As a core member of the App Matrix strategic team, you will lead the 0-to-1 development of next-generation mobile products. Responsibilities

• Lead Architectural Design: Drive the 0-to-1 iOS architecture for new products, balancing rapid iteration with long-term system maintainability.
• Performance Excellence: Tackle deep technical bottlenecks such as memory management, startup time, and UI fluidity to elevate the user experience for tens of millions of DAU.
• Drive Innovation: Provide innovative technical solutions for the App Matrix from an engineering perspective to enable rapid validation and growth of business goals.
• Engineering Standards: Mentor junior engineers and optimize engineering standards, including Code Reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of professional experience in iOS platform development.
2. Proficiency in Objective-C / Swift.
3. Deep understanding of network communication mechanisms and data transfer protocols; proven experience in weak network optimization.
4. Hands-on experience in encapsulating client-side common underlying libraries and SDKs.
5. Excellent communication skills and team spirit; obsessed with technology and user experience; capable of working under high pressure.

About the Role

You are the "Navigator" of the App Matrix strategy. Leveraging NewsBreak's mature traffic pool, you will identify market opportunities and define brand-new products. This role requires exceptional business acumen, data-driven insights, and the decisiveness to validate ideas through MVPs in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• 0-to-1 Strategy: Lead the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery and MVP definition to global scaling.
• Data-Driven Growth: Design scientific A/B tests and analyze user behavior data to iterate products and optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Product Vision: Define long-term roadmaps, ensuring powerful synergy between matrix products and the core NewsBreak ecosystem.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the product owner to drive Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams, removing blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to help build the backbone that trains, serves, and monitors the models behind our Ads and Recommendations products. You’ll join a small, high-ownership team that ships platform improvements end-to-end—partnering with product and data teams, reducing latency and cost, and shortening the path from an idea to a safely launched model.
