• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
• Own the work from end to end.

About the Role

As a Designer, you will develop innovative digital ads and assets for one of the world's largest packaged goods companies. This role demands expertise in balancing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality visual content that resonates across multiple platforms. About You

The essentials:

About the Team

The Brand Marketing team is a centralized creative team responsible for maintaining and scaling AppDirect’s brand across our company and portfolio of businesses. We support website properties, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, and digital experiences across multiple business units. As AppDirect continues to grow through acquisition, our team plays a key role in ensuring newly acquired companies are supported with high-quality creative that is consistent, supports our different business units, and is aligned with our brand systems. About You

AppDirect is looking for a talented and reliable Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. You will infuse your creative spirit into our growing in-house team, under the direction of senior design leadership, on a wide range of design assignments. This position covers the gamut: concept through production supporting marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, sales enablement, and web design. Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, attention to detail and a great imagination - all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments. You are humble, curious and a team player who care as much about strengthening the team about producing great work and driving business growth. You are self-motivated, proactive and able to run with ideas to move projects forward. You have a positive mindset that's open to feedback and flexible with shifting requirements.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. What we’re looking for

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in a creative field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years design experience in an in-house team or agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, range of projects, and unique viewpoint towards design thinking

• A strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, iconography and digital image preparation) and production processes 

• Work well within a highly collaborative creative team that often includes multiple project stakeholders (marketing, operations, sales, culture, leadership, etc.)

• Great English verbal and written communication skills; you are refining your ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently and pitch designs to all levels of the organization

• Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, including clear written communication, strong file organization, and comfort collaborating asynchronously across time zones

• Proficient with the leading industry software - especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable designing presentation slides - especially in Google Slides

CookUnity is seeking a seasoned brand design manager to take our creative function to the next level — elevating design craft, modernizing design operations, and boldly differentiating the CookUnity brand. In this role you will oversee the development and expression of the brand visual identity across all consumer touch points, both online and offline, while managing and actively leveling up a team of talented, ambitious designers.

Through your leadership and vision, you will build and scale a world-class brand design function with customer obsession and creative excellence at its core. Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in brand design; experience in top consumer brands and/or agencies is a plus
• 4+ years managing other designers
• A respected brand design leader with a track record of shipping excellent work and a portfolio demonstrating a mastery of design craft across multiple disciplines of design
• Proficiency in video and how to leverage design in this format is a plus
• Passion for insights and performance data in shaping creative work and a commitment to building a culture that embraces these essential inputs

THE ROLE

We are seeking a visionary Principal, Video Editing, to lead the post-production lifecycle for our most ambitious projects. In this role, you aren’t just someone who cuts clips; you are a master storyteller who understands how to weave rhythm, sound, and visual effects into high-impact narratives that move the needle.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creative artistry and technical scalability. You will be responsible for breathing life into high-volume performance marketing campaigns while influencing the brand's long-term identity through sophisticated visual storytelling. We are looking for a post-production powerhouse who can balance traditional narrative craft with the efficiency of modern AI tools to drive results in a fast-paced agency environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Craft compelling stories from creator content and raw, high-quality footage, applying platform-first logic to ensure maximum engagement.
• Partner closely with Visual and Motion Designers to integrate advanced UI animations, 2D designs, or 3D elements into seamless video creative.
• Develop and oversee automated templates and scripted workflows to generate high volumes of creative variants (e.g., A/B testing assets) without sacrificing quality.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to pitch concepts—balancing "safe" brand-standard executions with "wild" experimental ideas, ensuring a cohesive campaign look and feel.
• Use insights from marketing teams to iterate on edits, refreshing creative based on real-time performance data and audience resonance.
• Confidently lead internal brainstorms and external client presentations, acting as the technical and creative authority for post-production.
• Proactively manage complex timelines and workstreams, maintaining clear communication with leadership and producers to meet all review and live dates.
• Pivot professionally based on constructive critique and stay hyper-attuned to evolving design trends, social shifts, and digital culture.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of video editing experience, with at least 2+ years in a fast-paced agency environment or high-growth internal creative team.
• A strong reel featuring tech-forward clients (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe) or high-growth D2C brands.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You should have a strong working knowledge of Figma and Illustrator to extract assets and interpret layout intent.
• Experience (or a deep, demonstrable interest) in AI-assisted editing, using tools like Gemini for scripting or vibe-coding plugins to 10x production speed.
• Deep understanding of professional sound design/mixing and advanced color grading (Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve).
• The rare skill to jump between high-level creative strategy/brainstorming and "in-the-weeds" technical execution for high-volume assets.
