About you
The core mission of the product management team at AppDirect is to improve how cloud software and solutions are discovered, purchased and managed globally. You are an experienced product manager to lead the evolution of our reseller and CPQ services, with a particular focus on creating one of the industry’s best advisor selling experiences. You will own strategy and execution for features that enable advisors to prospect, solution, price, upsell, and manage quotes quickly and intuitively.
The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more.

As part of the Media Resale & Activation team, you will be at the heart of digital execution. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role focused on navigating the complexities of digital platforms—inclusive of tagging, trafficking, and buying—to transform client business goals into measurable media success.
Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end setup of media campaigns. This includes building campaigns, setting budgets and pacing, assigning creatives, and implementing granular targeting across various platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Dialpad's Agentic Runtime team owns the infrastructure and execution engine that runs AI agents at scale across Dialpad's core product modalities — including voice, messaging, video, and digital engagement. From multi-step task orchestration and tool execution to real-time context management and agent memory, our team builds the foundational platform that powers Dialpad's next-generation intelligent, autonomous experiences. Our teams are highly collaborative and comprise cross-disciplinary professionals, including Product Managers, QA Specialists, and Engineers specializing in Distributed Systems, ML Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering.
This position reports to the Engineering Manager, who is based in Kitchener, CA, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

Coordinate internally with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to resolve complex implementation challenges.

Qualifications
