The Technical Consultant (TC) is a key role within our Global Services organization, responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients and partners while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.  
This role is based in Belgium and works closely with local and international stakeholders. 
Internally, the TC collaborates on solution design to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and the future-proof use of Zeta’s products. 
The TC owns solution delivery end-to-end, including configuration, quality assurance testing, and technical consultation, working closely with clients and partners to ensure successful UAT and project go-live.

What You'll Do 

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For

Joining Collibra’s Strategy and Operations team

We're looking for a BI & Analytics Manager to own customer lifecycle analytics within our Analytics & Insights team, part of Collibra's Strategy function. You'll be responsible for understanding how customers adopt, expand, and succeed with Collibra's platform, and for building the analytical foundations that make those insights scalable, governed, and increasingly AI-assisted.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic analytics and the future of how Collibra consumes its own data. You'll own a critical analytics domain end-to-end, from customer health and product adoption through expansion patterns and renewal dynamics. But you'll also help shape how we govern the data and semantic models that underpin those insights, and how we move toward AI-powered self-service analytics. The Back Office team is currently based in Brussels (Avenue Louise, Ixelles), embedded in an office of 25 people. You'll work closely with Finance, Compliance, Technology, Treasury, and banking partners across Europe.

What will you do?

As a Senior Back Office Analyst, you are the expert in the room. You handle the most critical operations with precision and autonomy, act as the escalation point for complex cases, and drive improvements that make the team more efficient and resilient.

Task breakdown:

• 40% — Production & daily operations: Executing and controlling the most complex payment flows, FX settlements, and safeguarding controls
• 60% — Control, projects & process improvement: Strengthening the control framework, driving automation and data-driven monitoring

Key responsibilities:

Production & Operations:

• Execute and validate domestic and cross-border payments (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, FPS, etc.) with full command of edge cases and exceptions
