe from concept through production, tackling the unique challenges posed by a tail-sitter platform operating across VTOL, transition, and forward flight modes.

The Senior Stress Engineer at AEVEX Aerospace is responsible for analyzing primary & secondary aircraft structures to show compliance with FAA 14CFR Part 23 & Part 25 regulations. These analyses include loads development, classical hand calculations, Finite Element (FEM) modeling, fatigue & damage tolerance assessment and testing of aircraft modifications involving both metallic & composite structure and are thoroughly documented in formal structural substantiation reports.
